Objective:To investigate the value of YL-1 puncture hematoma evacuation for hypertensive intracerebral hematoma.Methods:138 patients with hypertensive intracerecbral hematoma treated by YL-1 puncture hematoma evacuative were studied retrospectively,and the relationship between the age,the time of operation,GCS and volume of hemorrhage with mortality were with logistic regression method analysis.Results:①There were no significant relation in all the ages;②the shorter the hemorrhage,the higher the mortality;③the lower GCS was,the higher the mortality was;④the bigger the hemorrhage volume,the higher the mortality.Conclusion:The present study indicates that age is not an factor to limit minimally invasive operation(YL-1 puncture hematoma evacuation).The effect of surgery depended on the time of hemorrhage,GCS and volume of hemorrhage.

Objective To understand the clinical medicine graduates competency status of Kunming Medical University in the past 5 years and provide important reference for cultivating students in medical university. Methods The questionnaire results in the relevant departments responsible person of Yunnan provincial municipal and district 26 hospitals were system analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Results In the past 5 years, the graduates occupation competence of clinical medicine in Kunming Medical University is good. Among them, the graduates’core competency gets the lowest score, but the graduates’post competency gets the highest score. Conclusion The graduates’core competency should be strengthened in training of doctor-patient communication skills and quality evaluation of clinical practice for medical students.

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of natural foci of plague in Qinghai province in the past twenty years and to provide references for prevention and control of the disease. Methods Excel software was used to analyze the database of human plague cases and the surveillance and survey data of natural foci of plague in Qinghai province from 1999 to 2009. Results Animal plague occurred in Qaidam Basin, Qinghai Plateau and central and southern Plateau year after year, which became key areas of animal plague in Qinghai province. There were many human plague cases every year except 1999, 2000, 2002, 2007, 2008 from 1990 to 2009. Cumulative incidence of human plague was 27 cases, with incidence of 73 cases, 29 cases of death, and death rate 39.73%. Epidemic areas mainly distributed in the 4 states of Yushu, Hainan, Hercynian, Haibei.Prevalent season was from May to October. The most prevalent was pneumonic type among clinical types [60.27%(44/73)]. Conclusions Animal plague has occurred actively in key areas of Qinghai province in recent years,and an outbreak of human plague in some areas is found. Monitoring and early warning should be strengthened in the key areas, and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be implemented to reduce the incidence and prevalence of the plague.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ICARE rebounder tonometer (RBT) by comparing the measurement results of ICARE RBT,applanation tonometer (AT) and non-contact tonometer (NCT).Methods This study included 100 glaucoma suspect cases (100 eyes) with their day and night intraocular pressure (IOP) measurement in Beijing Tongren Hospital from May to November,2014.IOP of each eye was measured by two experienced examiners using RBT,AT and NCT for three times respectively and the mean values were recorded as the final result.Results IOP was measured by RBT,AT,NCT,the values were (19.1s5.7),(18.9±5.0),(15.2±5.0) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),respectively.The difference between RBT and AT was (0.2±1.8) mmHg,and the difference between NCT and AT was-(3.8±2.6) mmHg.There was no significant difference in the values between RBT and AT,t=-1.136,P＞0.05.There was significant difference in the values between NCT and AT,t=14.714,P＜0.01.The results measured by RBT,NCT and AT had correlation,r=0.948,0.822;P＜0.01.The relevant value was 0.973 in two examiners with RBT,which consisted with the result with AT.Conclusion RBT meets the clinical needs and can be widely used in clinical work.

BACKGROUND:Carotid artery stenting is a minimal y invasive, safe, simple intervention, which is particularly meaningful to patients with carotid artery stenosis who exhibit poor physical basis and cannot tolerate open surgery. ＜br> OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting for treatment of extracranial carotid artery stenosis. ＜br> METHODS:Twenty-nine patients with extracranial carotid artery stenosis, including 19 males and 10 females, age ranging from 45-78 years, were enrol ed and subjected to stenting and percutaneous angioplasty. American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, modified Rankin Scale and CT examination were tested before treatment and 24 hours after treatment. After 3-12 months fol ow-up, the coagulation indexes and B ultrasound of the carotid artery were reviewed. ＜br> RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:One patient exhibited the complete bifurcation occlusion of the right common carotid artery, and only the diameter of external carotid artery recovered 50.0%. The remaining patients were confirmed by angiograph that completely restored to normal levels, and the success rate was 97%. At 24 hours after treatment, al the 29 patients exhibit significant improvement in the diameter of lesioned carotid artery, scores on American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and modified Rankin Scale (P＜0.01, P＜0.05). During the 3-12 months fol ow-up, no cerebral infarction and transient cerebral ischemia occurred and carotid artery stenosis was improved in al patients. At 6 months after operation, one patient had restenosis, and the restenosis rate was 3%. Percutaneous angioplasty combined with biological material stenting for treatment of extracranial carotid artery stenosis can obtain good clinical effects.

Many college students’ English is not good enough to meet the need of the society. Pairing general English with ESP is proposed so as to solve the problem. Taking college English teaching in schools of traditional Chinese medicine as a case, this paper analyzes the key factors such as teaching materials, language teachers, students, teaching objectives, methods and environment in the teaching process in order to prove that pairing general English with ESP is feasible.

Objective To study the effect of new generation histone deacetylase inhibitor LBH589 single-drug or combined with the mouse serum which contains the radix echinopsis on multiple myeloma (MM) cell line U266 and their mechanism.Methods The acetylation level of α-tublin which was a substrate of HDAC6 was detected by Western blot.The chemical force between Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) and its client proteins was detected by immune precipitation (IP).Results The different concentrations of LBH589 single drug (0,20,50 nmol/L),and 50 nmol/L combined with the mouse serum which contained the radix echinopsis (1 g/ml) were able to inhibit the proliferation of U266 cell.With the increase of drug concentration and the extension of time,the acetylation levels of α-tublin and HSP90 increased gradually (at 24 or 48 hours) in a dose dependent (P ＜ 0.05).The inhibition of LBH589 combined with the mouse serum was stronger than that of LBH589 single drug (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion LBH589 could inhibit the growth of MM cells and their cell cycles,and induce the apoptosis of MM cell line U266.
