1.The clinical and pathological observation for the intervention therapy of bone and softtisue malignant tumors

Objective To investigate the value of interventional radiological treatment of bone and softtissue malignant tumor.Methods 36 patients with bone and softtissue malignant tumors,who were diagnosed by pathology,admitted selective angiography,intra-artery chemotherapy and embolize.After treatment the clinical and pathological changes were observed,and the treatment effect were analyzed.Results After treatment the clinical signs of most of patients(94.4%,34/36) were ameliorated.The pathological examination indicated that the total rate of curative effect achieved 80%(16/20);The tumor putrescence rate of 60% patients was exceeded 90%.Conclusion Intervention therapy is an effective method for bone and softtissue malignant tumors,and it can improve the result of limb salvage operation.
2.Effect of tooth preparation and bonding agents on cementation of metal full crown

Objective To find out the effect of tooth preparation and bonding agents on cementation of metal full crown,to provide research basis for clinical practice of full crown restoration .Methods 60 dissociation teeth were randomly divided into six groups ,10 teeth in each group .Different adhesive materials or different polymerization angle were used in different groups ,the six groups were 3 polymerization angle zinc group ,3 polymerization angle glass ionomer group,3 polymerization angle resin cement group ,5 polymerization angle zinc group ,5 polymerization angle glass ionomer group ,and 5 polymerization angle resin cement group .In the first three groups ,polymerization angle was 3,and in the latter three groups ,polymerization angle was 5.The retentive force values of all groups were tested and compared.Results The metal crown retentive force of 3 polymerization angle zinc group[(198.5 ±11.6)N]was sig-nificantly better than that of 5 polymerization angle zinc group[(138.2 ±14.1)N](t=7.46,P<0.05).Polymeriza-tion angle showed no statistically significant effect on metal crown retentive force values of glass ionomer groups and resin cement groups (t=1.52,2.03,all P>0.05).Bonding zinc retention of 3 degree of polymerization group was (198.5 ±11.6)N,glass ionomer and resin cements were (302.7 ±19.2) N and (352.7 ±21.8) N.Bonding zinc retention of 5 degree of polymerization group was (138.2 ±14.1)N,glass ionomer and resin cements were (317.4 ± 23.8)N and (362.9 ±22.6) N.Different adhesives showed statistically significant effects on metal crown retentive force values of 3 polymerization angle groups and 5 polymerization angle groups (F=7.88,8.42,all P<0.05). Conclusion A suitable adhesive,standard operation can get the best cementation effect ,and improve clinical repair effect.
3.Imaging Technology and Imaging Findings in Pulmonary Aspergilloma

Objective To investigate imaging technology and imaging finding in pulmonary aspergilloma.Methods Chest radiography,X-ray tomography and CT were perfovmed in 15 cases of pulmonary aspergilloma confirmed by pathology and the imaging results were compared with pathology.Results The accuracy was 60% for chest radiography,80% for chest radiography and X-ray tomography,93.3% for chest radiography and CT.“Air crescent sign” or “air ring sign” were shown in 9 patients.The fungus ball could move with the change of patient's body position in 5 cases. Conclusion A mobile intracavitary mass with “air crescent sign” or “air ring sign” is the imaging characteristics of pulmonary aspergilloma.
4.Cyclooxygenase-2 expression of pancreatic tissues in severe acute pancreatitis in rats

Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in pancreatic tissues of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) in rats,and explore the possible role of COX-2 in the pathogenesis of the SAP. Methods Forty adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into SAP group(n=20) and control group(n=20). Purpose:To investigate the expression of VEGF and its prognostic significance in ampullary carcinoma.Methods:22 resected tumor specimens from patients with ampullary carcinoma were immunohistochemically stained for VEGF and CD34 (surrogate for vessels) by streptavidin-peroxidase (S-P) method. 6.Helical CT Scan:the Value in the Diagnosis of Small Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the value of helical CT scan in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma.Methods The helical CT features of small renal cell carcinoma proved by operation and pathology in 14 cases were studied retrospectively.Results CT showedisodense mass in 7 cases,slightly low density mass in 5 cases,slightly hyperdense mass in 1 case,cystic and solid mass in 1 case,and among them 2 cases showed punctural calcification.The lesions showed marked enhancement in cortical phase in 12 cases,slight to moderateenhancement in 2 cases,in parenchymal phase,the tumor density dropped promptly,and in the pelvic phase the tumor density droppedfurther. Conclusion Small renal cell carcinoma is of certain characteristic on multi-phasic spiral CT contrast-enhanced scan,it is a very valuable method in diangosis of small renal cell carcinoma.
7.Bacterial Distribution and Antimicrobial Resistance in a General Hospital

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and resistance of commonly encountered pathogens in a General Hospital,and provide reference for antimicrobial agents usage.METHODS All pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the clinical specimens during the last four years and samples were identified.K-B method was performed to test the antibiotic resistance.RESULTS Among 1643 isolates,The Gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosaand Escherichia coli,and the Gram-positive bacteria Staphyococcus epidermidisand S.aureus were the main pathogens.The P.aeruginosa was highly resistant to broad-spectrum penicillins,third-generation cephalosprins,aminoglycosides and quinolones.But impenem showed activity against Gram-negative bacilli,with resistant rates less than

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF-D and MMP-2 and explore their relationship with tumor invasion and local metastasis in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods The expression of VEGF-D and MMP-2 in 30 patients with pancreatic carcinomas and 6 cases with normal pancreatic tissues were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rates of VEGF-D and MMP-2 proteins were 60%(18/30)and 66.7%(20/30)respectively,no expression of VEGF-D and MMP-2 was detected in normal pancreatie tissues.The expression of VEGF-D was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and the expression of MMP-2 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor local invasion(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF-D protein Was positively correlated with MMP-2 protein(rs=0.54,P<0.01).Conclusions There is a significantly positive correlation between high expression of VEGF-D and MMP-2 proteins in pancreatic carcinoma,and they may contribute to the invasive properties of pancreatic cancer.
9.Clinical observation on ropivacaine and bupivacaine for cesarean section in combined spinal -epidural ;anesthesia

Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine and bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA)for cesarean section,and their influence on the incidence rate of supine hypotension syndrome(SHS).Methods 200 patients with cesarean section surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,all of cases were given CSEA.100 patients in the observation group(the group L)were given ropivacaine in spinal anesthesia,the other 100 patients in the control group(the group B)were given bupivacane in spinal anesthesia.Recorded the relevant indicators,compared the incidence rate of SHS,the effect of anesthesia and neonatal score.Results The incidence rate of SHS of the group L was lower than the group B(χ2 =9.261,P<0.01).The effect of anesthesia and Apgar score of two groups had no statistically significant differences(all P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ropivacaine in CSEA for cesarean section not only has exact anesthesia effect,but also can effectively prevent SHS without any side effects.
10.Somatic symptoms in patients with acute stroke: clinical features and influencing factors

Objective To investigate the clinical features and influencing factors of somatic symptoms in patients with acute stroke.Methods Patients with acute stroke were enrolled in the study.Using the scores of symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90)-somatization factor part,the patients were divided into either a somatic symptom group (≥24) or a control group (<24).Their age,gender,economic level,education level,underlying diseases,Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),NEO Five-Factor Inventory scores,Social Support Rating Scale scores-simplified Chinese version,Mini-Mental StateExamination (MMSE) scores,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores were documented and analyzed.Results A total of 70 patients with acute stroke were enrolled,and 33 (47.1%) of them had somatic symptoms.There were no significant differences in demographic characteristics,education level,family income,occupation,marital status,living alone,residence,medical expenses payment methods and social support scores between the somatic symptom group and the control group.There were also no significant differences in the types of stroke,lesion side,baseline NIHSS score,MMSE score,and NEO Five-Factor Inventory score between the 2 groups.There was significant difference in lesion side between the somatic symptom group and the control group (x2 =0.161,P=0.006).The comparison of neuropsychological test results showed that the proportion of patients with an anxiety state of the somatic symptom group was significantly higher than that of the control group (24.2% vs.5.4%;x2 =5.055,P =0.025),but there was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with depression status;after excluding the cases who met the anxiety and depression criteria,HAMA (8.08 ± 3.12 vs.5.58 ± 3.06;t =-3.059,P =0.003) and HAMD (10.80 ± 4.81 vs.7.73 ± 3.88;t =-2.694,P =0.009) scores of the somatic symptom group (n =25) were significantly higher than those of the control group (n =33).The number of somatic symptoms of the somatic symptom group was significantly more than that of the control group (Z =-5.817,P < 0.001),and was more likely to have pain symptoms (97.0% vs.73.0%;x2 =7.584,P =0.006).The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation in the 12-item scores of the SCL-90 somatic factors and HAMA (r =0.494,P <0.001) and HAMD (r=0.369,P=0.002) scores in patients.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HAMA score was an independent risk factor for somatic symptoms after stroke.(odds ratio 1.286,95% confidence interval 1.060-1.560;P=0.011).Conclusions The incidence of somatic symptoms is high after acute stroke,especially in patients with cortical stroke.The somatic patients after stroke are prone to have pain-related symptoms.The patients with anxiety and depression status after stroke are prone to have somatic symptoms after stroke;HAMA score is an independent risk factor for having somatic symptoms after stroke.
