Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of oxaliatin combined with capecltabine in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods Thirty-five patients with advanced gastric cancer were enoued into this study.They.received 2h intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin 130mg/m2 on day 1 and oral administration of capecitabine 2500/m2,given in two daily doses,on day 1 ～ 14.The regimen was repeated every 21 days.They were treated for two cycles.Results 2 patients achieved CR,17 patients achieved PR,10 patients achieved SD,6 patients achieved PD,the overall response rate(CR +PR) was 54.3％,and the disease control rate(CR +PR + SD) was 82.9％,median survival time was 11.5 months.One-year survival rate was 42.0％.The most common adverse events were myelosuppression peripheral neuropathy,diarrhea,nausea/vomiting,and hand-foot syndrome.Conclusion Chemotherapy of oxaliplatin combined capecitabin is effective and well toleraled to the patients with advanced gastric cancer.It is worthy of further clinical research.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Gemcitabine 1000 ～ 1250mg/m2,intravenous infusion,on d 1,8,Cisplatin 80mg/m2,intravenous infusion,on d1 or d1 ～ 3,the regimen was repeated every 21 days,completed at least 2 cycles.Results Thirty-seven patients were evaluated.None achieved CR,16 patients achieved PR,13 patients achieved SD,the overall response rate( CR + PR) was 43.2％,and the disease control rate( CR + PR + SD) was 78.4％.The most common toxicities were bone marrow suppression,nausea and vomiting.Conclusion The regimen of Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer was safe and effective,and the toxicity could be tolerated.

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on psychological state and postoperative conffort of diabetic patients with interventional therapy. Methods 49 patients who were to receive interventional therapy were randomized into the experimental group and the control group.The con-trol group received routine nursing while the experimental group was given systemic comfort nursing inter-vention based on routine nursing intervention.The anxiety status and incidence of complications before and after the operation were compared by χ2 and t test. Results The anxiety alleviation in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The incidence of waist- back pain, dysuria, catheter emic-tion, anaesthesia of lower limbs, fidget in the experimental group also more significantly decreased com-pared with those of the control group. Conclusions Systemic nursing intervention can improve the pay-chological and postoperative comfort for diabetic patients with interventional therapy.

Objective To explore the problems existing in management of medical records under new situation,especially the cognition of medical workers when the patients required to seal up or seize medical records.As a result,we further discussed existing problems in management of medical records under new situation and the countermeasures. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate 75 doctors and 75 nurses.The results underwent analysis. Results The analysis showed that 27.7% doctors and 29.4% nurses didn't know any question.While 50.0% doctors and 55.7% nurses didn't know how to deal with when patients wanted to seal up the medical records,which became the issue that most doctors and nurses did not know. Conclusions Doctors and nurses should be familiar with concerned legal knowledges and strengthen the consciousness of medical records management in order to make the medical records the real evidence in the dispute settlement or court of law.

Objective To explore the association between interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene polymorphism and susceptibility to Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP)in children,and to further explore the pathogenesis of HSP,provide some scientific evidence for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of HSP.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with HSP(HSP group),in which 39 cases were HSP nephritis (HSPN group) hospitalized in Zhengzhou Children's Hospital from December of 2012 to April of 2013 and 184 healthy children (healthy control group)were recruited in this study.The distribution of patients and the healthy control group in single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of IL-10 (rs1800872,rs3024490,rs3790622,rs1518111,rs1554286,rs3024498) was detected and compared by Seque-nom Massarray system analysis and meanwhile the haplotype analysis and linkage disequilibrium test were conducted.Simultaneously,the serum levels of IL-10 between HSP group and healthy control group were detected.Results The concentration of IL-10 in HSP group was higher than that of the healthy control group (P ＜ 0.01).No significant differences were found in gene distribution between HSP group and the healthy control group (P ＞ 0.05).For haplotypes analysis,ATCATA,AGCGCA were the most common haplotypes,followed by CTCATA,CGCGCA and ATTATA haplotypes.By the chi-square test,the levels of AGCGCA,ATCGCA,CTCATA haplotypes in HSP group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P =8.41 e-012,0.003 536,1.30e-011).While the levels of ATCA-TA,CGCGCA haplotypes in HSP group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group (P =0.003 519,4.94e-005).In the rs3790622,the allele frequency and the genotype frequency of the HSPN group were significantly higher compared with those of the healthy control group (all P =0.01).Conclusions The children with HSP are closely linked to the serum levels of IL-10.No significant associations were found between these variants and the susceptibility to HSP.For haplotypes analysis,the ATCATA,CGCGCA haplotypes may play a protective role in HSP children.In the rs3790622,the T allele and CT genotype may be the protective factor in HSPN.

Objective To inspect the therapeutic effect and prognosis of treating Unstabled Angina Pectoris (UAP) with drugs and interventional methods.Methods 40 patients were treated randomly with PTCA and stenting or traditional drugs: Beta blockers, Calcium resistants, Ester nitrates, Asprin, Heparin and so on.Compared degrees of angin pectoris, cases of AMI, mortality arising from heart disease or no heart disease before and 8 months after the treatment. Results Happening of AMI and mortality in interventional group were less than those of drugs group. Distinctly improving rate of clinical effect of the former was much more than that of the later.Conclusion In short term interventional treatment (PTCA and stenting) were piror to drugs in therapeutic effects and improving prognosis.

Objective To study the therapeutic value of a second ERCP for the patients with failure of pre-cut ERCP.Methods A total of 167 cases of pre-cut ERCP failure were recruited to the study,among which 109 cases were diagnosed as common bile duct stones and/or benign papillary stenosis,and 58 cases as biliopancreatic lesion.ERCP failed with standard intubation for more than 20 minutes,even with pre-cut or fenestration.A second ERCP was preformed after rest of 3-5 days.The position sequence of intubation for most patients was horizontal,the front and rear.Results The success rate was 79.6％ (133 cases) for the patients with a second ERCP,85 patients received the procedures via the horizontal intubation,36 via anterior,and 12 via posterior intubation.The treatments were performed after successful completion of the endoscopic cannulation.One patient had retroperitoneal infection with duodenal perforation,another patient had severe pancreatitis,who were cured by the intervention methods.Conclusion The success rate of a second ERCP is high with proficient intubation skills.

Objective To know the drinking water safety of water plants in Zhejiang and to provide the scientific data for government decision-making.Methods By the nonrandom sampling,the water plants were selected,103 in 2002,102 in 2003, 138 in 2004,419 in 2005,and 555 in 2006.The quality of tap water,product water and source water was determined according to the related standards.Results The eligible rate of product water and tap water in 2002 was 85.4%and 81.7%respectively,in 2003 it was 83.3%and 90.2%respectively,in 2004 it was 70.9%and 69.9%respectively,in 2005 it was 62.5%and 73.5% respectively,in 2006 it was 36.8%and 48.4%respectively.The eligible rate of source water was 68.1%.Conclusion The main problem in drinking water safety in Zhejiang is that the water supply systems in the rural areas are not good enough,no water treatment and disinfection is still common.

Objective Study the special value of the brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)and Brain Geography Diagram(BEAM/EEG)for diagnosis of Newborn HypoxicIschemic Encephalopathy(HIE),the correlation between BAEP,BEAM/EEG and HIG,and the relation with HIE linger effect,so as to evaluate clinical curative effect,find out the best treatment time,lower the occurrence of linger effect.Methods the BEAM/EEG and BAEP were detected synehronously by adopting 16 traots of BEAM/EEG and BAEP instruments for HIE before treatment,at thirtieth day,the third Month,the sixth Month,the twelfth Month and the twenty-fourth Month respectively.Results The BAEP,BEAM/EEG have special diagnostic value on nerve cell function recovery,examination of recovery period in particalar.The research discovers the both are not synehronous in recovery period,the BAEP recovers is later than BEAM/EEG;for heavy degree HIE,BAEP recovering is slow with bad therapy effect,BAEP index sign is more sensitive to BEAM/EEG to assess linger effect.Conclusions Simple BEAM/EEG damaye indicates the brain cortex iniury only,so the prognosis is good;while BAEP damage suggestes the patiemts have brain stem nerve cell injury simultaneously,with bad prognosis for the heavy degree abnormality.in combination with BAEP and BEAM/EEG in clinical practiae,investigation of recovery degree of HIE herve cells by kinds of electric physiology angles it would have important value to perfect the treatment of HIE.

The hypercholesterolemia model was established by feeding mice on hypercholester-ol diet. FGS was administered to the hypercholesterolemia mice at the dose of 250,750 and 1500mg ? kg-1 ?d-1, respectively. On the 10,20,30 and 40th day, the serum cholesterol was determined. The results were as follows: 40th day the concentration of TC(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) was 37. 6,54. 2 and 66. 2mg ?dL-1 lower than that of the control group; and the cocentration of LDL-C was 47. 6,86. 6 and 94. 4mg ?dL-1 lower than that of the control group; while the concentration of HDL-C was 16. 1,38. 2 and 36. 7mg?dL-1 higher than that of the control group. It was proved that FGS was an effective serum cholesterol regulator.
