1.Review on Children Herpetic Stomatitis Treated with TCM
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(12):1466-1468
[Purpose] For almost ten years of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis, shows that its treatment efficacy and safe-ty, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease; in traditional Chinese medicine for infantile herpetic stomatitis targeted multi-channel treatment and flexibility, to open up broader prospects. [Method] To col ect reference infantile herpetic stomati-tis, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of relevant literature reports, the etiology and pathogenesis, dialectical classification and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, including herbal medicinal broth internal medicine, proprietary Chinese medicine oral treatment, relevant experience and proprietary Chinese medicine atomization, external treatment, acupuncture, massage and so on, carry on the induction, summary. [Results] Chinese medicine treatment for infantile herpetic stomatitis, high total effective rate in clinical effect is better, and with less side effects. [Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical research of the disease in recent years shows certain advantages, at the same time, carries out multicenter, large sample, prospective clinical study, objective evaluation the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease; a clear indication of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease, targeted research and development of convenient and effective inside governance and outside governance drugs wil be the re-search direction of treatment of this disease.
2.Professor SUN Yiqiu's Clinical Experience in Treating Allergic Cough
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2018;42(1):78-80
[Objective] To discuss the academic point of view and clinical experience of Professor SUN Yiqiu in diagnosing and treating allergic cough in children. [Methods]The data were collected by method with sommelier diagnosis, from the pathogenesis and treatment aspects of academic ideas of Professor SUN Yiqiu in treatment of children allergic cough and clinical experience, the prescription and Chinese medicine conditioning characteristics are summarized, with case for evidence.[Results]Professor SUN Yiqiu believes that wind invading the lung is the forerunner of this disease, the key pathogenesis of lung deficiency and pathogen retention,to remove evil is the basic treatment principle;clinical value of cure from the"wind",advocate"Yufeng"Quxie law to improve their body resistance, thus reducing the incidence, alleviate symptoms, play the role of qufengzhike;clinical use of modified Yuping Feng Pulvis in treatment of this disease, on the basis of addition and subtraction, using both specimens, prevention concept, emphasizing the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation and symptomatic symptoms a combination gets significant effect. [Conclusion]Professor SUN Yiqiu's experience in the treatment of allergic cough in children is clinically effective and can be used for clinical reference.

Objective:
To explore the sensitivity and specificity of the Chinese version of the volume and viscosity swallowing test with modified safety and effectiveness indicators (VVST-CV) in assessing deglutition disorders.
Methods:
The solvent, volume, viscosity, and test index of the volume and viscosity swallowing test were modified before it was used to evaluate 89 patients with swallowing disorders. The positive rates of the safety indexes (coughing, voice changes and blood oxygen saturation decline at least 3%) and the efficiency indexes (poor lip closure, oral residue, pharynx residue and swallowing) were recorded and compared and compared with the positive rates of penetration, aspiration and food residue determined by means of according to the videofluoroscopic swallowing study, then the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the modified VVST-CV with regard to the safety and efficiency of swallowing were calculated.
Results:
The VVST-CV′s sensitivity in detecting dysphagia was 0.97. For impaired safety it was 0.85 and for impaired swallowing efficiency it was 0.95. The sensitivity of the coughing index was 0.65, that of sound change was 0.60 and that of oxygen saturation decrease was 0.42. The positive predictive values for coughing, sound change and oxygen saturation decrease were 0.98, 0.94 and 0.94, respectively.
Conclusion
The VVST-CV is simple, feasible and sensitive. It can be widely useful in the evaluation of dysphagia in clinical practice.

Objective:To seek any correlation between cortical activity and the swallowing of dysphagia patients with infratentorial stroke, and to observe any effect of three-needle acupuncture of the tongue on such activity. Methods:Thirty infratentorial stroke survivors with dysphagia were randomly divided into a tongue three-needle group and a sham acupuncture group, each of 15. Functional near-infrared spectroscopy was used to monitor changes in the concentration of oxygenated hemoglobin (ΔHbO 2) at rest, during acupuncture (or sham acupuncture), during real or sham electro-acupuncture, and at rest after the acupuncture or sham acupuncture treatment. The Modified Rankin Scale, a Penetration-Aspiration Scale (PAS), and the Functional Oral Intake Scale were employed to assess overall functional disability and the swallowing of both groups. Results:At rest the average ΔHbO 2 concentrations recorded in the left primary motor cortex, the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and the left premotor cortex in both groups were positively correlated with the PAS scores. During the acupuncture ΔHbO 2 concentration in the right inferior frontal gyrus and the left middle temporal gyrus increased significantly in the tongue three-needle group. It decreased significantly in the left somatosensory cortex and the left primary motor cortex. Conclusion:Three-needle acupuncture of the tongue induces changes in cortical activity in infratentorial stroke survivors with dysphagia, suggesting a potential technique for improving disordered swallowing.
