1.Exploratory analysis about neuroprotection after ischemic stroke
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(12):-
To mitigate penumbra injury is the key factor in the treatment ofischemic stroke.Blood reflow and neuroprotection against time are premise to achieve this.Due to time window, thrombolysis rate is low(less than 5% in developed country). However, all neuroprotectants haven't been demonstrated to be effective in human, till now.Based on guidance ofwholism concept ofTCM and analysis ofrelative studies in western medicine. We found that functional status ofnon-ischemic areas can impact on injury degree offocal ischemia. One ofthe reasons that lead to failure in neuroprotective studies may be without considering this impaction. We put forward that non-ischemic areas can impact on the injury degree ofischemic area through the complex neuronal network, and effective regulating the functional status ofnon-ischemic areas is one ofthe key factors which can ameliorate focal ischemic injury.

Poststroke aphasia is an acquired language disorder caused by stroke. It seriously affects the social ability in patients and reduces their quality of life.It might be an unbearable burden on the family and on society. However, the traditional treatment of aphasia has no positive effect. Therefore, pharmacotherapy of aphasia has received much attention. This article reviews the recent progress in researches on pharmacotherapy of poststroke aphasia.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2014;(1):60-66
Objective This study aims to examine the development of the posterior lateral line of the zebrafish and establish ant model to study the process of hair cell differentiation and regeneration .Methods We observed the posterior lateral line system formation by DAPI immunohistochemistry and whole mount in situ hybridization .We further evaluated hair cells differentiation within neuromast by using Transgenic Tg (Brn3c:mGFP) zebrafish and stained the functional hair cells by the mechanotransduction marker FM 1 -43FX .We labelled proliferating cells in primordium and neuromast by addition of BrdU to the system water .Results The posterior lateral line primordium originated from a sensory placode and started its journey at around 20 hours post fertilization to migrate along the horizontal myoseptum to the tail -tip with a constant speed (1 .7somite/hour) .The primordium depositd five or six neuromasts spaced along the body ,and two or three terminal neuromasts at the tail -tip at 48 hours post fertiliza-tion .At 3 ,5 and 7 days post fertilization ,zebrafish contained 5 .68 ± 1 .46 ,10 .1 ± 0 .99 ,and 12 .45 ± 1 .32 hair cells per neuromast ,respectively .Furthermore ,the average number of FM1-43FX stained hair cells within each neuro-mast were 3 .68 ± 1 .11 ,8 .18 ± 1 .86 ,and 10 .22 ± 1 .24 ,respectively .Conclusion We establish the development model of hair cells in zebrafish lateral line neuromast and suggest that 3 to 7 days post fertilization is an important period for lateral line neuromast differentiation .This study would be useful for underlying the mechanisms of hair cell differentiation and regeneration .

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2008;23(8):592-595
Objective To study molecular adsorbent recycling system (MARS) in the treatment of patients with acute liver failure waiting for liver transplantation. Methods The effects of MARS artificial liver treatments in 16 cases were reviewed. Results There was a remarkable improvement in clinical symptoms and physical signs after MARS treatment, including significant decrease in prothrombin time, total bile acid, level of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatinine, and blood ammonia (P<0.05=;There was no statistical change in NO,TNF-α and IL-10(P>0.05).Sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)score decreased from 9.91±1.09 to 6.64±1.76 and Glascow coma score increased from 7.29±2.06 to 13.26±2.14.Fourteen patients were tided over to liver transplantation among them 13 patients survived and were successfully discharged from the hospital. The survival rate was 89.5%.Conclusion MARS is a safe and effective assistant device in bridging acute liver failure patients to liver transplantation.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2010;09(12):847-849
Three hundred and nine community health service (CHS) practitioners were selected with randomized cluster sampling for survey with the job satisfaction questionnaire-occupational stress indicator (OSI).Degree of the job satisfaction was (68 ± 12)%.Position, work experience, income, feeling of recognition, degree of motivation, the scope for career development, the space for personal ambition and the relationship between salary and work load were potential influencing factors of job satisfaction to CHS practitioners. The authors suggest to establish the dynamic mechanisms of satisfaction study and to formulate comprehensive and effective incentive measures for CHS practitioners.

Objective To investigate the effect of the genotypic analysis of donor from cardiac death donation on the initial dose of Tac for liver transplant recipients and provide individualized administration for the early use of Tac in liver transplantation patients.Method Thirty recipients with a different genotype of CYP3A5 from cardiac death donors were collected from March 2010 to February 2013.The matched recipients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. There was an adjustment of initial doses of Tac according to the donors' different CYP3A5 genotypes in experiment group but not in control group.Result In experiment and control groups, the average Tac blood concentrations at the 7th day after operation were (7.47 ± 1.83) and (8.68 ± 5.14) ng/mL,and the percent of recipeints reaching the optimal Tac concentrations was 72.2% and 38.9%,respectively (P<0.05).In experiment and control groups,22.2% and 55.6% recipients needed adjustments of Tac concentrations respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized adjustment of Tac initial doses of recipients according to cardiac death donors' different CYP3A5 genotypes was benefit for reaching optimal concentrations as soon as possible and could decrease the rate of rejection, and reduce the side effects of Tac.

Objective To identify the mediators of CDC42 signaling pathway involved in hepatitis B virus X protein (HBx)-mediated cellular transformation. Methods The mass defect-based pseudo-isobaric dimethyl labeling method (pIDL)was used to detect the differentially expressed proteins with a deficiency of CDC42.Furthermore,we conducted a gene ontology (GO)of differentially expressed proteins. Results and Conclusion We totally qualified 3409 proteins and found 220 differentially expressed proteins.Palladin,formin-like 1 (FMNL1)and keratin-19,which were implicated in cytoskeleton organization, were down-regulated with the deficiency of CDC42.Our results have provided candidate genes and proteins that may play an important role in HBx-mediated cellular transformation.
