Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):267-269
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the influence to coagulation factor of carboprost tromethamine on the treatment of the patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 60 pregnant women with placenta previa complicated with postpartum hemorrhage from May 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30). The control group were given oxytocin, the observation group were received carboprost tromethamine. Fibrinogen (FIB), prothrombin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) and platelet count before and after surgery in the two groups were analyzed by CA7000 automatic blood analyzer. The effect and coagulation indexes in the two groups were compared. Results The clinical curative rate in the observation group was 96.67% and 93.33% in the control group, the differences had no statistically significant. The amount of hemorrhage in postpartum 2h and 24h and the hemoglobin in postpartum 24h in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference about coagulation indexes between the 2 groups before treatment; The platelet count, PT and APTT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of FIB was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reaction was 6.67% in the observation group and 10% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Choosing carboprost tromethamine to treat placenta prevail complicated with postpartum hemorrhage has a good curative effect, which is helpful to reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the coagulation indexes, so it is worth popularizing
3.Relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and metabolic diseases
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2016;15(4):310-313
Helicobacter pylori infection is a common gastrointestinal infection, which is a major cause of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, stomach cancer and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and other diseases. In recent years, many studies show that Helicobacter pylori infection is closely related with many diseases, which may cause the retardation of children development and affect blood lipids and glucose metabolism.Helicobacter pylori infection may also lead to chronic inflammatory process, results in a large number of cytokines and play an important role in artery atherosclerosis. This paper reviews on the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and metabolic diseases and its mechanism as well.
4.Study on distolingual root canal curvature on permanent mandibular first molars by the cone-beam computed tomography
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;(13):2170-2173
Objective To measure the curvatures of the distolingual root canals of permanent mandibular first molars by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods The CBCT was used to collect 230 cases of mandibular first molar distalingual root from 513 patients. The images were created by 3-D reconstruction based on the BECT data. Images were analyzed by NNT image analysis software. Each tooth was captured in clinical (CV) and proximal view (PV) image, and measured by the Schneider method. Results The average curvature of the distallingual canal was (13.27 ± 8.57)° in CV, and (30.96 ± 11.63)° in PV. Most of the distallingual root in the buccolingual view was mild bending or moderate bending , and the proximal view was severe bending. The distal lingual root bending was the most common in the crown third of the root , next in the apical third of the root, in the middle third of the root. Conclusion CBCT is an effective tool for the detection of additional distolingual roots and is a valuable aid for dentists in root canal treatment.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2012;21(6):466-469
ObjectiveTo analyze the systolic function of subendocardial myocardium of the left ventricle in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and DM associated hypertension by speckle tracking imaging (STI).Methods The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) of all subjects including 30 patients with diabetes mellitus(DM group),25 patients with DM associated hypertension (DH group) and 30 healthy volunteers (control group) were normal and near. The common parameters of echocardiogram were measured and the peak systolic longitudinal strain of subendocardial myocardium were analyzed from the long-axis view at the levels of mitral annulus, papillary muscle and apex by STI.All above parameters were compared among three groups.ResultsNo significant difference in all parameters was found between the control group and two patient groups, but the ratio of E/A was significantly lower in the two patient groups than that of control group ( P <0.01).The peak systolic longitudinal strain of some segments were significantly lower in the two patient groups than that of control group ( P <0.01).The peak systolic longitudinal strain of the subendocardial myocardium of all segments in the two patient groups were different decrease compared with the control group( P <0.01 or P < 0.001).The peak systolic longitudinal strain of the subendocardial myocardium of the DH group except some segments were decrease compared with the DM group ( P <0.01).ConclusionsSTI may be early used to identify the left ventricular systolic function in patients with diabetes mellitus.

9.Recent advance in macrophage pattern recognition receptors for lipopolysaccharide recognition
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(08):-
Sepsis is systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)associated with the presence of pathogenic microorganisms or their toxin.Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)is an important component of the outer membrane of Gram negative bacteria and has a pivotal role in inducing Gram negative sepsis.Macrophages play an essential role in infection and inflammation.Specific recognition of LPS is of particular importance in the defense system and pattern recognition receptors(PRR)have been considered to be important in initial steps for cellular recognition of LPS and consequence initiation of LPS responses. In the past few years, intense research in the fields of PRR and their recognition mechanism has been achieved. In this review,we attempt to expound recent research advances of macrophage PRRs for LPS recognition and their mechanism.
10.THE CHANGE IN FLOW DISTRIBUTION AND THE EFFECT OF POLYGONUM CUSPID ATUM ON RAT MICROVASCULATURE DURING HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
The flow distribution of leukocytes in the microvasculature of rat skeletal muscle during hemorrhagic shock was measured by Microcirculation Image Multiple Parameters Computer Analysis System (MIMPCAS). It was found that the change of leukocyte flow distribution had taken place in V3 during hemorrhagic shock as follows: central axial-flowing leukocytes moved slowly, marginated to the vessel wall then started to roll along the wall, and stuck to the endothelium at last. During transfusion blood flow became faster, sticking leukocytes were rushed out to be rolling along the vessel wall and accelerated to enter the central stream. Total leukocyte -endothelium contact time (TLECT), which is a quantitative index for leukocyte endothelium interaction, is calculated, and it was found that TLECT was prolonged in shock state. The results show that it is not enough to increase blood pressure and shear stress to liberate sticking leukocytes, and it is necessary to search for a new approach to decrease the adhesive force between leukocyte and endothelium. Polygonum cuspidatum may not only increase wall shear rate but also decrease the adhesive force.
