Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
This paper explores subjective and objective reasons for missed diagnosis and diagnostic errors in health examination, aiming to improve mutual communication between patients and health staff, enhance people's consciousness in ethics, promote the medical concept which stresses preclinical prevention and early treatment for diseases, decrease the rate of missed diagnosis and diagnostic errors, and makes health examination profitable for both medical institutes and recipients.

Assessment of left ventricular function is an important part of the function of whole cardiac.Two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology can track single pixel and get its trajectory, thus we can fully knowledge the function of left ventricular. At present,a large number of clinical studies have confirmed the significance of two-speckle tracking imaging in the evaluation of left ventricular function, and the details were reviewed in this article.
5.Effect of folic acid on plasma homocysteine in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To study the effect of folic acid on decreasing level of plasma total homocysteine(tHcy)in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL) and the optimal dosage of folic acid. Methods Ten randomized controlled trials involving treatment data on 210 patients with SSHL were retrospectively studied. They were divided into seven groups according to the daily dosage of folic acid: group A to group G,0.2 mg,0.4 mg,0.8 mg,2.0 mg,5.0 mg,10.0 mg and 15.0 mg,respectively.Besides oral administration of folic acid,Vitamine B6 and B12were supplemented, and other routine treatment were performed.Fluorescence polarization immunoassay was employed to detect the plasma tHcy before and 3 months after the treatment. And the data of plasma tHcy of 210 patients without SSHL were collected and served as controls. The levels of plasma tHcy were statistically analysed between the SSHL group and control group and among group A to group G. Results The level of plasma tHcy in the SSHL group was significantly higher than that in the control group,(18.07?1.58)?mol/L vs(13.63?1.33) ?mol/L(P0.05). Conclusion The levels of plasma tHcy are significantly increased in SSHL.Folic acid may play an important role in decreasing the levels of tHcy in patients with SSHL,and a dosage of 10 mg/d for oral adminstration is well suggested.

Objective: To investigate the effect of Danshensu Capsules on platelet aggregation, experimental thrombosis and hemorrheology in rat. Methods : The effects of Danshensu Capsules were observed on platelet aggregation induced by ADP. Occlusive thrombotic time was determined by electrostimulating; “blood stasis” model was prepared by ice water stimulation and the main hemorheological indexes were detected. Results : Danshensu Capsules could greatly inhibit the platelet aggregation in rat induced by ADP and delay occlusive thrombosis time after electrostimulating rat common carotid artery as well as decrease whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, red-cell specific volume, red-cell electrophoresis time, yield stress and red-cell aggregation indexes in experimental rat with the blood stasis syndrone. The rat's hemorheological properties were improved. Conclusion : Danshensu Capsules could decrease obviously the blood state with “dense、viscosity、aggregation、coagulation” and have obvious actions of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating.

Object To observe the effect of total flavones isolated from Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng (FMG) on platelet aggregation, 5 HT of release, content of NO in plasma and hemorrheological parameters in rats. Methods Platelet aggregation was quantified by turbidimetry, release of 5 HT was assayed by fluorescence technique, and content of NO in plasma was determined by spectrophotometry. Results Inhibition of platelet aggregation and release of 5 HT, increase of NO content in plasma, as well as decrease of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, red cell electrophoresis time, red cell specific volume, red cell count and K value in ESR equation were observed in the acute blood stasis rat, thereby the rat's hemorrheological properties were improved. Conclusion FMG is able to inhibit the platelet aggregation and improve the hemorrheological parameters in acute blood stasis rat. The inhibition of release of 5 HT, increase of NO content in plasma and antagonistic action of Ca 2+ may be the mechanism of its actions.

Objective To study the effects of the cytotoxicity, cell cycle and time dependent apoptosis of Jurkat T lymphoma cells induced by Tripterygium Hypoglaucum (Levl) Hutch (THH) alkaloids so ad to explore the mechanisms of the apoptosis induced by the THH alkaloids. Methods Cell vitality and cell proliferation were measured by Typan blue staining. Cell cycle and the time dependent apoptosis were determined by DNA staining, TUNEL labeling and flow cytometry. Results THH alkaloids could effectively inhibit cell proliferation of Jurkat cells and induce the G 1 arrest and could induce apoptosis in G 2/S phase first and then G 1 phase. Conclusion THH alkaloids can inhibit DNA synthesis, cell proliferation and can also induce apoptosis of Jurkat T lymphoma cells in all phases.
10. Inhibitory effect of total flavones of Metasequsia glytostroboides on platelet aggregation and hemarheology in rats and mechanism research
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2002;18(2):214-217
AIM: To observe the effects of total flavones of Metasequsia glytostroboides Hu et Cheng (FMG) on platelet aggregation, 5-HT release, NO contents of plasma and hemarheology in rats. METHODS: Platelet aggregation was quantified by turbidimetric method. 5-HT release was assayed by fluorescence technique. NO content of plasma was assayed by spectrophotometry. RESULTS: FMG inhibited the platelet aggregation and 5-HT release, increased the NO content of plasma, decreased the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, eryrocyte electrophoresis time, K value of erythrocyte sedimentation equation and RBC, improved the hemarheology of rats. CONCLUSION: FMG can inhibit the platelet aggregation and improve the hemarheology in rats. The inhibition on 5-HT release, increase of NO contents of plasma and the inhibitory effect on Ca2+ may be its mechanisms.
