Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(18):2475-2476
ObjectiveTo study whether the presence of bacterial vaginosis (BV) increased the infection rate of high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV) in female genital tract. MethodsThe BV group had 867 patients who were diagnosed as bacterial vaginosis, and the control group had 610 female healthy volunteers without BV. Both the BV patients and the healthy volunteers were tested for HR-HPV infection rate and clearance rate. ResultsThe HR-HPV infection rate of BV group was 17.2% ,higher than the control group's 10.7% (P = 0.000) ,and 1 year HR-HPV clearance rate of BV group was 77. 6%, a little lower than the control group' s 84. 8% ( P = 0. 414).ConclusionThere was significant correlation between the presence of BV and HR-HPV infection. But 1 year HPV clearance rate had no difference between BV group and control group, indicated that efficient treatment to BV enhanced the vagina's anti-infection ability and decreased the incidence of HPV infection so as to reduce the incidence of CIN and cervical cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effect of the injection of puerarin combined with salvianoli acid B(Sal B)on rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI). METHODS:62 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, puerarin group(20 mg/kg)and puerarin(20 mg/kg)-Sal B group(mass ratio of 1:0.5,1:1,1:2,respectively),10 in each group. Except for sham operation group, rats in other groups were reduced for MIRI model. After 180 min of reperfusion, kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and percentage of myocardial infarction size of rats were detected. RESULTS:Compared with sham operation group,CK,LDH,MDA levels in se-rum of rats in model group were obviously increased (P<0.01),SOD level was obviously decreased (P<0.01);and percentage of myocardial infarction size was obviously increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group,CK,LDH,MDA levels in serum of rats in each administration group were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),SOD levels were obviously increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and indexes changed the most obviously in puerarin-Sal B group(1:1);percentage of myocardial infarction size was obvi-ously decreased(P<0.01),and the percentage of myocardial infarction sizes in puerarin-Sal B group(1:1)and group(1:2)were less than Puerarin injection group (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:Compared with Puerarin injection alone, puerarin combined with Sal B by injection can more effectively inhibit the cardiomyocyte injury and decrease myocardial infarction size after MIRI,with best efficacy when quality ratio is 1:1.

Objective To investigate the imaging features of perivascular epithelioid cell tumor of liver (PEComa),and to improve the diagnostic level of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of imaging manifestations was performed on 11 cases of hepatic hemangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology. All patients underwent CT and MRI examination before PET/CT examination ,then received operation. Results Eleven cases were solitary hepatic lesions ,10 of which were located in the right lobe of the liver ,and 1 in the left. The lesions were round or quasi-circular and the diameter ranged from about 13.5cm to about 1.8 cm,with an average of 5.7 cm. CT plain scanning showed that the liver was slightly lower density ,with clear boundary. The smaller lesions were homogeneous density, while the larger ones were not,and the lower density area was visible. Enhancement of peripheral lesions in the arterial phase was enhanced. The lesions in the portal vein were not uniformly enhanced , and visible separation was found in large lesions. In the delay phase ,the lesions were significantly decreased or slightly lower. MRI plain scan showed the lesion T1WI showed moderate signal or slightly low signal ,and large lesion signal was not uniform, and T2WI lesions showed slightly high signal while DWI lesions high signal and the enhanced features were similar to those of CT. PET/CT examination showed that visible radioactive uptake of abnormal concentration or uneven concentration were found in lesions with diameter larger than 3.0 cm,and the maximum SUV value ranged from 12.2 to 3.6,with an average value of 5.7. Lesions with diameter less than 3.0 cm showed a slight concentration of radioactive uptake and the highest SUV value was 4.7,with an average value of 2.9. The only 11.8 cm lesion showed no significant radioactivity ,which was as the same as that of normal liver tissue. Delayed PET/CT imaging(1 hour)showed that SUV values of all lesions were decreased in varying degrees. Conclusion PET/CT imaging of perivascular epithelioid cell tumor of liver has its characteristics. The combina-tion of PET/CT imaging and routine imaging examination will benefit the improvement of diagnosis level obviously.

Since human society entered the 21st century, the rapid development of medical technology also gave birth to a series of negative effects:medical service technology first, trust crisis of the doctor-patient relation-ship, and medical industry money worship. Especially in recent years, due to the lack of humanistic spirit in medi-cal institutions, the doctor -patient relationship is of the worst state in the history. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the medical humanities education in the construction of hospital culture. Aiming at the problems existing in the current medical industry, this paper expounds the importance of strengthening the humanistic education in the construction of hospital culture.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2019;31(1):20-22
Objective:
To explore the effects of ambient fine particulate matter(PM2.5)exposure on semen quality in healthy adult men .
Methods:
The semen quality data were collected from the pre-pregnancy check outpatient of Taizhou Central Hospital from August 2014 to December 2017,excluding the patients with any disease of reproductive system. The data of daily pollutant concentration of this area during the same period were also collected to estimate the exposures of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2,O3 and CO during 90 days before each semen examination. Logistic regression model was applied to estimate the association between PM2.5 exposure and semen quality .
Results:
A total of 3 456 healthy adult men were included in this study. The median (interquartile range)of the total sperm count of the 3 456 subjects was 161.00(122.00)×106,and 94.40% of the subjects could reach the lower reference limit for sperm count. The median(interquartile range)of the sperm concentration was 22.20(18.80)×106/mL,and 69.50% of the subjects were qualified. The median(interquartile range)of the sperm vitality was 55.30%(23.37%),and 44.10% of the subjects were qualified. The median(interquartile range)of daily average concentration of PM2.5 at 0-90 days before semen examination was 37.82(12.33)μg/m3. The results of multivariate logistic regression model showed that, with each 12.33 μg/m3 increase of PM2.5 exposures at 0-90 days before semen examination, the odds ratios of unqualified sperm concentration, sperm motility and sperm vitality were 1.236(95%CI:1.041-1.466),1.493(95%CI:1.260-1.770)and 1.462(95%CI:1.246-1.715),respectively .
Conclusion
The results suggested that high concentration of ambient PM2.5 exposure during the sperm development period negatively affects sperm concentration, sperm motility and sperm vitality.
