1.Lung Infection in Aged Patients with Gastrogavage at Home
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the cause and and prevention experience of lung infection in the aged patients with gastrogavage at home.METHODS Retrospective analysis of lung infection was proceeded in 108 aged patients with gastrogavage at home during three years.RESULTS Among 108 patients with gastrogavage at home 83 patients developed infection in which 69 patients developed lung infection. For the aged patients with gastrogavage at home, inspiration and increasing incidence of retrograde infection from stomach to pharynx and lower respiratory tract were the main causes in developing lung infection. Moreover the lower immunity status, catching cold, changing the stomach tube not on time were the related risk factors in developing lung infection.CONCLUSIONS Enhancing the prevention of respiratory tract infection, increasing the nutrition, changing the stomach tube in time and prevention education would effectively decrease the incidence of infection and enhance the rehabilitation.

3.Clinical application of chimeric antigen receptor T cells
Cancer Research and Clinic 2017;29(7):498-500
Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell shows its significant therapeutic effect in part of leukemia and lymphomas, which indicates that transgenic adoptive cellular immunotherapy may be one of the breakthroughs in treatment of solid tumors and blood diseases. The functional inhibition of CAR endogenous cells in the tumor microenvironment , molecular biology function of molecules, difficulties of CAR T cells in clinical application and the solutions , how to improve the clinical efficacy and to reduce toxic side effects for future cancer immunotherapy in clinic are reviewed in this paper.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
0.99).The IL-2 activity of control sample of our laboratory was determined according to recom-binant human IL-2 standard, the ability of IL-2 induced by rat and mouse spleen cells was compared, and the parameters of IL-2 induced by rat spleen cells were detected. The partially purified rat IL-2 was obtained through ammonium sulfate precipitation, gel filtration and chromatography.
5.Intervention of Medical Social Work into the Therapeutic Rehabilitation of Tumor
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
Medical social work is a new arising occupation that provides professional medical service for patients in hospitals and communities based on the development of new medical mode, playing critical role in the therapeutic rehabilitation of certain diseases.Tumor diseases, especially malignant tumors, are serious hazards to human life and health, thus require special medical treatment and therapeutic rehabilitation due to their specific characteristics. Therefore, intervention of medical social work is of irreplaceable significance in the therapeutic rehabilitation of tumor diseases, promoting the realization of rehabilitation, soothing physical pains, providing psychological support, lengthening life expansion, enhancing the living quality of tumor sufferers, and assisting them better to regress to normal social life.
6.MicroRNA and anticancer drug resistance
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(4):283-287
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a small noncoding family of 22 ut RNAs that play an important role in the negative regulation of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by base pairing to the 3'untranslated region of target messenger RNAs.miRNAs are involved in a variety of basic processes, such as cell proliferation and apoptosis, metabolism and signaling pathways.A lot of studies have indeed described the aberrant expression of miRNAs in human tumors and have investigated their potential role as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes, depending on the targets they regulate.Furthermore, more and more studies have demonstrated that an important role of miRNAs in anticancer drug resistance and miRNA expression profiling can correlate with the development of anticancer drug resistance.A systematic and intensive study on the mechanisms of miRNA in anticancer drug resistance will provide us a strong rationale for the development of miRNA-based therapeutic strategies aiming to overcome cancer cell resistance. This paper has reviewed the recent development of miRNAs involved in anticancer drug resistance.

Internet Addiction has become an International problem, especially in China. At the present time, such researches are mainly written in psychological area.Opinions in these researches vary, even conflict with one another. Therefore, only grasping the basic features of the college students' Internet Addiction, can we prevent the college students from Internet Addiction and intervene in it with a clear aim.
8.Epilepsy and sleep disorders
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2016;39(6):388-392
Epilepsy is one of the nervous system diseases, which is correlated with multiple pathogenic factors and caused by repeated discharge of neurons.Currently, there are more than 50 million people worldwide suffering from epilepsy with an average annual increase of 100 000 cases. The prevalence rate of sleep disorders in epilepsy patients is high,by up to two times than that of healthy subjects.Common sleep disorders in epilepsy patients include insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome and parasomnias. The characteristics of sleep abnormalities have differences with the epilepsy syndromes. The relationship between epilepsy and sleep is complex and interactive. The mechanism of combined sleep disorders in epilepsy patients is still unclear. In this paper, the relationship between epilepsy and sleep disorders in epilepsy patients was summarized, which involves multiple aspects such as the possible mechanism of combined sleep disorders, the common features of sleep disorders, the possible mechanism of sleep abnormalities in different epilepsy syndromes and the characteristics of sleep structure, the effect of antiepileptic drugs on sleep architecture abnormalities and its role in combined sleep disorders.
9.Detection of Meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus by Real-time PCR
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of real-time PCR for detection of mecA gene in meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).METHODS The experiment conditions including Mg2+ concentrations, primers concentrations and probe concentrations were optimized for real-time PCR in the light of factorial design principle.Totally 109 strains of S.aureus were collected and detected respectively in oxacillin disk diffusion method and real-time PCR and MRSA detection rate in the two methods were compared and analyzed.RESULTS Thirty seven MRSA isolates were detected by real-time PCR from the 109 S.aureus strains. The MRSA isolating rate by real-time PCR was conspicuously higher than oxacillin disk diffusion method,by which 27 MRSA isolates were detected.CONCLUSIONS The technology of real-time PCR to rapid identification of MRSA is superior to common PCR and it can make up the deficiency of detecting borderline-resistant strains in oxacillin disk diffusion method.
10.Nosocomial Infection among 656 Acute Cerebral Vascular Accident Cases
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the nosocomial infection circumstance in the acute cerebral vascular accident(CVA) in recently two years, and explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection,so that can obtain the methods of controlling the infection.METHODS An restrospective analysis of nosocomial infection circumstance had been accomplished among 656 acute CVA cases from our department ward from Jul 2004 to Jun 2006.RESULTS It was showed cases with nosocomial infection were found among 656 cases. The nosocomial infection rate was 32.67% among inpatients of acute CVA.Nosocomial infection mostly took place within the first 2 weeks after patients hospitalized.Among inpatients with nosocomial infection, the lower respiratory tract infection was the highest(59.15%),the second one was the urinary tract(16.90%).Pathogenic bacteria were mostly the conditional ones.Nosocomial infection was closely related with such factors as the invasive operation, disorder of consciousness, diabetes, age, chronic bronchitis, antibiotic prophylaxis, hospitalization days, and plasma total protein.CONCLUSIONS Nosocomial infection is still a high frequent complication in acute CVA and those related factors should be paid attenion. It is the most important step for the effective control of nosocomial infection and rehabilitation of acute CVA.
