Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang ex Z. Y. Su et C. Y. Wu is an aperennial herb which grous wild in Anhui Province. The tuber of the plants is used as an anodyne. Cultivation of the plant with seeds obtained from the wild was carried out in our nursery breeding house. Results showed that the emergence rate depends upon the size and ripeness of the seed. Although it is a dicotyledon,yet its seedling showed only a single cotyledon. Secretary tissues could be found in its cuticular layer. Cambium was well developed but both xylem and phleom were not well developed

The energy metabolism of septic patients is serious disorder.The major manifestation is protein degradation,the enhancement of glyconeogenesis and the adipose lipid mobilization.This may be link to abnormal ways of inflammatory media,the hormone secretion and ubiquitin-proteasome caused by sepsis.The discussion on high metabolic mechanism of sepsis,has great significance for guiding clinical practice,promoting targeted interventions and treatment measures and improving the prognosis of patients.This article summarized the progress on hyper metabolism in sepsis.

Objective To summarize the progresses made domestically and abroad and the developmental tendency of stomatology,and to propose the orientation of development in stomatology in China. Methods The latest progresses and developmental tendency in the field of stomatology were achieved by investigating related references,reviews,research reports and treatises published in recent 10 years. Results In recent years,the increasing integration of stomatology,comprehensive medicine,biomedical engineering,and tissue engineering facilitated the development of stomatology towards digitization,minimal invasion,functionalization and customization,which has made great achievements in basic researches and clinical techniques of stomatology in the armed forces. Conclusions It is the key period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the development of the stomatology in the armed forces. Servicing the basic level of the troop,promoting dominant subjects,improving weak components of the discipline,and comprehensively promoting the internationalization should be insisted in driving innovations of stomatology in the armed forces.

Objective To measure the cancellous bone contents at different parts of the humeral heads of different ages and genders for data helpful for humeral head fixation.Methods Thirty-six patients with proximal humeral fracture were selected for this study who had been treated at our department with locking proximal humerus plate from June 2008 to April 2010.They were 18 men and 18 women,aged from 20 to 86 years (average,51.6 years).They were grouped according to age:group A ( ＜ 40 years),group B (40 to 60 years),and group C (＞ 60 years).A GE Sensation 16 CT scanner (GE Healtbcare,USA) was used to scan both of their affected and healthy humeral heads preoperation,with slices one mm thick.The bone density of cancellous bone was assessed by the CT value expressed in Hounsfield units.The maximum,minimum,and mean CT values were calculated for the cancellous bone in the humeral head in each image.CT images were processed by computer with custom software (Xiphoid 1.3,Image J 1.4g and Image-Pro Plus 6.0).All the data were analyzed with SPSS16.0.Results We found 4 weak point.s at the cortical bone of proximal humerus,correspondent with the 4 clinic CT types of proximal humeral fracture.The cancellous bone was the densest in the medial humeral head.The mean cancellous bone content was significantly lower in group C than in group A and B( P ＜ 0.05).There was a significant difference between men and women in group A in the BMD of cancellous bone ( t =4.744,P =0.001 ).Conclusions The cancellous bone content in the humeral head is related with age and gender.Since there is more cancellous bone in the medial part than in other parts of the humeral head,it is a reliable part for humeral head fixation.

Objective To evaluate the performance of community health institutions of Pudong new district.Methods According to the criteria of the Ministry of Health of China,the performance evaluation system appropriate for local area was developed.A cross-sectional survey was conducted at 44 community health centers,and data was analyzed using descriptive statistics,correlation coefficients and multi-factor linear regression.Results The average score of total performance of these 44 community health centers was 78.53.The average scoring rate for institution management,public health service,basic medical care service,CTM service,and comprehensive satisfaction was 68.49％,89.09％,63.51％,87.80％,76.32％,respectively.Degree of informationization (0.477),regional location (0.331) and participating in medical consortia(-0.309)had significant impact on the total performance.Degree of informationization(0.302)and pilots for family doctors(0.301)had significant impact on the basic medical service performance.Conclusion There is a tremendous room for performance improvement for community health institutions in Pudong.Regional location and degree of informationization were the most crucial factors affecting the performance,irrelevant to institutional sizes.Proposals were raised for strengthening the construction of informationization,expanding pilots for family doctors,perfecting the mechanism of medical consortia.

OBJECTIVEIn order to adapt the rapid development of modern medicine, this paper is aimed to analyze the application of in vitro diagnostic reagents (IVD Reagents) in hospital management and improve the overall level of hospital management.

METHODSBy groping the management experience of IVD reagents, we discuss the internal hospital management mode of IVD reagents in reality.

RESULTSWith the continuous improvements on the information platform of IVD reagents,we can realize benefit analysis of IVD reagents within the process of management.

CONCLUSIONReasonable management on IVD reagentscan improve the working efficiency in hospitals and provide swifter and better medical service for patients.

Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of comprehensive treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) from the perspective of alleviating gastrointestinal symptoms and neuropsychiatric symptoms by using network pharmacology and molecular docking.Methods:To retrieve the TCMSP database to obtaine the main active ingredients and the targets of Sini Powder, and the target genes of IBS were screened out through GeneCards and TTD databases. Then use STRING database and Cytoscape software to construct protein interaction network and screen the core genes, verifying the molecular docking of the core targets-drug component based on CB-Dock online molecular docking tool. Finally, used DAVID and Metascape databases respectively to conduct GO and KEGG pathways analysis. Results:There were 112 active ingredients of Sini Powder and 204 effective targets, 2 805 IBS-related genes, and 152 targets in total, which mainly concerning IL-17 signaling pathway, VEGF signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway, dopaminergic synaptic pathway, serotonin synaptic pathway and calcium signaling pathway. Conclusion:Sini Powder could treat IBS by regulating neuroendocrine pathway, immune balance, improving mild intestinal inflammation and repairing intestinal barrier through multi-component, multi-path and multi-target ways.

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of local administration of thymosin β4 (Tβ4) on bone regeneration in a distraction osteogenesis model of rat fenur.Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into groups A,B and C in this study.A distraction osteogenesis model was established in the left femur after osteotomy.At the end of distraction period,the bone regeneration area in group A was subjected to no treatment,that in group B to injection of phosphate buffer saline (PBS),and that in group C to injection of Tβ4.On days 22,29 and 43 postoperatively,the rats from each group were randomly sacrificed and processed for observation of bone regeneration in the distraction osteogenesis area using radiography,Micro-CT,histology and immunohistochemical staining.RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of related genes as well.Results Radiography revealed that the bone regeneration in group C was superior to that in groups A and B on days 22,29 and 43 postoperatively.Micro-CT examination showed significantly increased bone volume (BV),bone mineral density (BMD) and ratio of bone volume to tissue volume (BV/TV) in group C on days 22,29 and 43 postoperatively,and significantly decreased ratio of bone surface area to bone volume on postoperative day 43 in comparison with groups A and B(P ＜ 0.05).HE staining indicated that local capillary density was significantly higher in group C than in groups A and B after local administration of Tβ4 in the distraction osteogenesis.Immunohistochemical staining showed that the capillary density and osteoblasts in group C were higher than in groups A and B.RT-PCR results revealed significantly higher expression of eNOS and Osterix mRNA in the local callus in group C on postoperative day 22 than in groups A and group B (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Local administration of thymosin β4 may promote bone formation,which is probably related to the increased expression of eNOS and Osterix.

Objective To assess and compare the advantages and disadvantages of five fields of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT),three fields of 3DCRT and the simulator-guided radiation therapy for patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods Twenty patients with esophageal carcinoma were treated by three dimensional conformal radiation therapy,at the same TPS,three Dimensional conformal radiation therapy target and normal tissue of three radiotherapies were simulated.The treatment planning was five days per week with 1.8～2.0 Gy per fraction。 5 fractions per week,5OGy per 5～6 weeks. Results Compared with simulator-guided radiation therapy,3DCRT planning has better dose distribution and protection of normal tissue. Conclusion Esophageal cancer conformal radiotherapy can reduce the radiation injury of the normal tissue and complications,and improve treatment of conformal radiotherapy and the target dose distribution.
