The enthusiasm for modern life care from both doctors and patients is an important prerequisite and component in creating a harmonious physician-patient relationship.The physician-patient relationship is at this stage of discord in our country,and the main reasons are as follows.Since the reform and opening up,the perfect modern life care system has not been built up in our entire society due to our errors in the value orientation in the public goods production and health care reform,in addition to the lack of related ethics construction during the reform process.To reconstruct a harmonious physician-patient relationship,we must build up a perfect modern life care system in our whole society;give full respect and understanding for all the people.To achieve that aim,we have to emphasize the ethics analysis on the current physician-patient conflicts caused by the life care deficiencies.We should improve and perfect relevant laws,regulations,health managing system and create a better social environment for humanistic care in the entire society,as an ensured prerequisite for life care to implement between doctors and patients.We should also conscientiously strengthen bioethics education.

Based on the questionnaire of 681 medical college students in Hangzhou city,this paper analyses the formation reasons for students' sex morality,and points out relevant countermeasures to guide the instruction of sex morality formation for medical college students.

Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C of 3 kinds of pollen from Yunnan were studied by fluorescence spectrophotometer．The sample we re Pinusthunbergii, Fagopyrum esculentum and Brassica compestris． The results s howed that the content of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, of pollen were rich． Th e content of Vitaimin Bl of Fagopyrum esculentum was the highest(0.39?mg/l00 g), and the Vitamin　B2, of Brassica compestris was the richest(0.70?mg/l00 ?g)． It was worth to utilize．

Non-profit medical institutions are the main body, for-profit medical institutions are the complement, the public medical institutions are the leading and non-public medical institutions develop together are the principles of developing the health service system in China. Since deepening medical reform, social capital held in medical institutions has been actively encouraged and supported. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of cefoperazone on the surgical haemostastic outcome so as to offer reference for preoperative anti-infection medication.METHODS:A total of 60 patients undergoing laparotomy were randomly divided into medication group(cefoperazone)or control group.The blood coagulation functional parameter changes of the 2 groups before and after operation were observed,and the intraoperative blood loss volume,blood infusion volume,and the haemostatic time were recorded.RESULTS:The thrombin time,the prothrombin time,partial prothrombin time were all longer,and the intraoperative blood loss volume and blood infusion volume and the haemostatic time were all more in cefoperazone-treated group than in control group(P

The classifications of the thymoma and their pathologic diagnosis is closely related to the clinical treatment of the disease. Similarly, it is a focal on the clinicopathologic study today. In this paper,the classification of the thymoma and their developing process in the histopathological changes was extensively discussed, and various type of the histopatholgic characteristic of the tumor was compared. It was suggested the new edition of the thymoma classifications of WHO should be operated in practical work. Additionally, the B1 type thymom, the thymic lymphoma and the histopathological changes of thymus in myasthenia gravis patients were described respectively, and it was also considered that the new edition of the thymoma classifications of WHO had some incomplete aspects in the pathological diagnosis.

Objective]To summarize and promote Professor Zhou Enchao’s experience in the treatment of chronic renal failure especially the usage of herbal pairs.[Methods] Illustrate Professor’s medication experience in the treatment of chronic renal failure and summarize the herbal pairs that he commonly used by the methods of learning from his daily treatment in inpatient and outpatient department, arranging medical cases records of chronic renal failure, reading relative books and articles, recognition from the study of ancient classics, modern phamocological research and Professor’s own academic opinion etc. [Results]In Professor’s treatment of chronic renal failure, besides protecting the Zheng Qi(anti-pathogenic Qi), he emphasizes the methods of detoxification and promotion of the discharging of toxin which is in feature of the treatment by herbal pairs. In his experience, there are coincidence, supplement and prevention in the function between the pairs of herbs when using them together. The commonly used herbal pairs include the pair of Su Ye and Huang Lian with the function of resolving dampness and detoxificaion, the pair of Ban Zhilian and BaiHua She She Cao with the function of clearing away heat and detoxification, the pair of Tu Fu Ling and Liu YueXue with the function of reducing and discharging the turbid fluid and toxin, the pair of TuBie Chong and Tao Ren with the function of breaking the hard blood stasis and detoxification, the pair of Mu Li and Da Huang with the function of resolving the phlegm and activating and discharging blood stasis, the pair of Hei Da Dou and Wan Can Sha with the function of detoxifying the wind-toxin, the pair of Yin Chen and Shi Xiao San with the function of resolving damping, clearing away heat. [Conclusion] Pro. Zhou Enchao's clinical experience of chronic renal failure from toxin and using drug pairs is effective and worth promotion of application.

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of hormone dependent asthma by Bushen Yiqi Decoction. [Methods]84 cases of hormone dependent asthma in the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from December 2011 to December 2015 were selected. According to the random number table, 84 cases were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group, 42 cases in each group. Control group was in accordance with the GINA guidelines recommended fourth level of treatment. Observation group, on the basis of the control group, treated hormone dependent asthma by western medicine in combination with Bushen Yiqi Decoction. [Results] The total effective rate of observation group was 88.1%, and the total effective rate of control group was 71.43%. Two groups of comparison, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); IL-5, IL-4, EOS levels were decreased after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05), but the observation group decreased more significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);During treatment and after treatment, reduction rate of using hormone and antiasthmatics in control group and observation group was respectively(85.7%VS64.3%) and(78.6%VS61.9), two groups of comparison, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). [Conclusion]Compared with the pure oral hormone plus inhalation in the treatment of hormone dependent asthma, application of Bushen Yiqi Decoction has obvious curative effect and can reduce the dosage of hormone and side effects. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

OBJECTIVE:To observe therapeutic efficacy of ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. METHODS:A to-tal of 80 acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional treatment as gastrointestinal decompression,analgesia and spasmolysis,anti-infective treat-ment,fluid replacement,electrolyte disturbances balance,in vivo microcirculation improvement;observation group was additional given ulinastatin 100 000 U added into 5% Glucose injection 250 ml,ivgtt,bid,on the basis of control group,and then given medicine qd after improving symptoms;finally,stopped taking medicine immediately the symptom disappeared. Both groups was given 8d of treatment. Serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment,and clinical symp-tom,the time of sign and lab index improvement were also observed. Clinical efficacy was evaluated. RESULTS:After treatment, serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group was significantly lower than in control group;the time of clinical symptom and sign,lab indicator improvement were significantly shorter than in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01). The ef-fective rate (95.00%) of observation group was significantly higher than that (70.00%) of control group,with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Ulinastatin can significantly reduce acute pancreatitis significantly,improve clinical symptom, promote disease recovery and clinical efficacy.

The authors attempt to combine medical ethics education and the professional training objectives of health supervision in the teaching practice of medical ethics for health supervision majors within the limited curriculum course.Under the premise of a standardized syllabus norm and scientific teaching goals,appropriate teaching forms,methods and trials are implemented to impart health supervision majors with medical ethics knowledge and meanwhile promote their quality and ability reserves.
