3.Influence of self nursing education on the therapeutic compliance and life quality of patients with infectious tuberculosis
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(18):16-18
Objective We discussed the application and clinical effect of serf nursing education in patients with infectious tuberculosis. Methods We divided 140 patients with infectious tuberculosis into the test group and the control group with 70 cases in each group. The control group adopted health education. The test group received individual and selective self nursing education, including serf mastering of tuberculosis, self monitoring of illness, completion of ther therapeutic process by oneself, serf management of diet, self regulation andf control of motion and education of self nursing technique. The intervention continued for 3 months. Pulmonary tuberculosis specific knowledge inventory, therapeutic compliance investigation inventory and general questionnaire on living (GQOL) were adopted in the two groups and the results were compared. Results The therapeutic compliance and life quality of the test group were evidently higher than those of the control group after self nursing education (P<0.01). The mastering of tuberculosis knowledge of the test group was also superior than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Self nursing education could increase the therapeutic compliance as well as the life quality of patients.
4.Effects of pentoxifylline on expression of uncoupling protein 2 of hepatic mitochondria in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2010;29(11):937-939
Objective To investigate the effects of pentoxifylline (PTX) on the expression of uncoupling protein 2 (UCP-2) of hepatic mitochondria in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (each n = 20): normal control group, experiment group and treatment group. The rats in normal control group were given a normal feed. The rats in experiment and treatment groups were given fat-rich feed. Furthermore, the rats in treatment group were given PTX after 4 weeks in fat-rich diet feeding. The expression of UCP-2 in the liver was detected by immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results The hepatic expression of UCP2 mRNA was higher in experiment group (4.0±0.3) than in normal control group (1.2±0.1). The hepatic expression of UCP2 mRNA was higher in treatment group (3.0±0.2) than in normal control group, but the hepatic expression of UCP2 mRNA was lower in treatment group than in experiment group (F = 160. 67, P< 0. 01). Conclusions The UCP-2 mRNA is expressed in livers of NAFLD, pentoxifylline plays an important role in the reduction of expression of UCP-2 mRNA in lives of NAFLD.
5.Evaluation of left ventricular function by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and the level change of adiponectin in patients with metabolic syndrome
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2011;20(9):759-763
Objective To evaluate the change of left ventricular(LV) function by real-time three dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) and to explore the clinical value of change of serum adiponectin level in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods One hundred and twenty patients were divided into MS group and control group according to the diagnostic standard of the nternational Diabetes Federation.Transthorasic 2D ultrasound and RT-3DE examination were performed in all study objects, and serum adiponectin levels were measured. Results Parameter index [including Tmsv16-SD, Tmsv12-SD,Tmsv16- Dif, Tmsv12-Dif, Tmsv16-SD (%), Tmsv 12-SD (%), Tmsv16-Dif (%), Tmsv12-Dif (%)] of 17segment time to minimal systolic volume in MS group was more than that in control group (all P <0.05).Some regional systolic index of LV and serum adiponectin level were less than that in control group (all P <0.05).Compared with the control group, E/E' was lower (P < 0.05).There were significant relations between serum adiponectin level and E/A of mitral valves, E'/A' of mitral annulus and E/E'(r = 0.368,0.493,and -0.347 respectively, P <0.05).Conclusions RT-3DE can rapidly evaluate LV systolic and diastolic synchrony in MS patients.E/E' show an excellent correlation with serum adiponectin level, and it may be a new promising method for routine evaluation of LV diastolic function.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):276-277,279
Objective To explore the effect of combined use of schizophrenia combined with psychological intervention on benzene exposure to workers. Methods A total of 106 workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The 106 workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 53 patients were given the observation group combined with the psychological intervention, given the control group placebo, 3 months after the intervention to compare the two groups of workers blood parameters, oxidation-antioxidant indicators and genetic damage indicators. Results The WBC and PLT were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while MDA and MN were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Leucosonurn has some protective effects on blood system damage, oxidative damage and cytogenetic damage caused by exposure to benzene, and the combination of psychological intervention is beneficial to the early prevention of benzene poisoning.
7.Clinical analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(30):56-57
Objective To explore the characteristics and drug resistance of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection. Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection were analyzed retrospectively. Results It showed that 65 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia mainly came from sputum sample [75.4%(49/65)] and were highly resistant to many kinds of antimicrobial agents,of which the resistance rate to carbapenems,β-lactames was above 60% and the sensitive rate to moxifloxacin,ethoprin-sulfamethoxazole and ticarcillin/clavulanic was above 70%.Conclusion Clinical practices should pay more attention to the high resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection, which might result in pulmonary tuberculosis, and prescribe antibiotics rationally according to the drug sensitive test.
8.The Clinical Experience of Professor Zhang Qin in Treating Menostaxis Caused by Previous Cesarean Scar Defect
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(3):203-205
Objective] To sum up the clinical experience of professor Zhang Qin in treating menostaxis caused by PCSD. [Methods] From the TCM theory , therapy and successful case,it analyses the professor Zhang Qin's unique feature of PCSD.[Results] Professor Zhang considers that the disease is induced by the blades, which leads to blood stagnation-heat and Qi-deficiency,and puts forward the two-step traditional Chinese medicine: step one is to expel blood stasis using modified Jiawei Shixiaosan in the menstrual cycle from the first day to the fifth day ,step two is to stanch bleeding using modified Guchongtang in the menstrual cycle from the sixth day to the twelfth day. A case in point proves that two-step traditional Chinese medicine can recover the menstrual period normally. [Conclusion] Professor Zhang Qin's clinical experience in treating menostaxis caused by PCSD obtains the good curative effect, having enlightenment meaning to clinical practice, with promotion value.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(02):-
Polyporus Umbellatus polysaccharide(PUP) is a new medicine made by our institute. A model of aged mice was prepared by placing 2-month mice in an ozone circumstance (O_3 conoentration 1. 298 ppm) for 10 days. After the aged mice was fed with PUP for 10 days, the average body weight, body temperature and thymus coefficient can be increased to normal level, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of red cells and catalase activity of liver were increased, and liver lipoperoxide (LOP) reduced. It is suggested that PUP may be a good anti-aging agent.
