Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(1):33-33
ObjectiveIn order to confirm the relationship of pathogenic factors and clinical manifestation of cerebral palsy. Methods185 children were divided into the prematurity group(91 cases) and maturity group(94 cases). The μ-test was applied to analyze the incidence of clinical manifestation of 185 children with cerebral palsy for different pathogenic factors. ResultsThe sever symptoms occurred more frequently in prematurity group than in maturity group. ConclusionThe earlier the careful follow-up for children with prematurity was performed, the earlier the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy were achiened.

Purpose To study the expression of Ki-67 in breast cancer with different molecular classification, and to discuss the rela-tionship between the expression of Ki-67 and clinical pathological features in breast cancer. Methods All 245 patients with breast cancer were divided into different molecular classification through detecting the expression of ER, PR, HER-2 by immunohistochemical method. The expression of Ki-67 was also detected, and to study relationship between the expression and clinical pathological features. Results The difference of Ki-67 index was statistically significant in different molecular classification of breast cancer. Ki-67 index in patients with lymph node metastasis and larger tumor size were higher than that with no metastasis and smaller tumor size. Ki-67 index in patients with ER and PR positive were lower than that negative, the difference was statistically significant. Ki-67 expression differ-ence was not statistically significant between the two groups according to the median age (50 years old). But when patients were divid-ed into young and elderly groups by≤40 and≥60 years old, Ki-67 index in young group was more higher than that in elderly group. Conclusion Ki-67 index in patients with triple-negative breast cancer, young age, lymph node metastasis, larger tumor size and ER and PR negative were higher. Ki-67 can be used as an important indicator to determine breast cancer prognosis.

Objective To compare clinical-pathological features and Ki-67 expression profile between TNBC and Non-triple-negative cancer (NTNBC). Methods The expressions of ER, PR and HER2 were examined by immunohisto?chemical Envision double staining in 226 cases of breast cancer. All cases were divided into triple-negative and non-triple-negative group according to expressions of these three episodes. And Ki-67 expressions in two groups were assessed by im?munohistochemical method. The difference of Ki-67 positive index between these two groups and the difference of Ki-67 positive index between different clinical-pathological features were both analyzed by comparative analysis. Results In pa?tients with TNBC, tumor size, lymph node metastasis rate and Ki-67 index were all significantly higher than that in NTNBC. No significant difference in age and histological grade were detected between these two groups. The expression of Ki-67 was not significant correlated with age, tumor size, lymph node status and histological grade in these two groups. Conclusion Patients with triple-negative breast cancer were with larger tumor size, higher proliferation, more lymph node metastasis and poorer prognosis.

Objective: To study the preventive effect of microecological preparations on enteral nutrition related diarrhea in elderly patients.Methods:Sixty-two eldealy patients with enteral nutrition were divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=32) at random. All patients were fed with Nutrtion Fibre.Treatment group was given with microecological preparations. The incidence rate of diarrhea, and the time to reach standard amount were recorded. Results: The incidence rate of diarrhea in the treatment group was 13.33%,and the incidence rate of diarrhea in the control group was 37.50%(P

[Objective]To observe and analyze the clinical results of ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament(OPLL) combined with high-signal intensity zone(HIZ) change. [Methods]Forty patients with OPLL combined with HIZ were treated from March 2004 to March 2008.Anterior approach surgery was given to 19 cases as group A and posterior approach surgery was given to 21 cases as group P.All cases were followed up.The pre-and post-operative JOA17 scores and improvement ratio were evaluated.[Results]The mean follow-up time were(19.5?3.4) months in group A and(20.3?4.5) months in group P.The mean improvement ratio were(56.2?8.4)% in group A and(52.2?12.2)% in group P.There were no statistical differences between those of groups A and P.Mean JOA scores at last follow-up were(12.8?0.9) in group A and(11.5?1.6) in group P,with significantly difference.[Conclusion]Treatment of OPLL combined with HIZ is a high risk procedure with limited recovery in neoro-function.Good surgical result could be got with correct judgement of type and location of OPLL,occupation ratio of spinal canal and selection of approach.

Objective To study the synergism effect of 131 I-Herceptin and high-energy X-ray on HER2 overexpressed breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells. Methods The protein expression and gene amplification of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 ( HER2 ) in SK-BR-3 cells were identified by immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH ) method, 131 I-Herceptin was prepared by iodogen method, and the IC15 concentration of 131 I-Herceptin on SK-BR-3 cell were selected by MTT method. The cells were divided into control group and drug group according to 131 I-Herceptin used or not, and were delivered five different doses of external irradiation (0,2,4 and 6Gy), and the synergism effect was detected by colonogenic assay. The cells were divided into blank group, drug group(131I-Herceptin), X-ray group(2 Gy external irradiation) and combination group (131I-Herceptin+2 Gy external irradiation), the apoptosis rate and death rate were detected by AO/EB method and cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry. Results The labling rate, radiochemical purity and specific radioactivity of 131 I-Herceptin were 86.8%, 93.9% and 868.3 μci/mg, respectively. The IC15 of 131 I-Herceptin was 15.625μci/mL.131 I-Herceptin and high-energy X-ray significantly reduced surviving fraction ( SF) ( F=628.888,F=964.97,P<0.05) and there were interactions between them (F=113.046,P<0.05).There were significant differences in apoptosis rate and death rate among blank group, drug group, X-ray group and combination group(F=103.324,F=13.33,all P<0.05),and there were significant differences of pairwise comparison (P<0.05).After irradiation and 131I-Herceptin administration, the cell cycle changed obviously from G1-phase to G2-and S-phase.Conclusion 131 I-Herceptin combined with high-energy X-ray has the synergism effect on HER2 overexpressed breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells.

Objective To investigate the effect of nesfatin-1 (NSF-1) on T-type Ca2+ channel currents in adult mouse dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons and possible signal transduction mechanisms involved. Methods We measured the expression of melanocortin 4 receptors(MC4-R)in mouse DRG by using western blotting analysis. The whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to record the effects of NSF 1 on T-type Ca2+ channel currents in small DRG neurons and several ligands were experimented to further clarify relevant signaling pathways. Results MC4-Rs were abundantly expressed in DRG neurons.NSF-1 enhanced T-type calcium channel currents in a dose-dependent manner in small DRG neurons in mice.NSF-1 mediated increment of T-type calcium channel currents was blocked by the MC4-R antagonist HS024,phosphokinase C antagonists GF109203X,and chelerythrine chloride, while the blockade of phospohokinase A PKI 6-22 elicited no such effects. Conclusions NSF-1 can enhance T type calcium channel currents in small DRG neurons through an MC4-R-dependent PKC signaling pathway.
