Objective To observe the effect of nine respiratory tract infection pathogen IgM antibodies test,and guiding signifi-cance of treatment.Methods A total of 1 000 children who had respiratory tract infection were collected in this study.Children se-rum were analyzed with detection reagent of nine respiratory tract infection IgM antibody pathogen and ILF,respectively.Compa-ring the results of two methods,the accuracy of nine respiratory tract infection pathogen IgM antibody was analyzed and observed its guidance to treatment.Results Two measures have close result.917 children in 1 000 cases recover quickly through symptomat-ic treatment.21 children choked and 2 of them died because of multiple organ failure.62 children Improved and left hospital through long time treatment.Conclusion Nine respiratory tract infection pathogen IgM antibody test can detect multiple pathogens quickly with high specificity.and it suits Basic level hospital with positive social and economic benefits.
2.The application of syphilis detection in the pre-pregnancy eugenics inspection

Objective To investigate the application of syphilis detection in the pre-pregnancy eugenics inspection.Methods 12 900 women who attended the national free pre-pregnancy eugenics inspection from March 201 1 to October 2013 were selected as subjects.The treponema pallidum particle agglutination assay(TPPA)and rapid plasma regain test(RPR)were conducted among them before pregnancy,and the results of syphilis detections were recorded and compared.Results In 12 900 women,63 cases (0.49%)were syphilis positive in RPR tests,129 cases(1.00%)were syphilis positive in TPPA test,and 45 cases(0.35%)were syphilis positive both in RPR and TPPA tests.There were significant differences in positive rates of syphilis between that in the RPR test and that in the TPPA test(P <0.05),while no significant differences were found in positive rates of syphilis between that in the RPR test and that in the combined detection of RPR test and TPPA test.There were significant differences in positive rate of syphilis between that in the TPPA test and that in the combined detection of RPR test and TPPA test(P <0.05).The sensitivity of RPR test and TPPA test was 71.4% and 34.9%,respectively.Conclusion Both the RPR test and TPPA test could be the fast and ef-fective method in diagnosis of syphilis.However,RPR test might be more sensitive,which could be widely used in the pre-pregnancy eugen-ics healthy screening.Moreover,the diagnosis results could be confirmed by combination of RPR test and TPPA test.
3.On anti-inflammation,immune regulation and anti-stress effect of cartialgenous collagen zymolyte

Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammation,immune regulation and anti-stress effect of cartialgenous collagen zymolyte.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by carrageenan-induced foot swelling test,the immune effect was observed by delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene and the anti-stress effect was observed by hypoxia tolerance and fatigue tolerance. Results:The cartialgenous collagen zymolyte can inhibit the carrageenan-induced foot swelling and delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene,and improve the macrophagocyte phagocytosis function,and enhance the body,s non-specific resistance to fatigue.Conclusion:Cartialgenous collagen zymolyte appeared obvious immune regulation,anti-inflammation and anti-stress effect.
4.Prevention and therapeutic effects of sika deer velvet collagen hydrolysate on osteoporosis in rats by retinoic acid.

The objective was to evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of the collagen hydrolysate extracted from Sika deer velvet (CSDV) on osteoporosis rats induced by retinoicacid. Histomorphometric indices and serum biochemical parameters were measured in osteoporosis rats treated with/without antler collagen and in sham-operated rats. Our results were as follows: compared with the osteoporosis group, significant elevation in the levels of bone mineral density (BMD), Ca, P and static histomorphometric indexes and biomechanical properties, but reduction in the level of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were observed in antler collagen-treated groups. However, the above function with the collagenase solution velvet material varied with the different doses. In conclusion, the extracted collagen is found to play a role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis rats by retinoic acid.
