1.The risk stratification of patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 2003;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the prognosis capacity of the Primary Angioplasty in Myocardial Infarction (PAMI) risk score for 6 months mortality in the clinical patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), in addition to asses the incremental value of EF and multivessel disease for risk stratification. Methods Six clinical variables and their relative value of score derived from PAMI risk scoring system were used to determine individual's risk score. The patients with STEMI were evaluated during the in-hospital period and followed-up for a mean of (10.34?3.24) months for mortality. The p values were calculated using a Kruskal-Wallis H test for categorical variables when appropriate; otherwise Independent-samples test was used. Logistic regression examined the discriminant accuracy of the PAMI risk score to predict death and assessed the incremental value of the EF and multivessel disease. Results A 88.8% of patients (183 patients) finished the follow up of 6 months. The overall in-hospital mortality rate was 4.4%, 30-day mortality rate was 6% and 6 months mortality rate was 9.3%. Eighty-eight patients scored 0-2 points, 54 patients scored 3-5 points, 17 patients scored 6-8 points and 24 patients scored ≥9 points. The 6 months mortality were 1.1%,3.7%, 17.6% and 41.7% respectively. Logistic regression analysis indicated that multivessel disease is a risk factor (OR 10.189) and EF is a protected factor (OR 0.849) for 6 months mortality after PCI. Multivessel disease and EF provided incremental information over that provided by the PAMI risk score. Conclusion The PAMI risk score can be applied in early stage after PCI for mortality risk assessment for patients with STEMI. EF and multivessel disease also convey important prognostic information and should be included in risk stratification after STEMI.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(5):549-551
In this paper, performance of decompression and low coated gas chromatographic column of non-polar liquid phases is described. Chromatographic parameters of a column packed with 0.5% OV-101 on glazing support (φ0.18~0.25mm) 302 was studied for C、C7、C8、C9 n-alkanes samples. The results showed that the column pressure 0.068 MPa was best, the column temperature for n-octane could be decreased to 52°C,column efficiency was four time as high as ordinary pressure detection.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(04):-
Objective To set up the determining method of quercetinum in Kuding Cha of Ligustrum by HPLC. Method Hypersil ODS2 chromatographic column (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m) was adopted. Methanol 0.4% phosphoric acid (47∶53) was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the detecting wavelength was 360 nm. Result The linear range of quercetinum was 0.050 4~1.008 0 ?g, r =0.999 99, and the average recovery was 101.61% (RSD=1.75%, n =5). Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate, and can used be as basis of quality control for Kuding Cha of Ligustrum.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To develop a method for determination of tin in the air of workplace by microwave digestion-HG-AFS. Methods The air samples were collected and the concentration of tin was determined by microwave digestion-HG-AFS and the parameters of atomic fluorescence spectrometry were studied. Results In the optimum condition, the detection limit of tin was 0.3 ?g /L, the lowest detected concentration of tin in the samples was 0.000 1 mg/m3 (based on 75 L air sample), the RSD was 2.7%-3.5%, the rate of recovery was in the range of 96.5%-104.7%. Conclusion The method is rapid, convenient, accurate, sensitive and suitable for determination of tin in the air of workplace.

Objective To establish a HG-AFS method for determination of cadmium in the water. Methods The condition for hydride generation and parameters of atomic fluorescence spectrometry were studied. Results In the optimum condition, the detection limit of tin was 0.03 ?g /L, the RSD were 1.1%-3.0%. The sample recoveries were 98.2%-107.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid, convenient, accurate, sensitive and suitable for determination of cadmium in the water.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Using the fluorescence method, the effect of Luteolin ( Lut) on H2O2 release of peritoneal macrophages(M(?)s) in rat was studied. The results showed that H2O2 release of peritoneal M(?)s stimulated by op-sonized Zymosan was reduced by in vitro treatment of Lut. The inhibitory effect of Lut is in a concentration-dependent manner over the range of 4 ? 10-7-10-5mol/L. When M(?)s was cultivated with Lut for 4 h, the inhibitory effect of Lut was the most obvious.

Objective To explore conduct disorder tendency and it's influence factors on secondary school students. Methods 669 students of grade 1 in Dezhou Vocational and Technical College were investigated by Conduct Disorder Tendency Questionnaire, Revised Version of MBI-SS and SRHMS Version1.0. Results The secondary vocational school students' scores on violation tendency, addiction tendency and aggression tendency were 11.51±4.08,5.90±2.68 and 6.68±2.63,and were significant different from vocational college students or high school students(addiction tendency:F(2, 1578)=7.48,P =0.001;aggression tendency:F(2, 1579)=24.40,P <0.001). There existed great capable difference of conduct disorder according to genders ( t(643)>3.85,P <0.001).Conduct disorder tendency of secondary vocational students' was positive correlated with their learning burnout (Pearson correlation coefficient was between 0.16 and 0.52 for each pair), but negative correlated with mental health(Pearson correlation coefficient was between -0.13 and -0.27 for each pair). The linear regression showed that some dimensions of learning burnout and self-rated mental health predicted students' conduct disorder tendency. Conclusion Conduct disorder tendency of secondary vocational students is affected by their learning burnout and mental health.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(10):637-640
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a group of highly aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in small B-cell lymphoma, accounting for 6 % of NHL incidence. MCL is characterized with its concealed onset, strong aggression, high malignancy and poor prognosis. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MCL in clinic. Recently, diagnostic models of molecular pathology, researches on cyclin D1 protein negative MCL, staging prognosis and stratification treatment of MCL are worthy of attention.
