Objective To investigate the effect of the heroin addicts on rat's thyroid C cells, the secretion of calcitonin(CT) and serum FT_3, FT_4, TSH. Methods Adulthood 55 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(NCG), saline control group(SCG) and heroin dependence group(HDG). Heroin-dependent rat models were set up by the way of subcutaneous injection of heroin and the thyroid glands were excised on the 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, and 38th days after models were set up. Tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical SABC method, cell counting, image analysis method and chemiluminescence techniques. ResultCompared with the normal control group(NCG)and saliane control group( SCG), the immune staining intensity was weakened;the number of CT positive cells was reduced(P<0.05);the average gray value was significantly higher(P<0.05) and showed a gradual increase in the CT positive cells of heroin dependence group(HGD). The concentration of TSH in HDG was not statistically significant as compared with the NCG. The concentration of FT_3 in HDG decreased gradually on the 10th day and the 17th day as compared with the NCG.(P<0.05). The concentration of FT_4 in HDG increased gradually on the 24th day and the 38th day as compared with the NCG.(P<0.05). Conclusion During heroin dependence period, the number and functional of CT positive cells has decreased. The changes of concentration of FT_3 and FT_4 suggest that the function of thyroid gland has changed.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of Baicalin in Fuke Yangkun pills.Method High-performance liquid chromatography method was used.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:C18 column,mobile phase of methanol ∶0.4 %phosphoric acid(45 ∶55),detection wavelength being 280 nm,a flow rate of 1.20 mL?min-1 and the column temperature being 25 ℃.Results There existed a good linearity when the injection quantity is in the range of 0.0541 ?g to 0.5408 ?g.Average recovery is 99.98 %,and RSD is 1.32 %.Conclusion HPLC method is simple and effective and can be applied for the detemination of Baicalin in Fuke Yangkun pills.

Human Y chromosome contains sex determining region and the genes associated with spermatogenesis.Genomics of the human Y-chromosome association with male infertility appeared and new exploration for male infertility was formed.Though the genes of Y chromosome lack of meiotic recombination,Y chromosome did not disappear,but also it is being in evolution.It includes several families of satellite sequences and the alphoid repeats,Alu repeats associated with male infertility.A total of 107 genes were listed in the database in Y chromosome.The male specific region on Y(MSY) harbours 156 transcription units of which half(78) are suspected to encode proteins,27 protein or protein families identified,11 protein only expressed in the testis associated with spermatogenesis.It is likely that the genes on Y chromosome play an important role not only on spermatogenesis,but also on prostate,brain or other organs.

Objective To investigate the analysis of Symbicort in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment and intervention. Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period from June 2014-2016 year in May in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group of patients with the use of simple Symbicort treatment and routine nursing care to patients, patients in the experimental group using Symbicort combined with Bailing Capsule for treatment, and the implementation of targeted nursing intervention measures, compare the effect of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction. Results the clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group the total efficiency 95.0%, nursing satisfaction was 97.5%, the control of clinical patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 80.0%, nursing satisfaction was 87.5%, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of the dissolution of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets so as to provide method and parameters for quality control of this kind of tablets.METHODS:With water as dissolution medium in a rotating speed of 100 r?min-1,the dissolution of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets was determined by HPLC at a wavelength of 259 nm.RESULTS:Similar dissolution rates were obtained for 3 batches of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets,with accumulative dissolution rates of all samples at 45 minutes reached above 90%,and a good reproducibility was noted.CONCLUSION:The quality of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets is up to the standard stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005 Edition).

Objective To evaluate the short-term results of total metatarsophalangeal arthroplasty (TMPA) for OA, RA, hallux valgus with severe OA, hallux rigidus, and osteonecrosis of metatarsal heads. Methods From March 2002 to March 2005, total metatarsophalangeal arthroplasty was performed in 30 patients (11 males and 19 females, age from 33 to 77 years old, average 62.5 years old) and 47 feet. Fifteen were bilateral. The preoperative underlying diagnosis was RA in 7, hallux rigidus in 5, hallux valgus with severe OA in 21, avascular osteonecrosis in second metatarsal head in 6, old metatarsophalangeal dislocation in 2, complications after McBride operation in 2 feet. Totally, 33 first metatarsoplangeal joints, 11 second metatarsophalangeal joints, 2 third metatarsophalangeal joints and 1 fourth metatarsophalangeal joint were replaced with metal bushed silicon Swanson prostheses. Two patients (4 feet) with abnormal first-second intermetetarsal angle (19?-20?) received simultaneous proximal metatarsal osteotomy. The osteotomed metatarsal were fixed with Biofix absorbable screws. Two patients (3 feet) received simultaneous metatarsal head (2-5) resection arthroplasty. Twenty-nine (46 feet) were followed-up for average 26.5 (3-36) months with Maryland metatarsal joint scoring system. Oriented by the Maryland scoring system, pain, joint function, and objective messurements were recorded and scored. Results The preoperative and postoperatvie Maryland score was 72 (55-82) and 91 (67-96), respectively. Excellent result was achieved in 41 feet (89.13%), good in 2 feet(4.35%), fair in 2 feet(4.35%), and poor in 1 foot(2.17%). The good-excellent result rate in this group was 93.48%. The complications included: delayed wound union in 2 feet, implant dislocation in 1 foot, reactive synovitis in 1 foot. Conclusion The short-term result of total metatarsophalangeal arthroplasty for treatment of OA, RA, hallux rigidus, old dislocation of metatarsophalangeal and avascular osteonecrosis of metatarsal heads is satisfying.

Fifteen min after adding nimodipine 50 ?mol/L, the contractility of the left atrial muscle decreased from 100 % of control to 55.5 +4.2 o/o and its inhibitory effect was equal to the effect of verapamil (25 ?mol/L ) . Nim at the same concentration inhibited strongly the positive staircase phenomenon but could not reverse it into the negative staircase phenomenon as verapamil 25 ?mol/L did. The same concentration of Nim suppressed significantly the post rest contraction. On the contrary, the post rest contraction was not affected by verapamil at 25 ?mol/L. In addition, Nim 50 ?mol/L reversed or prevented significantly the ouabain-induced arrhythmias in isolated left atria. These results suggest that the negative ino-trbpism of Nim may be related not only to the inhibition of Ca2 + influx to the cells and also to the decrease of the intercellular Ca2+ release and that Nim might present the possibility in treating arrhythmias or other heart disease
