2.The Expression of PTEN Protein in Breast Carcinoma Tissues
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To elucidate the significance of expressive change in tissues of breast carcinomas. Methods Expression of PTEN protein was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP) in breast carcinomas?atypical intraductal hyperplasia?normal breast tissue. Results The positive rate and expressive intensity of PTEN protein in breast carcinoma were lower and weaker than those in atypical intraductal hyperplasia and normal breast. The intensity of PTEN protein expression was associated with differentiation degree of breast carcinoma, the poorer differentiation of breast carcinoma , the weaker expression of PTEN protein. Comparing with breast carcinoma, the PTEN expression level of atypical intraductal hyperplasia was higher , but It was lower than normal breast tissue. it is helpful for us to assess the carcinogenesis probability of atypical intraductal hyperplasia by detecting the PTEN.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(1):6-11
The reform in cultivating professional-degree programs in Clinical Medicine Education contributes to the transformation of training mode, which surpasses the connotative bounds of the inherent education management. The personalized training of students has made it more challenging for both the tutor and the faculty to involve in education management, the effectiveness of which is highly valued due to the pressing need for sound medical ethics. Furthermore, the development of information technology calls for the reform of education management as well as the emphasis of student-centered approach. This article summa-rizes the existing problems of current education management mode for master degree programs of profes-sional clinical medical education. In addition, a three-level management system composed of medical experts is brewed and put forth. This system, based on compensation and restraint, assessment and incentive, ser-vice as well as security, is meant to facilitate the training of application-oriented medical talents.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(25):3987-3992
BACKGROUND:Many studies have shown that different nanostructures produce different influences on cellbioactivity, but the nanonetwork structure is not reported yet. OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of the nanonetwork topography on the bioactivity of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels. METHODS:The nanonetwork topography was fabricated on biomedical titanium surface by alkali-heat treatment, and pure titanium served as control group. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels were co-cultured with the above two types of samples. cellmorphology and cytoskeleton were observed using scanning electron microscope and immunofluorescence method. The celladhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation were detected by measurement of absorbance values at different culture time. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The nanonetwork topography had significant advantage on the number of adherent cels at 30, 60 and 120 minutes of co-culture. The cellproliferation was significantly accelerated by the nanonetwork topography at days 1, 3, 5 of co-culture, and the absorbance values in the nanonetwork group were significantly higher than those in the pure titanium group (P < 0.05). The alkaline phosphatase activity in the nanonetwork group was also significantly higher than that in the pure titanium group at 14 days of osteogenic induction (P < 0.05). The cellshape and cytoskeleton on the nanonetwork surface were better than those on the titanium surface. These findings indicate that the nanonetwork topography has better effects on cellbioactivity compared with pure titanium.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(29):4724-4729
BACKGROUND:Autologous cartilage has a poor self-repair effect due to low chondrocyte density, low metabolism rate and no blood supply.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the recent study about tissue engineering techniques and surgical treatment for cartilage injury.
METHODS:A computer-based online retrieval of PubMed database was performed by the first author for articles published between January 1992 and December 2013. The key words are“articular cartilage, injury, tissue engineering, repair”in English. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 61 literatures were included into the final analysis.
RESULTS and CONCLUSION:The current clinical treatment of articular cartilage injury includes joint debridement, mosaicplasty, perichondrium transplantation and autologous chondrocyte implantation. However, their long-term result is unsatisfactory. One reason for limited clinical success is that new cartilage can be formed at the site of a defect, and the repaired tissue canot compare with the autologous cartilage in mechanical property. Tissue engineering technique is stil a hot topic in recent years, because it can potential y induce autologous cartilage formation. Through endogenous or ectogeneous seed cells and inducting factor and nutrient factors, tissue engineering technique can be applied to induce the self-repair of articular cartilage, thus regenerating into hyalinc cartilage with the similar even same biological property. How to simplify the treatment protocols and reduce treatment cost is the key to promote cartilage repair.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2008;10(11):1480-1482
Objective To observe the antibacterial activity of artificial antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) to Blastomyces albicans, E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus in oral infection in vitro. Methods The AMPs were dissolved into PBS or sterilized saliva, then the inhibi-tion of different concentration AMPs to E. coil was evaluated by tube testing. The inhibition effect of different concentration of AMPs to Staph-ylococcus aureus and Blastomyces albicans were evaluated by antibiotic-susceptive test paper. Results When the concentration of AMPs added to broth of E. coli is from 150μmol/L to 300μmol/L , the bacterium count is 0 while the number in control is 6700 ~ 9200cfu/ml. At 100μg/tablet AMPs, the diameter of inhibitor zones of Staphylococcus aureus and Blastomyces albicans are 13mm and 11 mm. At 300μg/ tablet, the diameter are 16 mm and 17mm. AMPs dissolved in PBS and saliva have similar antimicrobial activity. Gonclusions The AMPs is effective to prevent Blastomyces albicans, E. coli and Staphylococcus aurcus in oral infection in vitro.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2003;0(12):-
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects and reliabilities of intermandibular flexible distraction and rigid internal fixation in treating mandibular condylar fractures. Methods Of 40 patients with mandibular condylar fractures, 21 cases were managed with intermandibular flexible distraction (external fixation group, Group A) and 19 with rigid titanium internal fixation (internal fixation group, Group B). There were 15 cases with high position fractures and 25 with low position ones. Results During 2-4 weeks postoperatively, X-rays confirmed the condylar fracture healing in all cases with no loosened mini-tinum plates in the Group B. There were 10 cases in the Group A and 14 cases in the Group B with the opening width over 30 mm, and 11 cases in the Group A and 5 in the Group B with the opening width less than 30 mm. Conclusions Both external and internal fixations can attain condylar fracture healing. However, compared with the internal fixation, the reduction of external fixation is less exact and the function recovery slower after operation, especially in the low position fractures. No irreversible damages on TMJ happen in all cases.
