Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2001;0(08):-
Objective To establish a framework of indexes for assessing the composite results in TCM hospitals so as to promote their development. Methods Such methods and techniques as literature review, descriptive study, Delphi expert consultation, step analysis, composite index, weighted rank sum ratio, and correlation analysis as used by Kendall and others were adopted. Results The current situation regarding the allocation and utilization of health resources in a certain city was found out and a framework of indexes for assessing the composite results in TCM hospitals and the demarcation line for dividing the results into grades were defined. Conclusion The development of TCM hospitals in the city has reached a certain scale, the feature of TCM specialties forms a new growth point, and the framework of indexes for the assessment of composite results in TCM hospitals needs constant perfection.

Objective:To investigate the use of antibacterial agents for emergency patients with acute upper respiratory infections in tertiary hospitals in Beijing .Methods:We used the medical claim data for urban workers in 10 tertiary hospitals in Beijing from Oct .2010 to Sep.2012.Medical records of emer-gency patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections had been selected as the study sample .The proportions of antibacterial prescriptions and categories of antibacterial drugs were described and ana -lyzed.Results:This study included 135 979 visitors (male:42.7%;mean age:43.6 ±16.2 years). The average antibacterial prescription rate was 71.2% (95%CI 71.0%-71.5%), of which the single kind use was 80.0%(95%CI 79.7%-80.2%).Among acute upper respiratory tract infections , the antibacte-rial prescription rate for acute tonsillitis visits was highest (85.1%, 95%CI 84.5%-85.6%), followed by acute laryngitis and bronchitis (81.69%, 95%CI 80.4%-82.8%), acute pharyngitis (81.4%, 95%CI 77.7% -85.0%), acute sinusitis (77.0%, 95%CI 74.6% -79.4%), acute nasopharyngitis (74.3%, 95%CI 73.7%-75.0%), and common cold (67.6%, 95%CI 67.3%-67.9%).Compared with the female group, the antibacterial prescription rate for the male was higher (73.2%, 95%CI 72.8%-73.6%vs.69.7%, 95%CI 69.4%-70.0%).Compared with the <60 years age cases, the anti-bacterial prescription rate for the ≥60 years cases was higher (72.1%, 95%CI 71.8%-72.3% vs. 66 .8%, 95%CI 66 .2%-67 .5%) .In the visitors who used antibacterial drugs , the average percentage of injection use was 50.6%(95%CI 50.3%-50.9%).The top antibacterial drugs in the list of varie-ties were the second generation cephalosporins (28.4%) , followed by the third generation cephalosporins (21.7%), fluoroquinolones (21.0%) and macrolides (17.6%).Conclusion: The antibacterial pre-scription rate for acute upper respiratory tract infections in the general hospitals in Beijing is high , and the second generation cephalosporins , third generation cephalosporins , fluoroquinolones and macrolides take the lead in the total antibacterial drugs .

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(5):759-761
Objective:
To understand the characteristic of height growth among preschool children with normal physique, overweight and obese, and in order to provide basis for proper physical growth intervention of preschool children.
Methods:
Cluster sampling method was used and preschool children of kindergartens in 7 cities were selected, height and weight was measured, the information of birth date and sex were collected by parents’ questionnaires. The "WHO Child Growth Standards" was used for evaluate children’s height and body mass index. ANOVA analysis and Wilcoxon rank sum test were used for statistic analysis.
Results:
There were 2 479 children who were normal weight, overweight and obese at baseline and were followed up for 2 years. The detection rate of

Traditional symptom management methods are difficult to efficiently and accurately intervene in symptom networks related to mental illness. Bridge symptoms are the most core symptom in the symptom network, and symptom management for bridge symptoms can effectively improve other related symptoms management of mental illness. This paper reviews the overview, identification indicators and methods, characteristics of bridge symptoms, and its application significance in symptom management of mental illness patients, aiming to provide reference for nurses to implement efficient and accurate symptom management for patients with mental illness.

Objective To construct the growth percentile curves of weight-,length/height-,head circumference and BMI for 1 to 4 year-olds who had been breastfed in urban areas. Methods Data was from the longitudinal study on 1 025 breastfed children aged 1 to 4 years,in 8 urban areas during 2008-2012.MLwiN2.25 was selected to construct the multi-level models of weight-for-age,length for-age,head circumference-for-age and BMI-for-age.The models included many growth relevant factors including gender, age, family and social demographic characteristics, perinatal factors, parent biological characteristics, dietary patterns and diseases of childen.Based on these models, predicted values (P3,P15,P50,Ps5,P97) were estimated to fit the percentiles reference curves. Results The percentiles reference curves of weight-,length/height,head circumferenceand BMI-for-age for the 1-4 year-olds who had been breastfed in the urban areas were developed.Differences of all the indicators between boys and girls were statistically significant (P<0.001).Weight,length/height,head circumference and BMI were higher in boys than those in girls, with an average differences as 0.56-0.76 kg,0.89-1.12 cm,0.64-0.91 cm and 0.31-0.52 kg/m2.Conclusion The percentiles reference curves on growth, constructed by the longitudinal observational data and scientific method, were important in reflecting the development ofbreastfed children in urban areas.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2018;31(2):224-229
Objective:To collect the simple interventions in pediatric biomedical research and analyze the risk condition, to establish the minimal risk evaluation criteria, thus to provide the scientific method for the ethical re-view of pediatric biomedical research. Methods:The expert consultation was carried out on the minimal risk evalu-ation of the simple interventions for pediatric biomedical research, and 25 experts from 11 medical institutions car-rying out children' s clinical research were selected to conduct 2 rounds of expert consultation. Results:25 valid questionnaires were collected, and the positive coefficient of the respondents was 100%. The judgment and famili-arity or degree of attention on the related problems was 0 . 764 . The minimal risk evaluation criteria of 25 simple in-terventions in 4 dimensions were determined. Conclusion: We determine the minimal risk evaluation criteria for simple interventions in pediatric biomedical research using the Delphi method, and the research results were relia-ble and could provide a reference for the ethical review of pediatric biomedical research.
