Objective To investigate the characteristics of cisplatin resistance in human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 . Methods Single cell gel electrophoresis ( SCGE ) was used to measure the level of DNA damage and repair in gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and gastric cancer cisplatin resistance cell line SGC-7901/DDP by ob-serving the tail length. Morphological changes of SGC-7901 and SGC-7901/DDP were recorded to evalutate the differences between the two lines. The degree of migration of SGC-7901/DDP and SGC-7901 measured by cell wound scratch assay was used to estimate the ability of invasion. MTT assay was performed to determine the drug sensitivity, IC50 values and cross-resistance of SGC-7901/DDP treated with 5-FU, VP-16, ADM, TAX and LOHP separately. Results The level of DNA damage and repair in SGC-7901/DDP was higher than that in SGC-7901 ac-cording to the tail length of SCGE tests ,suggesting the relationship between cisplatin resistance and the abiity of DNA damage and repair. There was a much smaller volume in SGC-7901/DDP compared with SGC-7901,and clone aggregation always appeared in SGC-7901/DDP. Cell wound scratch assay showed that the migration of SGC-7901/DDP was weaker than that of SGC-7901. MTT showed the significant increase of IC50 and cross resitance in SGC-7901/DDP compared with SGC-7901 treated with 5-FU, VP-16, ADM, TAX and LOHP simultaneously. Conclu-sion The ability of DNA damage and repair in gastric cancer cisplatin resistance cell line SGC-7901 is enhanced significantly. The SGC-7901/DDP shows a notable promotion on multidrug resistance in vivo, and the migration of SGC-7901/DDP is weaker than that of SGC-7901 .

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ilaprazole and bismuth combined ten-day standard quadruple therapy and sequential therapy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori (H .pylori)infected chronic gastritis. Methods A total of 200 patients with H .pylori-positive chronic gastritis diagnosed by gastroendoscopy examination and rapid urease test (RUT)were randomly divided into standard quadruple therapy group and sequential therapy group,100 cases in each group. One group received ilaprazole,bismuth,amoxicillin-clavulanatepotassium and ofloxacin 10-day standard quadruple therapy, and the other group received ilaprazole, amoxicillin-clavulanatepotassium, ofloxacin and furazolidone 10-day sequential therapy. In four to six weeks after the therapy, the condition of H .pylori eradication was detected by a 14 C-urea breath test. The improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse effects were also observed. Normal distributed and variance homogenized measurement data were compared by t test, while unordered categorical data were analyzed by chi-square test and the exact probability method, and categorical data were compared by two independent sample rank sum test. Results The per-protocol analysis values of H .pylori eradication rates of the standard quadruple therapy group and the sequential therapy group were 88.54%(85/96)and 87.23%(82/94),respectively,while the intention-to-treat analysis values were 85 .00%(85/100)and 82.00%(82/100 ),respectively. The effective rates of symptomatic relief of upper abdominal pain, acid regurgitation, heart burning in the standard quadruple therapy group and the sequential therapy group were 95 .83%(92/96)and 95 .74%(90/94),respectively. The incidence of adverse effects which weve very mild was 6.25 % (6/96 ) and 7.44% (7/94 ), respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the above three factors between the two groups (all P >0.05).Conclusions Ilaprazole and bismuth combined 10-day standard quadruple therapy and sequential therapy in the treatment of patients with H .pylori positive chronic gastritis both achieves high rates of H .pylori eradication and symptom relief with mild adverse effects.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has continued to spread globally since late 2019, representing a formidable challenge to the world's healthcare systems, wreaking havoc, and spreading rapidly through human contact. With fever, fatigue, and a persistent dry cough being the hallmark symptoms, this disease threatened to destabilize the delicate balance of our global community. Rapid and accurate diagnosis of COVID-19 is a prerequisite for understanding the number of confirmed cases in the world or a region, and an important factor in epidemic assessment and the development of control measures. It also plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the appropriate medical treatment, leading to optimal patient care. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technology is currently the most mature method for detecting viral nucleic acids, but it has many drawbacks. Meanwhile, a variety of COVID-19 detection methods, including molecular biological diagnostic, immunodiagnostic, imaging, and artificial intelligence methods have been developed and applied in clinical practice to meet diverse scenarios and needs. These methods can help clinicians diagnose and treat COVID-19 patients. This review describes the variety of such methods used in China, providing an important reference in the field of the clinical diagnosis of COVID-19.
