Guided by the study theory of constructivism,we utilize informational environment and resource to design the teaching of “nursing of mental disorders who abuse psychoactive substances”,change teaching methods divorced from reality,advocate situation teaching,recommend student' s initiative and cooperative study and improve the students' practical and innovative ability.

This paper introduced the current situation of the talent training system of French nursing college, including enrollment conditions, length of schooling, training objectives, teaching methods, curriculum framework, etc., in order to explore the way of localization of nursing talents training reform, and hope to further strengthen the cooperation and training of colleges and universities, to explore the diversified enrollment mode of students,to deepen the training mode guided by working competence, and to enhance unique and internationalization of Nursing courses.

Objective Our aim was to study the influence of integration courses combining the death education and resilience cultivation on nursing students.Methods 290 nursing students were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 145 students in each group.The students in the intervention group was provided with the integration courses for 20 class hours based on the curricula of the control group.The influence on the resilience,death anxiety,feeling of sense of life,coping style of students was observed.Results Measurement results showed that the students of two groups had no differences in the four aspects before education,but after education the two groups students showed significant difference,including the average score of resilience and death anxiety,total score of feeling of sense of life as well as the dimensions score of life goals and life value t value was 5.703,3.294,3.649,4.130 and 2.129,P ＜ 0.05.In addition,the mean effectiveness of positive coping styles,problem solving and seeking social support of the two groups showed significant difference too,and all the difference had statistical sense,t value was 1.992,1.977 and 3.344,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusions The integration course can reduce death anxiety as well as improve the resilience of nursing students.

Objective To observe the changes of CD_(28) and soluble CD_(27)(sCD_(27)) among HIV-1-infected Chinese patients receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) and to explore their clinical significance.Methods The HIV-RNA viral load(VL) and cell counts of CD_3~+CD_4~+,CD_3~+CD_8~+,CD_4~+CD_(45)RA~+CD_(62)L~+,CD_4~+CD_(28)~+,CD_8~+CD_(28)~+ and the content of sCD_(27) were determined in 28 cases of HIV-1-infected patients at the baseline and 12,24 and 48 weeks respectively after the treatment with three drug regimens based on two nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NRTIs) and an Non-NRTI(NNRTI) for 1 year.Results The average of HIV-RNA VL before the treatment was 5.25 logs,and decreased to 3.30,1.92 and 1.74 logs after the treatment for 12,24 and 48 weeks respectively.The cell counts of CD_3~+CD_4~+,CD_3~+CD_8~+,CD_4~+CD_(45)RA~+62L~+,CD_4~+CD_(28)~+,CD_8~+CD_(28)~+ before the treatment were(236?85),(917?345),(58?15),(175?63) and(285?87) cells/?l,and changed into(327?112),(803?343),(114?25),(286?132) and(387?201) cells/?l after the treatment for 48 weeks respectively.The content of sCD_(27) decreased from(475?123) U/ml to(174?77) U/ml after the treatment for 48 weeks.The HIV RNA VL had significantly negative correlation with cell counts of CD_4~+T,CD_4~+CD_(28)~+ and CD_8~+CD_(28)~+,and there was positive correlation between HIV RNA VL and the level of sCD_(27).Conclusion The immune reconstitution and activation depend on the efficacy of antiretroviral therapy.The HIV RNA VL and cell counts of CD_4~+T are the representative parameters of immunologic and viral responses of HAART.The cell counts of CD_4~+CD_(28)~+ and CD_8~+CD_(28)~+ and their percentages show concomitant changes with viral load,and play an effective role in the progression and prognosis of AIDS.The level of sCD_(27) is positively correlated with HIV RNA VL and negatively with counts of CD_4~+T cell.The detection of sCD_(27) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),which is much more convenient and cheaper than RT-PCR and flow cytometry,may serve as an important parameter to judge the pathogenetic condition of HIV-1-infected patients and to examine the therapeutic effects of HAART in the medical resource-limited area.

Objective To study whether transient overexpression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN could lead to growth suppression and up-regulate the sensitivity to doxorubicin of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods The eukaryotic expression plasmid pEGFP-C 1-PTEN containing whole cDNA of PTEN was constructed and transfected into MCF-7 cells by Lipofectamine 2000 in vitro. Growth inhibition of the cells was observed by phase contrast microscope and flow cytometry. The clonogenic cell survival ability was studied by clony forming assay. MCF-7 cells′ chemosensitivity to adriamycin was studied with MTT assay. Results PTEN overexpression led to morphological changes characteristic of apoptosis of MCF-7 cells. PTEN overexpression also resulted in a significant increase in G 0/G 1 cell population (14.79%) and apoptosis (10.60%) detected by flow cytometry. The clonogenic survival rate of cells transfected with PTEN was significantly decreased after doxorubicin treatment compared with control. OBJECTIVE To study the distribution and drug resistance conditions of inpatients in our hospital and make us antibiotics use reasonable.METHODS Retrospective analysis was conducted from all the pathogens of the clinical specimens from 2007-2008 and the data were analysed.RESULTS A total of 5508 pathogens were isolated from 2007-2008.Among 2441 pathogens(44.32%),there were Gram-negative bacilli(Enterobacteriaceae 1715 pathogens,Nonfermenters 707 pathogens,Vibrionaceae 19 pathogens),1154 pathogens(20.95%) were Gram-positive bacilli,1906 pathogens(34.60%) were Fungi.There were 331 pathogens which extended spectrum ?-lactamases(ESBLs) of Enterobacteriaceae(19.30%).The resistance of Escherichia coli to amikacin,ceftazidime,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,piperacillin resistance rates were 10.94%,60.53%,62.08%,82.01%,86.46%,resistance of Enterobacter cloacae to amikacin,ciprofloxacin,gentamicin,piperacillin,ceftazidime resistance rates were 30.61%,46.29%,52.96%,55.20%,53.05%,resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to ciprofloxacin,amikacin,gentamicin,ceftazidime,piperacillin resistance rates were 13.04%,15.90%,16.90%,20.17%,30.07%,The resistance of E.coli,E.coli to ceftazidime,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,piperacillin were not found were than 60.00%,E.cloacae to gentamicin,piperacillin,ceftazidime not more than 50.00%,K.pneumoniae to ciprofloxacin,amikacin,gentamicin,ceftazidime resistance rates more than 30.00%,not found E.coli,E.cloacae,K.pneumoniae PEI-pei South-resistant strains.The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem,amikacin,ciprofloxacin were less than 20.00%,the resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii more than 40.00%;of 199 methicillin resistant staphylococcus were not found out vancomycin-resistant S.aureus strains.CONCLUSIONS More of the pathogens show multiple drug resistance.It is urgent for surveillance of bacterial resistance and rational use of anti-microbial agents during the clinical therapy.

OBJECTIVE To know the status of management knowledge and disposal process of medical waste in village.METHODS Questionnaire was conducted among crowds randomly selected from Huishi,taipin,Gangou and Hepan town in Huining country of GanSu province.RESULTS The understanding rate of management regulation of medical waste among crowd in these four town was 12.31%;The touching opportunity to medical waste was very high;When medical waste was manipulated,people of chooseing to bury accounted for 12.15%,choosing to throw 43.35%,choosing localized manipulate accounted for 4.43%;The phenomenon of throwing medical waste was very serious(85.77%).CONCLUSIONS The understanding rate of management regulation of medical waste are not high,wehereas the touching opportunity was very high in the village.At the same time,the phenomenon of throwing medical waste was very serious and correct manipulating rate are not high.So we should strengthen the education of correlated policy,formulate eligible manipulating method,improve and consummate scientific management system of the medical waste in village.

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of Logistic model in differentiating between malignant and benign ovarian lesions. Methods Thirty-five indexes of clinical and ultrasound data were recorded in 601 ovarian lesions confirmed by surgical pathology. The Logistic model was developed on a training set( n - 400) and tested on a test set( n = 201). Results Variable selection resulted in a set of 10 variables for the models: personal history of ovarian cancer, maximal diameter of the lesion, maximal diameter of the solid component, multilocular-solid tumor, solid tumor, ascites, flow within papillation, irregular walls, very strong intratumoral blood flow (i. e. color score 4) and acoustic shadows. Test set area under the receiver-operating characteristics curve was 0.963 with a sensitivity 93.9% and a specificity 93. 1 %. Conclusions Logistic model can accurately separate malignant from benign ovarian masses.

Objective To explore the effect of group psychological training on the mental health and self consistency of nurses from operating rooms.Methods 52 nurses of an operating room were randomized into the treatment group(n=25)and the control group(n=27): The latter received humane care and instructions for mental self care and the former received group psychological training for 8 weeks based on the same treatment as in the control group.Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and self consistency and congruence scale(SCCS)were used to assess and compare the difference of the two groups before and after training.Results The intra-and inter-group comparisons between pre-and post-intervention showed statistical differences in terms of the total score by SCL,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and hostility,total score by SCCS and the score on the subscale of inconsistency between themselves and their experience(all P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Group psychological training can effectively improve the level of mental health and self consistency of OR nurses and thus can improve the total psychological status of the OR nurses.
