Objective To explore the expression profiles of circulating microRNA(miRNA)and potential markers for the diagnosis of adult fulminant myocarditis(FM). Methods The expression profiles of circulating miRNA were determined by microarray analysis and verified by real-time quantitative PCR.The key role of circulating miRNA in FM was determined via KEGG pathway enrichment. The correlations between miRNA and cardiac function parameters in patients with FM were analyzed. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was established to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of circulating miRNA in the diagnosis of FM. Results Compared with healthy controls, the FM patients had up-regulated expression levels of miR-29b(t=18.925,P<0.001)and miR-125b(t=5.981,P=0.029)in the plasma. After treatment, the expression levels of miR-29b(t=12.943,P<0.001)and miR-125b(t=14.016,P<0.001)were significantly down-regulated.KEGG pathway enrichment showed that the targets of miR-29b were involved in inflammatory response and apoptosis pathways. The results of cell proliferation and apoptosis assay demonstrated the transfection of miR-29b mimic had a more significant inducing effect on cardiomyocyte apoptosis than that of miR-125b mimic(χ 2=6.168,P=0.047),whereas there was no significant difference in the inhibition of cell proliferation between the two groups(χ2=1.452,P=0.417).The expression levels of miR-29b and miR-125b were negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction(r=-0.67,P=0.071;r=-0.49,P=0.003).They were positively correlated with cardiac troponin I level(r=0.61,P=0.019;r=0.52,P=0.016),interferon β level(r=0.42,P=0.014;r=0.36,P=0.021),and myocardial edema area(r=0.86,P=0.005;r=0.73,P=0.013).The ROC curve analysis demonstrated that miR-29b had higher sensitivity for the diagnosis of FM(93.6% vs.89.2%;t=0.896,P=0.795)and specificity(72.4% vs.59.6%;t=9.478,P=0.002)than miR-125b. Conclusion The circulating miR-29b may be a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of FM.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital in the transformational leadership of head nurses and work engagement of clinical nurses, so as to provide a reference for clinical nursing management. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey. From July to December 2019, and convenience sampling was used to select 480 clinical nurses from two Class Ⅲ general hospitals and two Class Ⅱ general hospitals in Beijing as the study objects. The questionnaire survey was conducted with the Social Demographic Questionnaire, the Chinese version of Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire and the Word Engagement Scale. A total of 480 questionnaires were distributed and 452 valid questionnaires were returned. The data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0. Statistical methods included descriptive analysis, single factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results:The total mean scores of transformational leadership behavior of head nurses, nurses' psychological capital, and nurses' work engagement for 452 clinical nurses were (4.220±0.676) , (3.765±0.478) and (3.552±0.768) respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations among the three scales ( P<0.01) . Structural equation model analysis revealed that psychological capital played a part of the mediating effect between the transformational leadership of head nurses and nurses' work engagement, and the mediating effect accounted for 61.0% of the total effect. Conclusions:Psychological capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership of head nurses and nurses' work engagement. Nursing managers should give full play to the advantages of transformational leadership and take measures to increase the psychological capital of nurses, so as to increase the level of nurses' work engagement.

Objective:To explore the correlation between nurses' professional identity and perceived head nurses' humanistic care. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From March to April 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 1 600 nurses from five ClassⅢ general hospitals in Beijing. The nurses were surveyed by the Sociodemographic Information Questionnaire, Head Nurse's Humanistic Care Behavior Scale for Nurses, and Professional Identity Scale for Nurses. Results:A total of 1 526 effective questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 95.4%. The total scores of nurses' professional identity and perceived head nurses' humanistic care were (122.36±25.13) and (114.67±21.22) , respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the perceived head nurses' humanistic care was positively correlated with the professional identity of nurses, and the difference was statistically significant ( r=0.66, P<0.01) . Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the higher the perceived head nurse's humanistic care, the higher the nurse's professional identity, and the difference was statistically significant (β=0.77, P<0.01) . Conclusions:Perceived head nurses' humanistic care has a positive impact on nurses' professional identity. Nurses' professional identity can be increased by improving the humanistic care behavior of head nurses.
