Objective To examine the expression of cell cycle regulatory protiens in renal tubulointerstitial cells of human glomerulonephritis. Methods Immunohisochemieal studies were performed on 19 specimen from renal biopsy to detect cyclin Dl, cyclin A, p21 and proliferating nuclear antigen (PCNA) . Results Cyclin Dl, cyclin A and p21 were positive in some of tubulointerstitial cells, and showed significant correlations with positive PCNA cells. The numbers of tubular positive cells in both groupsofⅠand Ⅱ degree of histopathological change were more than those of other groups. The numbers of interstitialpositive cells showed significant correlations with the degree of tubulointerstitial histopathological change and the value of urine NAG. Conclusion Cell cycle regulatory proteins regulate the proliferation of tubular and interstitial cells, and correlate with the interstitial fibrosis.

Objective To analyze the CT findings of heterotopic pancreas and the correlation with pathologic changes. Methods CT findings in 1 9 patients with heterotopic pancreas proven by surgery were reviewed retrospectively,14 of whom were scanned with enhanced CT.The correlation of CT findings and pathologic results were also analyzed. Results All patients had a single lesion with sized range from 0.8 to 4.7 cm and mean diameter of (2.2±0.6)cm.All lesions with homogeneous density were showed on plain scans including 7 lesions in stomach,8 in duodenum,2 in jejunum,1 in ileum and 1 beside the cardiac lymph nodes. The border of the lesions in 5 was unclear with exudative changes, mimicking acute pancreatitis.A sign of central umbilical concave was found in 2.Pathological results confirmed 14 lesions in submucosa,3 in muscular layer,1 in serosal layer and 1 in abdominal cavity.Hetero-topic pancreas presented early obvious enhancement in 9,mimicking normal pancreas, which was composed chiefly of pancreatic aci-ni.The enhanced degree of 4 lesions was lower than normal pancreas, which were composed of pancreas ductal epithelium and few pancreatic acini. No significantly enhancement was seen in 1,mimicing liomyoma, which was composed chiefly of pancreas ductal epithelium and smooth muscle hyperplasia. Conclusion Heterotopic pancreas in most cases presents characteristic submucosal disea-ses-like pattern, and different enhanced patterns of heterotopic pancreas are related with the pathologic changes.

Objective To set up a simple and accurate method for the determination of saikosaponins in Bupleurum chinense DC. by UV-Visible Spectrophotometry. Methods The content of saikosaponins was determined by UV-Visible Spectrophotometry. The absorbency was measured at 536nm. Results The calibration curves was linear within 194~1940mg/L(r=0.9996). The average recovery was 97.35%,and the RSD was 1.02%(n=9). Conclusion The method was proved to be simple, precise and reproduciable. It can be used for the quantitative determination of B upleurum chinense DC.

Objective To set up a simple and accurate method for the determination of total Glucosides in Paeonia lactifloria (TGP) by HPLC.Methods Benzoic acid being as contiol, the amounts of TGP were obtained from the following formula :TGP( ) = benzoic acid() ?480. 27/ 121. 121. Benzoic acid was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions concluded YMC-Pack ODS-A(5?m,150?4.6mm)column and the mobile phase consisting a mixture of MeOH - 0.05mol?L - 1KH2PO4 - HAC - isopropanol (85:155:4:6). Benzoic acid was detected at 230nm wavelength. Results The calibration curves of Benzoic acid were in good linearity over the range of 0.1~2g(r=1.0000). The average recovery of Benzoic acid was 101.12(n=9,RSD=2.49). Conclusion This method is simple and can be easily repeated.

Objective To determin the amino acids in silkworm extract by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Precolumn Derivatization. Methods With the technology of precolumn derivatization, along with high performance liquid DABS-CL and a high-efficiency YMC-Pack ODS-A column(250?4.6mm, 5 ?m), with mobile phase being A:25mol/L KH2PO4 and B: acetonitrile : methyl alcohol =70:30, at flow rate of 1.5 ml/min, peaks were detected at 436nm and column temperature being 35℃.Results All kinds of amino acids have a nice linear relations (r=0.9989~0.9999), precision (RSD

Objective To explore the application value of deep learning image reconstruction(DLIR)combined with Smart metal artifact reduction(Smart MAR)algorithm in maxillofacial CT images. Methods A total of 34 patients with maxillofacial lesions affected by oral metal implants who underwent maxillofacial enhanced CT scans were included. The images of four groups in venous phase were reconstructed with 50%adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASIR-V)(IR group),50%ASIR-V combined with Smart MAR(IR+S group),DLIR(at medium strength)combined with Smart MAR(D-M+S group)and DLIR(at high strength)combined with Smart MAR(D-H+S group)respectively. The artifact index(AI)was worked out by measuring the standard deviation(SD)of CT values in maxillofacial lesions and longhead muscle. The subjective scores of overall image quality, lesion conspicuity and diagnostic confidence were assessed. The image quality of different algorithms was compared. Results Compared with IR+S group, the AI value of IR group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the noise had no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with IR+S group, the AI value and noise of D-M+S group and D-H+S group both were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the AI value of D-M+S group and D-H+S group reduced by 13.70%and 19.06%respectively,the noise reduced by 16.37%and 30.78%respectively.The subjective scores of overall image quality, lesion conspicuity and diagnostic confidence in IR+S group were significantly lower than those in D-M+S group and D-H+S group, but significantly higher than those in IR group(P<0.05).There were 6 patients'(17.64%)lesions were detected only in the groups with Smart MAR algorithm, while 9 patients(26.47%)had introduced new artifacts in the tongue with Smart MAR algorithm. Conclusion DLIR combined with Smart MAR can improve the CT image quality of maxillofacial region, enhance the conspicuity and diagnosis confidence of maxillofacial lesions in patients with oral metal implants.Smart MAR algorithm may produce new artifacts that need to be analyzed along with the images not added Smart MAR algorithm.

were no significant differences in the detection rate of recto-sigmoid colon, mid colon, right colon and total detection of polyps among the 3 groups (P >0.05).Conclusion 4-L split-dose PEG is better than the oth-er 2 regimens in the colon cleansing quality,so it can better reach the intestinal cleaning standards before enteroscopy, which is a more suitable regimen for bowel preparation.
