Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):376-377
Objective To study and analyze the application of Humanistic Psychological Intervention in the operation of laparoscopic bladder tumor resection and ileal neobladder. Methods 100 cases of laparoscopic bladder tumor resection and ileal neobladder were selected from February 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital as the study subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received Humanistic Psychological Intervention Nursing in operation room. The nursing satisfaction and related clinical indicators were compared in the two groups. Results After the corresponding nursing, the total satisfaction in the experimental group was 47 cases (94%), the total satisfaction in the control group was 36(72%). The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization time and operation time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of bleeding in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of operation room humanized psychological intervention after resection of ileal neobladder surgery in laparoscopic bladder tumor can improve nursing satisfaction to a large extent, improve the treatment effect of the patients, help patients recover, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of pharmaceutical care on blood glucose control and medication compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus. METHODS:Nighty-two discharged patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from Apr. to Sept. 2015 were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. Both groups were given Chlorpropamide tablets+Metformin glibenclamide tablets(Ⅰ)for 3 months;intervention group additionally re-ceived pharmaceutical care as medication education, telephone follow-up,etc. The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glu-cose,medication compliance were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. RESULTS:Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose,or medication compliance between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose in 2 groups were significantly decreased, and the intervention group was significantly lower than control group;the effects of blood glucose control in patients younger than 60 years old were better than in patients older than 60 years old, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After one month of treatment, the proportion of good medication compliance were increased significantly in 2 groups, and the intervention group was significantly higher than control group. After 3 months of treatment, the proportion of good medication compliance in 2 groups were significant-ly higher than before treatment, and 1 month after treatment, while the intervention group was significantly higher than control group. The improvement of medication compliance in patients younger than 60 years old was better than in patients older than 60 years old, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Pharmaceutical care contributes to blood glucose control and improves the medication compliance, especially for those younger than 60 years old.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between hyperuricemia and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) by observing the prevalence of NAFLD among healthy individuals with different levels of serum uric acid. Methods The data of 5 230 persons from medical centers for health examination were analyzed, such as height, weight, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood sugar, hepatitis-related markers, and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination were conducted in the fasting state. The diagnosis of NAFLD was made according to the diagnostic criteria adopted by China Institute of Liver Disease and Alcoholic Liver Disease Group. Results The incidences of overweight or obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and metabolic syndrome were raised with serum uric acid greater than 333 μmol/L in male and>233 μmol/L in female subjects(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Excluding the metabolic syndrome in male subjects, the incidence of NAFLD was increased with serum uric acid,>333 μmol/L in males or >233 μmol/L in females(P<0.05 or P<0.01). In further studies with subjects without any metabolic syndrome, the detection rate of NAFLD was higher in males than in females at the same serum uric acid level(P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that sex, body mass index, blood glucose, and triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid grading were risk factors of NAFLD(OR 1.344, 2.500, 1.292, 1.279, 1.244, 1.256 respectively). Conclusion A high serum uric acid level is associated with an increased risk of NAFLD.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the influence of physiological motions on three-dimensional (3D) CT images and the rules of motion artifacts. Methods A mathematical model of motion artifact was set up based on the principle of spiral scanning, hereby the geometrical distortion of 3D image was analyzed.Experiments were carried out with home-made phantoms on a CT scanner. Results The details of 3D images with trivial distortion were legible under static condition. On the contrary, distinct distortion occured under moving condition, and its degree increased with the pitch and motion period. The 3D images were varied with difference of the motion initial phases. Conclusion The distortion of 3D-CT image depends on the motion characters of scanned objects and scanning parameters such as pitch and slice thickness.
