1.Intervention therapy of chemoradiotherapy-induced oral mucositis
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(6):428-431
Oral mucositis is a common and serious complication secondary to chemo-radiotherapy for head and neck cancer that has a high morbidity and affects the treatment outcomes. Currently available interven-tions such as three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy are directed at minimizing local radiation exposure and providing symptomatic relief. Recently, a number of new treatment mo-dalities have been expected to be introduced for reduction of severity and duration of mucositis, such as kerati-nocyto growth factor, amifostine, zinc sulfate,anti-inflammation agents, glutamine, etc. These efforts are likely to improve the life quality of cancer patients significantly.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 2000;0(06):-
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Cordyceps polysaccharide (CP) on adenine-induced chronic renal failure(CRF)in rats. Methods CRF model was induced by Adenine ig .The rats were randomized into normal group, model group, CP high, moderate, Low-dosage groups and Dexamethasone group. The models of adenine-induced nephrosis were established by intragastric administration of adenine 300 mg/kg for 21 days. After treatment, renal function, biochemical indicators, kidney index, renal pathologic changes and serum TNF-? were observed. Results Compared with the model group, the degree injury of renal function in CP groups was palliated significant, renal pathologic changes were palliated significant, renal index and content of serum TNF-? were both decreased significant. Conclusion CP has a therapeutic and preventive effect on adenine-induced CRF, and can prevent the generation and development of CRF, improve renal function.

[Objective] Probing into the effect of Changyanning syrup about colonic electrophysiology and motility of visceral hypersensitivity rat.[Methods] The test consists of the model series and the control series and the Changyanning syrup series, and the two latter rats were sensitized by intraperitoneal injection of chicken egg albumen. After two weeks, the stomach is poured 0.7ml's normal saline by blank space series,0.7ml's normal saline by model series,0.7ml's Changyanning syrup by Changyanning series.Continue to pour stomach in a month, writing colon fast wave, slow wave and the colon contraction, the observation of interdigestive myoelectric complex IMC cycle,Ⅲ times duration, fast wave and slow wave propagation rate, the largesttest amplitude, the amount of the colon contraction, the index of the colon contraction.[Result] The model series' interdigestive myoelectric complex IMC cycle prolongs,Ⅲ times duration prolongs, fast wave and slow wave propagation rate speeds up,the largesttest amplitude broadens. The slow wave propagation rate speeds up.The amount of the colon contraction speeds up,the index of the colon contraction speeds up.After Changyanning series treated, interdigestive myoelectric complex IMC cycle cuts down,Ⅲ times the duration cuts down, the largesttest amplitude decreases.[Conclusion] There are quite differencs between model group and control group in electricity and motion of visceral hypersensitivity rat.Changyanning syrup treating visceral hypersensitivity is by means of partly recovering the colon fast and slow wave and contraction wave rhythm and amplitude.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hydroxyfasudil in senile heart failure caused by coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 110 Patients with heart failure caused by CHD were randomly divided into two groups. 55 patients in control group were given conventional treatment, whereas the remaining patients were assigned into hydroxyfasudil group in the base of conventional treatment. After 6 months, we observed and compared the changes in cardiac function of the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 96.36% and the control group was 85.45%. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Then we compared the degree of improvement of left ventricular diastolic function using ultrasonic cardiogram and Tei index. Left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group improved significantly but biochemical indicators of two groups had no statistical difference. Conclusion In patients with heart failure caused by CHD, supplementation of hydroxyfasudil based on conventional therapy could improve diastolic function , potentiate left ventricular remodeling and enhance the life quality. Furthermore, it′s more sensitivity and reasonable to assess cardiac function using Tei index as compared with using ultrasonic cardiogram.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To study the MRI signs of primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL).Methods MRI features of PCNSL in 44 patients proven by pathology from January 2004 to September 2005 were analysed retrospectively. There were 29 men and 15 women, the age ranged from 12~76 years old with mean 53.Results The lesions localized at brain in 41 patients and spinal cord in 3.The lesions were multiple and single. The lesions were hypointense on T1WI and isointense or hyperintense on T2WI mostly.Nearlly all the lesions had parenchymatously massive or nodular enhancement, the minority has ring-like enhancement post contrast-enhanced scan. Conclusion PCNSL has certain MRI characteristic. The solitary or multiple lesions with obviously nodular enhancement, especial contact with cerebrospinal fluid space, the possibility of PCNSL diagnosis should be consider.

Objective To investigate the HPV infection influence on the disease evolution of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) .Methods 120 CIN grade Ⅰ patients diagnosed by under colposcopic biopsy pathology in 324th Hospital of PLA obstetrics and gynecology clinic from January to December 2010 were selected as the research objects ,concentrations of cervical secretions'HPV DNA were detected by hybrid capture two generations(HC-Ⅱ) of quantitative method .According to HPV infection ,patients were divided into CIN Ⅰ + HPV(-) and CIN Ⅰ + HPV(+ ) group and followed up for 3 years to obseve the disease evolution of CIN by means of TCT test and HR-HPV test .Results 13 .33% patients appeared disease progression in the CIN Ⅰ + HPV (-) group ,while 21 .67% in the CIN Ⅰ + HPV(+ ) group ,the difference between the two groups had significantly statistical difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion HPV infection has an important role in the disease progression of CIN ,suggesting that the prevention and treatment of the HPV infection could slow down the progression of CIN .

Objective:To investigate the postoperative analgesia effect of continuous femoral nerve block (CFNB) combined with parecoxib on the patients with Total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods:A total of 100 patients, who underwent unilateral TKA in Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2015 to December 2016,were selected and randomly divided into study group (n=50) and control group (n=50).After TKA,the patients of two groups were received CFNB,CFNB combined with parecoxib analgesia respectively, analgesic time was 2 days. The visual analogue pain scores (VAS) of the patients of two groups at rest and during exercise and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were observed at 6h,12 h,24 h,48 h after operation. The Hospital Special Surgery knee score (HSS) was used to evaluate the joint function of patients in the two groups 1 d before operation and 1 d,2 d,3 d after operation. Results:Resting state VAS and motion state VAS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group 6 h,12 h,24 h,and 48 h after operation (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of nausea / vomiting, respiratory depression, catheter related problems, and urinary retention between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HSS score between the two groups 1 d before operation(P>0.05).The HSS scores of the patients in the two groups 1 d,2 d,3 d after operation were significantly higher than those 1d before operation, and the HSS scores of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:CFNB combined with parecoxib has the advantages of good analgesic effect and safety for postoperative analgesia of the patients undergoing TKA,which is good for the patients' early knee joint function exercise and is worthy of clinical promotion.
