Objective To provide references for enhancing the connection between the need of society and the training mode of in-service postgraduates who major in health service management by analyzing the existing and potential in-service postgraduates' potential trainingwishes andexpectations.Methods Questionnaire surveys,which involved basic information,motivations and aspirations on the advanced studies,understandings and suggestions on the cultivating mode,were conducted among in-service postgraduates(Grade 2010 through Grade 2012) who major in health service management in BUCM and staffs in the departments of corresponding postgraduates.Data including 128 validated questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics in excel.Results The data indicated that further education was welcomed by 87 in-service postgraduates(85.3％ of the survey samples),who had astrong willing to further study.Specifically,the following tendencies were obtained:interdisciplinary training combining research and practice was approved by 71 in-service postgraduates (55.5％ of the samples); career-oriented talent training mode was accepted by 90 in-service postgraduates(70.2％ of the samples); 79 in-service postgraduates (61.7％ of the samples) believed courses should include both theory and practice educations; flexible educational system was welcomed by 77 in-service postgraduates(60.0％ of the samples) ; 61(47.7％) in-service postgraduates wished to attend class on week-ends while 45 (35.0％) wished to attend class in evenings; group instruction method was recommended by 73(57.0％) in-service postgraduates; 104(81.3％) believed double-tutors system should be applied to academic dissertation,and the academic dissertation could be all kinds of research papers such as investigation report,which was approved by 97 (75.6％) in-service postgraduates.Conclusions Through the above analysis,it can be validated that education on in-service postgraduates who major in health service management is worthy of further development.Finally,colleges and universities are suggested to optimize the training mode in four aspects including training objective,curriculum provi-sion,teaching methods and graduation thesis.

Under the background of the new medical reform, a large variety of traditional Chinese medicine from complicated sources, Chinese traditional medicine of actor of true and false of the quality directly affect the drug safety and clinical efficacy, but also relate to the social and economic benefits of hospital. Along with the development of the modern management of medical institutions and drug circulation circulation system reform in our country, the hospital drug inventory, supply and management work is an important topic for the pharmaceutical trading. However, there is always contradiction, dispensary need to supple pharmacy, in order to satisfy the demands of hospital patients with normal diagnosis and treatment work. However, if the drug inventory is too much, not only increases the drug monitoring problem, at the same time, but also causes storage costs rise. Therefore, completing scientific and reasonable storage and management becomes urgent problems at present. Wherefore, our country administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 2007 promulgated the "Chinese traditional medicine yinpian management norms in hospital", aims to standardize management of Chinese traditional medicine quality and improve the safety of drugs. The author through looking up information and visiting survey, to understand the currently existing problems, and summarizes the literature inland and abroad in recent years Chinese medicine drug inventory management work experience, in view of status quo of Chinese medicine inventory management in China, put forward the solution. To guarantee TCM pharmacy management more standardized, more standard, to adapt to the new reform of Chinese traditional medicine industry, improve the management level of hospital, defend the hospital's reputation and the patient's interests.

Objective: To use dual source computed tomography (DSCT) for assessment of left atrial appendage volume and function, and to compare the results with those of cardiac cine MR (CMR). Methods: Sixty-two patients who received computed tomography angiography (CTA) during March 2008 to Feb. 2009 were included in the present study. The DSCT data sets (Somatom Definition, Siemens Medical Solutions, Forchheim, Germany) and FIESTA (fast imaging employing steady-state acquisition) cines (Signa Excite HD 3T, GE) of the vertical long axis covering the left atrium were obtained on the same day. The images were analyzed to obtain LAAVmax, LAAVmin and LAAEF using Vitrea Heart Function software and Report Card 2.0 software, for DSCT and CMR. Intermodality agreement between DSCT and CMR was tested using linear regression and t test. Interobserver variability was tested by Bland-Altman analyses. Results: The DSCT and CMR measurements of the left atrial appendage volume and function were not significantly different, and the measurements of the two methods were well correlated with each other, with the coefficient of LAAVmax, LAAVmin, and LAAEF (%) being 0.85, 0.86, and 0.76, respectively. However, compared with CMR, DSCT showed a tendency of overestimating LAAV max, LAAVmin and underestimating LAAEF. The interobserver variability of DSCT measurements was lower than that of CMR measurements. Conclusion: DSCT is accurate in assessing the left atrial appendage volume and function of patients referred for coronary CT imaging, and the results are reproducible.
