Objective:To investigate the protective effect of activated AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) on the human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC) damage induced by palmatic acid(PA) and the related mechanism. Methods: HUVEC were divided into 8 groups according to the culture media(cultured for 24 to 72 h): blank control(conventional culture),300 ?mol/L PA,1 mmol/L aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide-1-beta-ribofuranoside (AICAR),PA+AICAR,2 mmol/L metformin,PA+metformin,10 ?mol/L pioglitazone, and PA+pioglitazone groups.Survival rates of HUVEC were determined by MTT at 24,48 and 72 h after culture.Western blot were performed to detect the expression of phospha-AMPK at 24 h after culture. Results: Compared with blank control group, cell survival rates in PA group were decreased by 58.95%,36.68% and 15.09% at 24,48 and 72 h(P
3.The role of exercise in child asthma's combat and management
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(1):106-108
For a long time, people have different ideas about whether asthmatic children can participating in sports as others and how to exercise they need. As restricted by the possibility that exercise may induce asthma, the level of asthmatic children' s exercise is lower than their classmates. Research in recent years in abroad have showed that exercise is not only helpful to children's growth and development psycho`gicat health, but also helpful to asthmatic children's sympton control, reducing asthma exacerbation, reducing medication use and impoving their quality of life, and asthmatic children can exercise safely as long as been managed appropriatly. Scholars have paied more and more attention to the importance of exercise in children asthma' s management, and exercise prescription had been recommended as an important part of children asthma' s management in abroad.
4. Protective effect of activated AMP-activated protein kinase on palmatic acid-induced damage of human umbilical vein endothelial cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2006;27(9):957-960
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of activated AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) on the human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) damage induced by palmatic acid (PA) and the related mechanism. Methods: HUVEC were divided into 8 groups according to the culture media (cultured for 24 to 72 h): blank control (conventional culture), 300 μmol/L PA, 1 mmol/L aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide-1-beta-ribofuranoside (AICAR), PA+AICAR, 2 mmol/L metformin, PA+metformin, 10 μmol/L pioglitazone, and PA+pioglitazone groups. Survival rates of HUVEC were determined by MTT at 24, 48 and 72 h after culture. Western blot were performed to detect the expression of phospha-AMPK at 24 h after culture. Results: Compared with blank control group, cell survival rates in PA group were decreased by 58.95%, 36.68% and 15.09% at 24, 48 and 72 h (P<0.05), respectively. Seventy-two hours after culture, HUVEC survival rates of AICAR+PA group, Met+PA group and PGZ+PA group were obviously higher than that of PA group (P<0.05); AICAR, metformin or pioglitazone alone had no obvious influence on HUVEC survival rate. Twenty-four hours after culture, Phospha-AMPK expression was increased in AICAR, metformin and pioglitazone groups compared with that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: AICAR, metformin and pioglitazone can decrease the damage of HUVEC induced by PA, possibly through activating AMPK.

China Pharmacist 2014;(9):1534-1535,1604
Objective:To analyze the analgesic effectiveness of dezocine after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: Totally 80 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given tramadol 0. 2 mg·kg-1 for anesthetize, the observation group was given dezocine 0. 1 mg·kg-1 analgesia. Conducted according to a simgle drug additional pain status of the patient. After the surgery, the time of surgery, VAS and BCS pain condition score of the pa-tients were analyzed and compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results:After the surgery, the operation time, opening eyes, awaking time and extubation time showed no significant difference in the two groups (P>0. 05). VAS scores of the observation group in 30min, 1h, 2h and 6h after the surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group, and BCS score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2 =4. 020 5,P=0. 045 0). Conclusion:The analgesic effect of dezocine after lap-aroscopic cholecystectomy is promising, which can significantly alleviate the pain after the operation and is worthy of wider application.
6.Systematic review and Meta-analysis of feasibility and safety of associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy
International Journal of Surgery 2017;44(4):235-239,封3
Objective To assess the feasibility and safety between ALPPS and two-stage hepatectomy (TSH).Methods An electronic search was performed of the MEDLINE,EMBASE using subject heading to identify nearly three-years articles published that related to this topic.Pooled odds ratio was calculated for binary data and mean differences for continuous outcomes, using fixed-effects and random-effects models for meta-analysis.Results Four studies involving a total of 312 patients were used in the analysis. We found that ALPPS produced a higher increase rate of FLR than TSH (MD =24.78;95%CI:0.63 to 48.94;P =0.04).Comparing with TSH,ALPPS produced a shorter FLR growth time (MD =-26.55;95% CI:-37.13 to -15.97,P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in overall mortality (OR =2.43;95 % CI:0.94 to 6.31;P =0.07),while ALPPS produced a more severe complication rate (≥ Ⅲ b) than TSH (OR =2.47;95 % CI:1.14 to 5.36;P =0.02).Conclusions It was better to make the FLR increasing to safe resection for ALPPS than TSH in a short period of time. There was no statistical significance in overall complication and mortality between ALPPS and TSH,but ALPPS produced more severe complication rate (≥ Ⅲb) than TSH.
