2.Comparison on the Effects of2Different Treatment Methods on the Assaying of Triptolide Alcohol in Tripterygium Wilfordii Cut Crude Drug
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare the effects of2different treatment methods on the assaying of triptolide alcohol in tripterygium wilfordii cut crude drug.METHODS:After concentration, tripterygium wilfordii cut crude drug water decoction underwent column chromatographic separation after adsorption with neutral alumina(Method1)and neutral alumina column chromatographic separation after ethanol precipitation and extraction by chloroform(Method2),respectively.Triptolide alcohol was determined by HPLC and the assaying result underwent pairing and t tests.RESULTS:There was significant difference between the2methods with the content determined by Method1significantly higher than that by Method2(P
3.Effects of Sulfur Dioxide on Lactic Dehydrogenase-Isozyme.
Korean Journal of Preventive Medicine 1970;3(1):111-119
Alteration of H-and M-isozymfs of Lactic Dehydrogenase(LDH) were observed in the various tissues after exposing the rats to 50ppm and 250ppm of sulfur dioxide. These isozymes of the respective tissue were separated by Diethlaminoethyl(DEAE)-cellulose from tile tissue homogenates of brain, lung and muscle, presenting the activities by rate of reduction of nicot inamids-adenine-dinucleotide (NAD+). Pure LDH and the coenzyme NAD (NAD) were directly treated with sulfur dioxide in vitro order to find out the direct to sulfur dioxide on LDH and NAD+ and the results were as follow. 1. In the normal tissues, the H-isozyme activity was dominant in the brain and heart, and tole M-isozyme in the muscle. 2. In the lung tissue of normal rats, there was no different between tole activity of H-and M-type of LDH. 3 When rats inhale sulfur dioxide gas in concentration of 50ppm and 230ppm, it appeared that the H-type tend to be suppressed in aerobic tissues and the M-type in anaerobic tissues. 4. In the lung tissue exposed to sulfur dioxide, both the LDH activities were suppressed. 5. It seems that LDH and the coenzyme (NAD ) are not directly affected by exposing in sulfur dioxide gas.

4.Medical social work and doctor-patient relationship
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(11):767-769
Description of a multi-perspective view of harmonious doctor-patient relationship holds that medical social workers as a key tie for building such a relationship. It proposed the medical social work strategies for such workers in the face of patients and their families, hospital staff, and hospital management.
5.Research development on mechanism of wound repair and correlative technique
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(12):1403-1406
Accompanying with the development of cell biology and molecular biology, researches on the mechanism of wound repair progress remarkably. Along with the overlap of physics, chemistry, biology and tissue engineering materials, the methods and technology derived from the theories of wound repair start to be used in clinical application. This article summarizes the research progress on the mechanism of wound healing and the technique of wound handling.
6.Nerve growth factor and its receptors in tumors of nervous system
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(10):735-738
Nerve growth factor (NGF) and its high affinity receptor tyrosine kinase (TrkA)are indis-pensable for the development of nervous system. Latest researches reveal that over-expression of NGF and TrkA is related to better outcome in neuroblastoma and medulloblastoma. While in glioma, the over-expression and nuclear translocation of NGF and TrkA are indicators of malignant degree. Study of the expression and sub-cel-lular cocalization of NGF and TrkA can provide new way for the diagnosis and therapy of nervous system tumors.
7.Ultrasonic Diagnosis and Aspiration of Spontaneous Renal Subcapsular Hematoma
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1995;4(2):78-80
This paper described 8 patients in whom a spontaneeus renal subeapsular hematoma devel-oped.Two cases with systemic hypertension by the mechanism described by Page were observed. The diagnosis was confirmed by CT and ultrasound, and the patients were treated by means of the hematoma aspiration guided by uttrasound,8 cases were cured. The blood presure in 2 patients with Page's kidney was dropped to normal. No relapse was dernon, vtrated by follLw-up.Author reconlmend this treatment in such cases based on uhrasound and CT finding that rule OUt underlying pathological changes.
8.Lysosomal storage disorders
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2006;38(1):100-102
Lysosomal storage disorders (LSDs) are genetic defects caused by lysosomal hydrolase deficiencies. These deficiencies lead to substrate accumulation affecting cells, tissues and organs. Detecting abnormal compound excretion and deficient enzymes assist diagnosis of these disorders for treatment and prevention. This mini review summarizes clinical presentations and diagnostic workup of LSDs and updates the new development in the area.
9.Autophagy and nervous system disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(6):610-612
Autophagy is an intracellular degradation system that delivers cytoplasmic constituents to the lysosome and it's involved in the cycle of matter and energy. Meanwhile autophagic cell death is a form of cell death called type-Ⅱ programmed cell death. In recent years, studies have shown that autophagy is involved in pathophysiologies of nervous system disease especially neurodegenerative diseases, ischemia-hypoxia, traumatic brain injury ,seizures.
10.Clinical observation of integrative Chinese and Western medicine in treatment for patients with primary biliary cirrhosis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(8):1070-1072
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC) treated by two methods. Methods 50 cases with PBC were divided into the combination therapy group(A group:n =25) and simple western medicine treatment group(B group:n = 25) ;The curative effect and indicators of liver function were observed before and after treatment in patients with PBC. Results A total effective in group A 19 cases(76.0%) were higher than in B group 15 cases (60.0%) (x~2 = 3.87, P < 0.05) ;The clinical symptoms and signs in A、B group after treatment were better than before treatment(x~2 = 3. 87 ~ 6. 89,P < 0.05 ~ 0.01) ;The clinical symptoms and signs in A group after treatment were better than B group(x~2 = 3.88 ~ 4. 12. ,all P <0.05) ;The indicators of biochemical in A、B group after treatment were lower than before treatment(t = 2. 214 ~ 2. 517, P < 0.05); The indicators of biochemical of ALP、GGT、ALT in A group decreased significantly compared with B group(t = 2. 284 ~ 2. 418, P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine achieves good clinical efficacy in patients with PBC.
