1.Study on application of tranexamic acid in perioperative period of intertrochanter fracture of femur

Objective To evaluate the application of tranexamic acid in perioperative period of intertrochanter fracture of femur.Methods 46 cases of patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur were randomLy divided into the control group and treatment group,23 cases in each group.All patients underwent partial hip replacement,10min before operation,the control group was given 0.9%sodium chloride injection100mL,intravenous drip; the experimental group was treated with tranexamic acid injection 10mg/kg,soluble in 100mL 0.9%sodium chloride injection,intravenous drip;Before and after operation,compared between the two groups of patients with blood t hematocrit(HCT),hemoglobin(Hb)levels,volume of blood loss,volume of blood transfusion and incidence of postoperative complications.Results After operation,compared with the control group,the serum levels of HCT、Hb were higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).The total blood loss,hidden blood loss,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and blood transfusion volume were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the 2 groups.Conclusion The tranexamic acid can significantly reduce the volume of blood loss and volume of blood transfusion in perioperative period of patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur,and do not increase the incidence of postoperative complications of thrombosis,and have high security.
2.Intelligent moxibustion instrument based on C8051F020

Objective To develop an intelligent moxibustion instrument based on MCU,on the basis of moxibustion principles of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A mixed-signal system-on-chip MCU C8051F020 was used to design four kinds of moxibustion heads to heat,light,and to upload detected temperature to the host microcontroller.Sixteen output ports were designed of which temperature and moxibustion time can be individually set.Results The temperature range of moxibustion head was 30-60℃,with error ≤±3 ℃.The timing range was 10-90 min,and full-scale timing error was ≤±1 min.The average infrared all normal emission rate of moxibustion head was 0.89.Conclusions The test parameters meet the requirements for moxibustion instrument,and the instrument is safe,reliable and simple to operate.
3.Effects of human adipose-derived mesenchymai stem cells transplantation combined with exercise training on function recovery in rats after spinal cord injury and its related mechanism

Objective To study the effects of transplantation of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hADSCs) combined with exercise training on the functional recovery in rats after spinal cord injury(SCI) and the related mechanism.Methods One hundred male SD rats were randomly divided into combination therapy group,cell transplantation group,rehabilitation training group,injury control group and shamed-operated group (n=20).Except for the shamed-operated group,rats in the other groups were induced SCI models using a modified Allen impactor (H=25 mm) at T10.Right after SCI,hADSCs were transplanted into the rats of combination therapy group and cell transplantation group.The combination therapy group and exercise training group started treadmill training on the second day.Hind limb movement was assessed using Basse-Beattie-Bresnaban (BBB) scale before the operation and 1st,2nd,3rd,7th,14th,21th,28th days after SCI.On the 3nd 7th,14th,28th days after SCI,the relative concentration of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) of the spinal cord was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results (1)The BBB scores of cell transplantation group and exercise training group were markedly improved since the 7th day of SCI than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of the combination therapy group were significantly higher since the 3nd day of SCI than those of the cell transplantation group,rehabilitation training group and injury control group (P<0.05).(2) As compared with that in the shamed-operated group,the BDNF expression in the injury control group decreased significantly since the 3th day of SCI (P<0.05); the BDNF expression in the cell transplantation group and rehabilitation training group were significantly higher than that in the injury control group since the 7th day of SCI (P<0.05),but that in the combination therapy group were significantly higher than that in the cell transplantation group and rehabilitation training group (P<0.05).Conclusions The hADSCs transplantation combined with exercise training have a synergistic effect on functional recovery after SCI,which might be partially due to the up-regulation of BDNF expression.
4.Effect of early rehabilitation intervention on function recovery in patients with spinal cord injury

Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation intervention in functional recovery of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods Eighty patients with SCI,admitted to our hospital from October 2009 to September 2013,were chosen in our study and divided into two groups:the treatment group,received rehabilitation treatment within one month of injury (n=40),and the control group,received rehabilitation treatment one month after injury (n=40).Both groups were given conventional treatment besides rehabilitation treatment.Scale of activities of daily living,Barthel index (BI) and functional independence measurement (FIM) were performed before treatment and three months after treatment.Results As compared with those before treatment (38.23±17.88 and 38.23± 17.88 in the treatment and control groups,23.38±15.50 and 25.50±17.28,55.98±16.76 and 62.75±14.44),the scores of activities of daily living (73.68±27.38 and 63.45±19.41),BI (53.13±28.46 and 43.63±20.25)and FIM (92.78±24.72 and 84.50±17.85) after treatment were significantly higher in both groups (P<0.05);as compared with patients from the control group,patients from the treatment group had significantly higher scores of activities of daily living,BI and FIM after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention can obviously promote the function recovery of SCI; rehabilitation should be involved within one month of injury.
5.A comparative study on safety and immunogenicity of an inactivated hepatitis A vaccine in HBsAg carriers and healthy children.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate safety and immunogenicity of inactivated hepatitis A vaccine in HBsAg carriers and healthy children.
METHODSOne hundred and twenty-one healthy children and ten HBsAg carriers, aged 1-10 years HAV susceptible were enrolled in the study. The inactivated hepatitis A vaccine was produced by Tangshan Biogenetic Company. The dosage of the vaccine was 1000 U/Dosage and 500 U/Dosage. The vaccination schedule was six month apart for two injections. The serum anti-HAV level was detected with EIA at one month after first injection and at one and six month after the booster injection, respectively.
RESULTSThe anti-HAV appeared in all the children. One month after the booster injection, the serum anti-HAV level in children vaccinated 500 U/Dosage was 4684.9 mIU and 4535.6 mIU, respectively and in the children vaccinated 1000 U/Dosage, 5399.8 mIU and 7347.1 mIU, respectively. The anti-HAV level was not statistically different between the two groups of children. There was no adverse reaction after the vaccination. The anti-HAV level was still high one year after first injection.
CONCLUSIONSThe data indicated that the safety and immunogenicity of the domestic inactivated hepatitis A vaccine were excellent in both groups of children.
