1.Auricular Point Sticking Plus Cupping to Treat 30 Teenage Allergic Rhinitis

Seeds of Vaccarin Segetalis (王不留行) taped to the desensitization plaster are sticked tightly to the points of Lung(MA-IC1),Internal Nose (MA-T),External Nose(MA-T 1),Er Shenmen (MA-TF 1),Endocrine (MA-IC 3),External Ear (MA -T),Fengxi (MA-SF) and Adrenal Gland (MA-T)plus Feishu (BL 13) in both sides sucked with the middle-sized cupping and Shenque (CV 8) with the large-sized cupping. Thirty cases of allergic rhinitis are treated. Of the 30 cases,11 have the symptoms basically or totally disappeared. 17 have the symptoms of nasal blockage,itching,sneezing and watery discharge relieved or the frequency of attacks decreased. 2 have the symptoms not significantly improved before or after treatment.
2.Effect of ST2325 on cell cycle in erbB2-overexpressing breast cancer MDA-MB-453m1 cells and its mechanism

Purpose:Effect of ST2325 on cell cycle in erbB2-overexpressing MDA-MB-453m1 cells and its mechanism was investigated.Methods:Cell cycle distribution was examined using flow cytometry. The protein expression was detected with Western blot analysis.Results:Under concentrations of 0,6.25,12.5,25.0,50.0,100 μmol/L,the percentrages of G0/G1 in MDA-MB-453m1 were 48.62%, 48.83%, 49.59%, 52.18%, 61.0%,83.96%; the percentages of S were 33.34%, 33.16%, 32.78%,30.77%,25.62%,7.08%;the percentages of G2M were 18.04%, 18.01%,17.63%,17.05%,13.38%,8.96%.After MDA-MB-453m1 cells were treated with different concentrations of ST2325 for 24 hours, Western blot assay showed up-regulation of p27 protein expression and decrease of hyperphosphorylated Rb and cyclin D1 protein expression .Activation of MAPK and AKT in MDA-MB-453m1 was markedly inhibited by ST2325.Conclusions:ST2325 induces G1 arrest in erbB2-overexpressing MDA-MB-453m1 cancer cells. G1 arrest is associated with p27 upregulation,decrease of cyclinD1 protein and hyperphosphorylated Rb.
3.Effect of treatment and intervention on COPD in stable phase with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the analysis of Symbicort in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment and intervention. Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period from June 2014-2016 year in May in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group of patients with the use of simple Symbicort treatment and routine nursing care to patients, patients in the experimental group using Symbicort combined with Bailing Capsule for treatment, and the implementation of targeted nursing intervention measures, compare the effect of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction. Results the clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group the total efficiency 95.0%, nursing satisfaction was 97.5%, the control of clinical patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 80.0%, nursing satisfaction was 87.5%, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic In the stable period of obstructive pulmonary disease, the combination of Xin Yi capsule combined with Bailing capsule can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients and improve the clinical therapeutic effect, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
4.Analysis of the death risk factors in patients with acute stroke in the neurological intensive care unit

Objective To investigate the risk factors of death in patients with acute stroke in the neurological intensive care unit(NICU). Methods The clinical data of 137 patients with acute stroke in the NICU were induced. Human Y chromosome contains sex determining region and the genes associated with spermatogenesis.Genomics of the human Y-chromosome association with male infertility appeared and new exploration for male infertility was formed.Though the genes of Y chromosome lack of meiotic recombination,Y chromosome did not disappear,but also it is being in evolution.It includes several families of satellite sequences and the alphoid repeats,Alu repeats associated with male infertility.A total of 107 genes were listed in the database in Y chromosome.The male specific region on Y(MSY) harbours 156 transcription units of which half(78) are suspected to encode proteins,27 protein or protein families identified,11 protein only expressed in the testis associated with spermatogenesis.It is likely that the genes on Y chromosome play an important role not only on spermatogenesis,but also on prostate,brain or other organs.

The paper uses computer multimedia technology to collect and switch audio and video signals, constructs the remote High Definition ( HD) surgery demonstration system which supports live broadcast, recorded broadcast, rebroadcast and video-on-demand depending on the network communication routing technology.It introduces functions, design scheme and composition of the system and points out that the system can realize HD video transmission and video talkback between the surgery scene and the classroom.Thus, tech-nical level of clinical surgery teaching can be enhanced.

Osteomyelitis,particularly chronic one,is still a huge challenge to orthopedic surgeons.The current treatment for osteomyelitis centers on sensitive antibiotic coverage and surgical debridement of nonviable tissue.However,treatment failure and recurrence are common.Recently,adjunctive therapies such as hyperbaric oxygenation have been widely applied in treatment of osteomyelitis to promote sanative effect on osteomyelitis.In this review,we will outline the rationales and current status of potential adjunctive therapies in osteomyelitis management.
10.Effect of Dachengqi decoction on expression of triggering receptor on myeloid cell 1 in sepsis rats

Objective To study the effect of Dachengqi decoction on expression of triggering receptor on myeloid cell 1(TREM-1)in septic rats in order to further provide a theoretical basis concerning the mechanism of this decoction for treatment of sepsis. Methods 100 male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal control,sham operation,sepsis model,low-dose and high-dose Dachengqi decoction groups (each,n=20). The sepsis models were reproduced by cecal ligated perforation(CLP). The low-dose and high-dose Dachengqi decoction groups were lavaged separately by low dose(5 mL/kg)and normal dose(10 mL/kg)Dachengqi decoction at 2 hours before CLP and after CLP twice per day(interval 8 hours),and the other three groups were lavaged with 10 mL/kg normal saline. Five rats in each group were killed randomly at the time points of 6,12,24,48 hours after CLP;the abdominal aorta blood and the liver tissue were collected. The plasma levels of TREM-1,interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The expression level of TREM-1 mRNA in the liver was measured by reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results Compared with normal control group and sham operation group, the plasma levels of TREM-1, IL-6, TNF-α and the expression of liver TREM-1 mRNA were increased significantly in model group. Compared with model group,the above indexes in low-dose and high-dose Dachengqi decoction groups were reduced obviously,the changes being more marked in the high-dose group;the levels of TREM-1,IL-6 at 6 hours after operation and the levels of TNF-αand TREM-1 mRNA at 24 hours after operation in high-dose group were lower than those of low-dose group〔6 hours TREM-1(ng/L):179.19±4.43 vs. 213.86±2.84,6 hours IL-6 (ng/L):136.80±7.70 vs. 162.90±3.87;24 hours TNF-α(ng/L):71.61±5.07 vs. 108.53±6.29,24 hours TREM-1 mRNA:24.33±3.16 vs. 27.22±3.34,all P<0.05〕. Conclusion The partial mechanism of the efficacy of Dachengqi decoction for treatment of sepsis was probably related to the inhibition of TREM-1 expression.
