1.Comparative study of antidepressant combined with improved Morita therapy in the treatment of somatoform disorder

Objective To explore the effects of antidepressant combined with improved Morita therapy in the treatment of somatoform disorder. Methods 78 patients with somatoform disorder were randomly divided into study group (medication combined with improved Morita therapy,39 cases) and control group (medication,39 cases). Both groups were assessed with symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), Eysenck personality questionnaire ( EPQ )and global assessment scale ( GAS ) before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the factor scores in SCL-90 of the study group were (1. 14±0.41),(1.81 ±0.44),(1.27 ±0.41),(1.20±0.54),(1.49 ±0. 66 ), ( 1.25 ± 0. 42 ), ( 1. 09 ± 0.48), ( 1.07 ± 0. 42 ), ( 1.16 ± 0. 42 ), and that of the control group were ( 1. 46±0.44) ,(2.19±0.50),(1.56±0.40),(1.54±0.56),(1.85 ±0.48),(1.47±0.44),(1.33±0.54),( 1.38 ± 0. 58 ), ( 1.38 ± 0. 45 ), there were significant differences ( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01 ). EPQ-E and EPQ-N of the study group were 7.02 ±4.06 and 12.7 ±3.89 respectively ,EPQ-E and EPQ-N of the control group were 14.8± 4.3 and 8.97 ± 4.32 respectively, there were significant differences ( P < 0.05 ). The obvious effective rates of two groups were 82. 05% and 56.41% (x2 =4.875, P<0. 05 ). Conclusion The effects of antidepressant combined with improved Morita therapy is much better in the treatment of somatoform disorder.
2.The Pathological Foundation and MRI Diagnosis of Virus Encephalitis

Objective To explore MRI characteristics of virus encephalitis and its relevance with pathlological changes,and to improve understanding MRI features of virus encephalitis.Methods Seventeen cases of virus encephalitis clinically proven were collected and reviewed.The correlation between MRI findigns and pathology were analyzed.MRI examinations included plain scan and FLAIR scan in all 17 patients,among which 13 underwent contrast-enhanced MR scanning.Results The lesions mainly located at the cerebral cortex gray matter and the cerebrum subcortical gray matter nuclei.16 cases appeared as multiple foci,and 1 case was single focus.The foci had definite margins and with no obvious peripheral edema.The lesions were slightly hypo-or iso-intense on T_1WI,slightly intensity on T_2WI and obvious high signal intensity on FLAIR.After enhanced scan,the lesions were no obvious enhancement in 2 cases,enhancement line in the surfaces of the brain in 15 cases,in which the lesions showed patch enhancement in 6 cases and gyrus-like enhancement in 2 cases.Conclusion The pathological changes of viral encephalitis can be reflexed with MR imaging features,which is of important value in the differential diagnosis of virus encephalitis.
3.Statistical analysis of EGFR mutation and EML4-ALK gene fusion in non-small cell lung cancer patients of Zhongshan City

Objective To detect the mutation of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) gene,fusion of echinoderms microtubule associated protein sample-4 and gradual change of lymphoma kinase(EML4-ALK) gene,as well as describe their relationship with the clinicopathological features in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) from Zhongshan city of Guangdong province.Methods Mutations of EGFR gene and EML4-ALK fusion gene in 753 NSCLC patients from Zhongshan People's hospital were detected by ARMS real-time PCR.To study the relationship between the mutation and clinical features and explore the significance of EGFR gene mutation and EML4-ALK fusion in NSCLC.Results The EGFR mutation rate of 753 NSCLC patients is 43.16%(325/753),with highest mutation rate in 19 and 21 exons,43.08%(140/325) and 47.38% (154/325) respectively,and the main mutation in 21 exon is L858R mutation.EGFR mutation is more common in female/non-smoking patients,or patients with adenocarcinoma/adenosquqmous carcinoma/adenocarcinoma metastasis(P<0.05),but not relates with the age of patients(P>0.05).The EML4-ALK fusion gene of 110 patients whose EGFR mutation were checked were simultaneously detected,showing a 9.09 % (10/110) mutation rate,and the mutation rate in type 1(80%) is significantly higher than type 2(10%) and 3(10%).Patients with EML4-ALK gene mutation tend to be younger(P<0.05),but the EML4-ALK gene mutation rates show no significant differences in groups classified by gender,smoking history or pathological classification(P>0.05).EGFR gene mutation and EML4-ALK fusion were detected in one patient simultaneously.Conclusion The EGFR mutation rate of patients with NSCLC in Zhongshan city is consistent with results reported in domestic and foreign literatures.Detections of EGFR gene mutation and EML4-ALK fusion are necessary test items,providing important evidence in molecular targeting therapy in NSCLS.
4.Correlation analysis of self-care contribution and binary coping among spouse caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients

Objective:To investigate the self-care contribution and binary coping level of spouse caregivers for middle-aged and young stroke patients and explore the relationship between the two, in order to improve the quality of self-care contribution of spouse caregivers to middle-aged and young stroke patients.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 200 middle-aged and young stroke patients ′ spouse caregivers in the People ′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January to June 2023 by the general data questionnaire, the Caregiver Contribution to Self-care of Stroke Patient Scale, the Dyadic Coping Inventory. The correlation between self-care contributions and binary coping strategies of spousal caregivers was analyzed, and the factors that affect their self-care contributions were screened. Results:Finally, 192 middle-aged and young stroke patients ′ spouse caregivers were included, including 70 males and 122 females, aged 18-59 years old. The total score of self-care contribution of spousal caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients was (75.43 ± 6.80) points, and the total score of binary coping was (117.12 ± 9.59) points, both of which were positively correlated ( r=0.691, P<0.05). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that after controlling for the influence of general data, binary coping could explain 28.4% variation in the self-care contribution of spouse caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The duality coping level positively predicts the quality of spouse caregivers ′ self-care contribution to middle-aged and young stroke patients. Medical staff should assess the dual coping level of middle-aged and young stroke patients and their spouses, and carry out targeted dual intervention measures to improve the quality of caregivers' contribution to stroke patients ′ self-care.
5.Effect of visceral obesity on the short-term outcomes following robotic-assisted radic-al resection of rectal cancer

Objective:To investigate the effect of visceral obesity on the short-term curative effect of Da Vinci robotic-assisted radical resec-tion for rectal cancers.Methods:Clinical and pathological data of patients with rectal cancer undergoing Da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery,admitted to People's Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Visceral fat area(VFA)≥100 cm2 was used as the standard to define visceral obesity.Patients were categorized in-to visceral and non-visceral obesity groups.The short-term efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the influencing factors of post-operative complications were analyzed using univariate and multivariate Logistic regression.Results:Among a total of 169 patients,93 were included in the visceral obesity group and 76 in the non-visceral obesity group.There was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no conversion to laparotomy in the non-visceral obesity group,and the conversion rate was 1.1%(1/93)in the visceral obesity group.The second operation rate was 2.2%(2/93)in the visceral obesity group and 1.3%(1/76)in the non-visceral obesity group with no statistical difference between the two groups.There were no significant differences in the operation dur-ation,intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node dissections,and total postoperative complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that an NRS≥3 independently contributed as a risk factor for postoperative com-plications(OR=3.190,95%CI:1.240-8.210,P=0.016).Conclusions:An NRS≥3 is an independent risk factor for complications post-robotic rad-ical rectal cancer surgery.The robotic surgical platform can overcome obesity-related limitations and is equally safe and effective for pa-tients with visceral obesity presenting with rectal cancer.

Metabolic reprogramming is a hallmark of cancer, including lung cancer. However, the exact underlying mechanism and therapeutic potential are largely unknown. Here we report that protein arginine methyltransferase 6 (PRMT6) is highly expressed in lung cancer and is required for cell metabolism, tumorigenicity, and cisplatin response of lung cancer. PRMT6 regulated the oxidative pentose phosphate pathway (PPP) flux and glycolysis pathway in human lung cancer by increasing the activity of 6-phospho-gluconate dehydrogenase (6PGD) and α-enolase (ENO1). Furthermore, PRMT6 methylated R324 of 6PGD to enhancing its activity; while methylation at R9 and R372 of ENO1 promotes formation of active ENO1 dimers and 2-phosphoglycerate (2-PG) binding to ENO1, respectively. Lastly, targeting PRMT6 blocked the oxidative PPP flux, glycolysis pathway, and tumor growth, as well as enhanced the anti-tumor effects of cisplatin in lung cancer. Together, this study demonstrates that PRMT6 acts as a post-translational modification (PTM) regulator of glucose metabolism, which leads to the pathogenesis of lung cancer. It was proven that the PRMT6-6PGD/ENO1 regulatory axis is an important determinant of carcinogenesis and may become a promising cancer therapeutic strategy.
