Objective:To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of patients and satis-faction for medical staff in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods:A total of 100 AMI patients who visited to our hospital from Sep 2012 to Oct 2013 were enrolled.According to number table, they were random-ly divided into routine nursing group (n=50)and early rehabilitation nursing group (n=50,received early rehabili-tation nursing based on routine nursing). The Chinese questionnaire of quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease (CQQC)was used for evaluating patient's quality of life. The nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results:After three-week nursing care, satisfactions on medical staff attitude, medical staff work level, health publicity and education and psychological intervention of early rehabilitation nursing group were significantly higher than those of routine nursing group (98.0% vs.78.0%、100% vs.76.0%、96.0% vs.80.0%、100% vs. 82.0%),P <0.05~<0.01.Each score of CQQC in early rehabilitation nursing group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group,P <0.01 all. Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve patient's condition, significantly improve the quality of life and their satisfaction for medical staff in patients with acute myo-cardial infarction, and it is worth clinical extending.
3.Effect of Perfectionism on Depression and A Moderating Role of Personality
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective: To explore the effect of perfectionism on depression using anxiety as a controllng variable, and to find possible personality moderators. Methods: 407 undergraduate students from 8 universities in Beijing and Xi'an completed a battery of questionnaires, including Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(FMPS),Beck Depression Inventory(BDI),Personality Adjective Checklist(PACL) and Self-rated Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results: Hierarchical Regression Analysis confirmed the effects of two negative perfectionism dimensions hesitating over actions and concerning over mistakes,on depression after controlling anxiety. The effect of organization on depression was moderated by the personality trait of cooperation. Conclusion: Dimensions of perfectionism have diverse effects on depression.Psychological intervention should be carried out according to individual characteristics.
4.Different Theoretical Perspectives in Coping Research
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
For decades, coping has undergone intensive investigation through different theoretical lens. In this paper, three theoretical standings in coping research were proposed:namely, the process theory, the trait theory and the situation theory. Relevant research and measurements were introduced. In the end, different perspectives were reevaluated and implication for further research was discussed.

Objective: To examine the reliability and validity of MBI-SS and discuss the academic characteristics that affect burnout. Methods: 353 undergraduate students were administrated MBI-SS and Academic Characteristic Survey. Results: Confirmatory factor analyses showed that the expected three-factor structure of the adapted versions of the MBI- Students Survey (including Exhaustion, Cynicism, and Reduced Efficacy) fitted to the data. Exploratory factor analyses showed that the Academic Characteristic Survey includes six dimensions. The result of Regression showed that 44.4% variance of student burnout can be explained by Academic Characteristics. Conclusion: Student burnout includes three dimensions: Exhaustion, Cynicism and Reduced efficacy. Academic self-efficacy,academic stress, relationship with teachers and relationship with fellow students are significant predictors for student burnout.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;12(2):165-168
Objective To investigate the relationships between serum concentration of RBP-4 and the parameters of inflammatory, lipid metabolism, insulin resistance in patients with T2DM. Methods 71 patients newly diagnosed with T2DM and 34 subjects with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Additionally, another subset analysis was performed. Subjects were divided into normal weight (NW) and overweight or obesity (OW/OB) group on the basis of BMI. Serum RBP-4 was measured with ELISA. Serum concentrations of hs-CRP, free fatty acids (FFA), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and insulin were measured in fasting status. Insulin resistance was assessed by HOMA-IR. Results Ln (HOMA-IR) and the concentrations of TG, FFA, In(hs-CRP) in T2DM were significant-ly higher than that of NGR group[1.20±0.38 vs 0.76±0.34,(2.74±2. 20)mmol/L vs (1.88±1.41),(0. 80±0. 29)mmol/L vs (0.61±0.22)retool/L,0.62±1.00 vs -0. 17±1.07] . InRBP-4 showed a positive relationship with In (HOMA-IR) ( r =0. 382, P <0. 05), but no association with TC, TG, FFA and In(hs-CRP). In the group of T2DM, InRBP-4 showed a positive relationship with FFA ( r =0. 242, P <0.05) and In (hs-CRP) ( r =0.346, P <0.01), but no association with TC, TG and In (HOMA-IR). There were no relationships between InRBP-4 and In (HOMA-IR), TC, TG, FFA and In (hs-CRP)in NW, while in OW/OB group, InRBP-4 showed a positive relationship with In (HOMA-IR) ( r =0. 290,P < 0. 05 ) and In (hs-CRP) ( r = 0. 295, P <0.05 ), but no association with TC, TG and FFA. In a mul-tiple linear regression analysis, In( hs-CRP), TC, TG, FFA or In(HOMA-IR) was not the independent de-terminant of InRBP-4 in any group. Conclusion In patients with T2DM, InRBP-4 is positively correlatedwith In (hs-CRP) and FFA, and it may be a new marker of inflammation.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
To advocate cadaver donation is to advocate the spirit of devotion and scientific research. It has been proved in the development of modern medicine that many problems of medical education and stubborn diseases were solved by necrospy. However, currently the cadavers donated cannot satisfy practical need, mainly because that few people would voluntarily register to donate their bodies, and those among the registered who actually donated are even fewer. This paper analyzes three factors that contribute to the bottleneck in the cadaver donation. And on the basis of present situation, countermeasures are presented to solve the problems.
