OBJECTIVE:To study the biodegradability of polylactic acid and prepare its microspheres containing erythromycin.METHODS:The polylactic acid film was degraded in vitro.The orthogonal design was used to optimize the technology of preparation of microspheres.RESULTS:The degradable speed of polylactic acid with high molecular weight was faster than that with low molecular weight.The degradable speed of PDLLA was faster than that of PLLA.The microspheres were stable in quality and regular in external form.The average particle size was (10.98?0.15)?m.The in vitro release properties could be expressed by the Higuchi's equation(Q=28.067+3.8 515 T1/2,r=0.9 834).CONCLUSION:The biodegradability of polylactic acid depended on configuration and molecular weight.Erythromycin microspheres showed significant slow-released property and accorded with the demands of lung targeting agent.

Chinese Journal of Experimental and Clinical Virology 2019;33(5):454-457
Objective:
To investigate the pyroptosis induced by different enteroviruses in human neuroblastoma cells SH-SY5Y and the differences among them.
Methods:
SH-SY5Y cells were infected with nine strains of enterovirus respectively, including enterovirus A71 (EV-A71), Coxsackievirus A (CA), Coxsackievirus B (CB), Echovirus (Echo). The cellular morphology of infected and control groups were observed and activity of Caspase-1 of infected and control groups were detected by flow cytometry at 48 h post infection.
Results:
The activity of Caspase-1 induced by EV-A71 was higher than control (

Journal of Apoplexy and Nervous Diseases 2021;38(1):14-17
Objective To analyze the short-term prognosis of two treatment methods for severe Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis,CVST) and to explore the best treatment for severe CVST patients. Methods From January 2013 to January 2019,28 patients with severe cvst were diagnosed by neurosurgery in the first people’s hospital of Kunming. They were divided into two groups:simple internal anticoagulant therapy,anticoagulation and combined endovascular treatment. Results Anticoagulant combined with intravascular treatment group has a better short-term prognosis than that of medical anticoagulant group alone,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions For patients with severe CVST,interventional therapy can be tried to improve the short-term prognosis.

OBJECTIVE:
To compare the effects of medical ozone oil and urea ointment for prevention and treatment of hand-foot skin reaction (HFSR) caused by sorafenib in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
METHODS:
A total of 99 patients diagnosed with advanced HCC according to National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) who were scheduled to receive sorafenib treatment for the first time were enrolled in this study between April, 2018 and January, 2020. The patients were randomized into medical ozone oil group (
RESULTS:
Eight patients were excluded for poor compliance or protocol violations, leaving a total of 91 patients for analysis, including 44 in medical ozone oil group and 47 in urea ointment group. Sixteen (36.4%) of patients in ozone oil group developed HFSR, a rate significantly lower than that in urea ointment group (57.4%;
CONCLUSIONS
Medical ozone oil can significantly reduce the incidence and severity of HFSR to improve the quality of life of HCC patients receiving sorafenib treatment.
