Objective To investigate the prognostic impact of carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1) and CD34 on invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods CEACAM1 and CD34 expressions were detected by immunhistochemistry in 90 cases of gastric cancer and 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Then the relationship among CEACAM1, MVD marked by CD34 antibody and gastric cancer patients` clinical pathological features and prognosis were analyzed. Results The positive rates of CEACAM1 and CD34 protein in gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in normal gastric mucosa (P<0.05).The positive rate of CEACAM1 was closely related to histological differentiation, tumor invasion, nodal metastasis and TNM stage.MVD marked by CD34 was related with tumor size, histological differentiation, tumor invasion, nodal metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusions In gastric cancer, CEACAM1 and CD34 promote its invasion and metastasis, and they are potential indicators of predicting development and prognosis.

ObjectiveTo identify mutations ofGATA4 andGATA6 genes in children with isolated congenital atrial septal defect (ASD).Methods From November 2012 to November 2013, 101 patients with ASD (99 unrelated patients and one twin) who were submitted to catheter-based intervention and 100 ethnicity-matched children without congenital heart disease, blood disorders and chromosomal abnormalities were enrolled. The blood was collected. The coding regions and lfanking regions of theGATA4 andGATA6 genes were ampliifed by polymerase chain reaction and sequenced using the dideoxvnucleotide chain termination technique, and then compared with the normal sequence in the Genbank. Results Two novel heterozygous missense GATA6mutations, c. G145A and c. G151A, were identiifed in 2 unrelated ASD patients, which were not present in the controls. These two mutations predicted the conversion of glycine into serine at amino acid residue 49 (G49S) and glutamate into lysine at amino acid residue 52 (K52E). A heterozygous missenseGATA6 mutation c.43 G>C, which caused a conversion from glycine to arginine, was found in 9 ASD patients and 7 controls. A single nucleotide polymorphism c.99G>T, which did not cause amino acid conversion inGATA4 gene, was found.ConclusionsGATA6 gene is an important transcription factor in heart development. The mutation ofGATA6 gene may cause the change of its transcriptional activity, and lead to ASD.

GATA6 transcription factor belongs to the GATA family and contains 2 conserved zinc ifnger DNA binding domains. GATA6 not only presents in embryonic tissues but also found in heart, lung and pancreas and is essential for the maintenance of their function. The present review focuses on the critical roles of GATA6 in heart development and atrial septal defect to provide theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of atrial septal defect.

Objective:
To evaluate the clinical effect and summarize the experience of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) for children suffered from premature ventricular contractions (PVCs).
Methods:
This retrospective study was conducted by descriptive analysis. A total of 108 cases with frequent PVCs from Shanghai Children's Medical Center were treated with RFCA under the guidance of CARTO3 system from January 2011 to December 2016. The immediate success rate of the procedure, the recurrence rate and the perioperative complications were summarized. The constituent ratio of different PVCs origins, the trend of overall procedure time and success rate in recent years were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed using

In the field of dental aesthetics, digital aesthetic design plays a crucial role in helping dentists to predict treatment outcomes vis-ually,as well as in enhancing the consistency of knowledge and understanding of aesthetic goals between dentists and patients. It serves as the foundation for achieving ideal aesthetic effects. However, there is no clear standard for this digital process currently in China and abroad. Many dentists lack of systematic understanding of how to carry out digital aesthetic design for treatment. To establish standardized processes for dental aesthetic design and to improve the homogeneity of treatment outcomes,Chinese Society of Digital Dental Industry(CSD-DI)convened domestic experts in related field to compile this consensus. This article elaborates on the key aspects of digital aesthetic data collection, integration steps, and the digital aesthetic design process. It also formulates a decision tree for dental aesthetics at macro level and outlines corresponding workflows for various clinical scenarios, serving as a reference for clinicians.

Objective:
To quantitatively evaluate the adaptation of polylactic acid (PLA) pattern of mandibular complete denture fabricated by fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology.
Methods:
A mandibular complete denture digital model was designed through a complete denture design software based on a pair of standard maxillomandibular edentulous plaster model and their occlusion bases. Ten PLA mandibular complete dentures were printed with a FDM machine. The dentures were scanned with and without the plaster model using a three-dimensional (3D) scanner. In Geomagic software, the scanning data of printed dentures were registered to its computer aided design (CAD) data, and the printing error was analyzed using the multipoint registration command. For quantitatively evaluating the adaptation of the denture, the data of plaster model and PLA denture were registered to the whole data of denture located in the plaster model using the best-fit alignment command, the 3D deviation of the plaster model and tissue surface of the denture represent the space between them. The overall area was separated into three parts: primary stress-bearing area, secondary stress-bearing area and border seal area, and the average deviations of these three parts were measured. The values were analyzed using analysis of variance.
Results:
Compared with the CAD data, the printing error was (0.013±0.004) mm. The overall 3D deviation between PLA denture and plaster model was (0.164±0.033) mm, in which the primary stress-bearing area was (0.165± 0.045) mm, the secondary stress-bearing area was (0.153 ± 0.027) mm, the border seal area was (0.186 ± 0.043) mm. These showed a good fit in the majority parts of the FDM denture to the plaster model. No statistically significant difference was observed between the three areas (
