2.Application of Comprehensive Assessment Method to Sanitary Management of Public Places
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To explore the application of a comprehensive assessment method to sanitary management of public places. Methods Sanitary management of public places from 1996 to 2000 in Tongzhou was assessed using a comprehensive coefficient method. Results All of the comprehensive quality indices including established rate of sanitary documents, verified rate of sanitary license, terminated rate of administrative punishment, coverage rate of inspection and monitoring, health examination rate and qualified rate of detected samples, from 1996 to 2000 evaluated by linear comprehensive coefficient and geometric comprehensive coefficient did not meet the criterion. Only one classified indices (1999~2000): established rate of sanitary documents, verified rate of sanitary license and terminated rate of administrative punishment reached the standard, others did not. Conclusion It was feasible to apply the comprehensive assessment method to evaluate the sanitary management of public places.

Objective To identify the problems of medical record management standardization in clinical case management for the study of medical record quality and give some corresponding measures. Methods 3,000 medical records of patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were collected and divided into control group (with 1,500 records from January 2015 to December 2015) and observation group (with 1,500 clinical medical records from January 2016 to December 2016).The control group adopted regular data management while the observation group employed standardized lean management.Medical record defects, rectification rate and the average scores of inpatient medical records between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The average score of inpatient medical records in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=13.672, P<0.05), while the defect degree and the modification rate of the medical records were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized medical record management contributes to the improvement of the quality of medical records.

Objective To explore the effect of prospective nursing on preventing constipation for patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods 43 AMI patients during July 2008 and June 2010 in our hospital were classified as the observation group, besides the nursing routine of the acute myocardial infarction plus routine therapy to prevent constipation, prospective nursing was implemented.Through the retrospective analysis of medical record, 41 of AMI in our hospital during March 2006 and June 2008 were classified as the control group, they were given the nursing routine of the acute myocardial infarction plus routine therapy to prevent constipation and the nursing intervention after occurrence of constipation. The defecation condition was assessed for the two groups of patients on admission and the defecation and mortality rate was compared on the eighth day of hospitalization. Results There was significant difference in constipation and mortality rate between the two groups of patients during hospitalization. Conclusions The prospective nursing for AMI patients to prevent constipation can obviously reduce the incidence of constipation, thus to avoid serious complications caused by constipation and reduce mortality.

Objective: To study the method of extracting somatosensory evoked potential better. Methods: This article com-pares an auto-reference, auto-correlative and adaptive interference cancellation theories and techniques (AAA-ICT) used to the single trial of somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) with the traditional superposition averaging. Results: By the intensive study and analysis of the somatosensory evoked potentials from the 80 human subjects whose nervous systems are normal, We can find that the traditional superposition averaging method has its reasonable connotation on the extraction of SEP except the inevitable defects. Conclusions: Meanwhile the AAA-ICT avoids its defects. R implements another jump for the SEP extrac-tion method and has a good clinical application value.

Objective To study the contents and distribution characteristics of trace elements in Chrysanthemum morifolium from different areas. Methods The contents of 13 trace elements in six samples of Chrysanthemum morifolium were determined by ICP-OES. The principal component analysis combined with SPSS 19. 0 software was applied to evaluate charac-teristics of elements Results Curves of trace element content of Chrysanthemum morifolium from different origins had a certain similarity. The contents of Fe, Zn and Mn were higher than others. The results of principal component analysis showed that five principal components were extracted from six samples of Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Cd, Cu, Zn, Ba and Co was the characteristic trace elements. Conclusion The contents and distribution of trace elements can reflect the characteristics of Chrysanthemum morifolium from different areas, which could be used for Chrysanthemum morifolium quality assessment and classification.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2015;(10):1414-1418
Mutations and deletions of the tumour suppressor PTEN are frequently involved in the development of cancer. However, PTEN is also tightly controlled by various non-genomic mechanisms, such as the epigenetic silen-cing of PTEN, post-transcriptional regulation by non-coding RNAs and post-translational modification.

Objective To observe the in vivo gene expression profile of the recombinant adenoassociated-2 virus mediated human GM-CSF, mouse GM-CSF (rAAV-2-hGM-CSF, rAAV-2-mGM-CSE )vector modified bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC). Methods We transduced the BMSC by rAAV-2-hGM-CSF, rAAV-2-mGM-CSF at the condition which have acquired before respectively, then transfused the in vitro gene modified BMSC after 12 days proliferation in vitro to 6 weeks old nude mice through tail vein, while the BMSC transfused in control group hadn' t been gene modified. 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after transfusion, count the total white blood cells and detect the hGM-CSF, mGM-CSF concentration in nude mice serum at that time point. Results Nude mice serum hGM-CSF levels were 23.77, 25.32, 19.77, 15.25 ng/L at 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after transfusion compare to 36.25 ng/L, the in vitro level before transfusion; mGM-CSF levels were 34.96, 34.84, 35.50, 32.93 ng/L at 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after transfusion compare to 25.14 ng/L, the in vitro level before transfusion; at the same time point the nude mice serum mGM-CSF levels were 17.34,17.44, 14.68, 16.85 ng/L in control group, rAAV-2-mGM-CSF transduced BMSC made the nude mice white blood cell count increased, but no changes in nude mice white blood cell count at rAAV-2-hGM-CSFtransduced BMSC and control group. Conclusion BMSC as a gene therapy vehicle, it can be gene modified in vitro, then the gene modified BMSC could let the therapeutic gene to have therapeutic effects in vivo.
