Objective To study the relationship between the functional gastrointestinal disease of children and food allergies,and recent prognosis.Methods 108 children with functional gastrointestinal disease were selected as the observation group,at the same time 36 healthy cases were selected as control group.ELISA was used to detect IgG antibody concentration and total IgE level in ten kinds of allergy food.The different methods were used to guide the patients' diet,the improved quality were oberseved in the two groups after 3 ～6 months.Results In the observation group 108 cases of children with functional gastrointestinal disease,1 ～ 10 kinds of inequality of food allergen specific IgG children have increased in 90 cases,accounting for 83.3％,whereas the control group had 9 cases,only accounting for 25.0％ (x2 =20.87,P ＜ 0.05).In the observation group,the foods with highest sensitivity were milk,egg white/yellow,respectively for 84 patients (77.8％) and 60 cases (55.6％).Serum total IgE level between the observation group and control group had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).17 cases (15.7％) within one month,the symptoms were improved,13 cases (12.1％) in three months,the symptoms were improved,the symptoms of 21 cases (19.4％) were not improved after 3 months.The total effective rate was 80.6％.Conclusions Children with functional gastrointestinal decease is easily to occur allergy caused by different food,and IgG antibody level can correctly reflect the relationship between them,reasonable diet can improve the symptoms of functional gastrointestinal disease.

Objective To explore the incidence of G-6-PD deficiency in Dongguan District,Dongguan,Guangdong province. Methods Cord blood was obtained in 9676 cases of live births. G6PD/6PGD ratio was measured. Results Two hundred and sixty-five cases were diagnosed as G-6-PD deficiency giving an incidence of 2.74%. The incidence in male (4.07%,230/5646) was significantly higher than that in female (0.875,35/4030) ( P

30ml) undergoing minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma in our department were analyzed retrospectively.The chants of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 in hematoma fluid were observed continuously.The content of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 was determined by radioimmunassay.Results IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 were observed at 6～12h after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and showed different changes in acute stage.Conclusion Inflammatory cytokines are involved in the pathological process of cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective To explore the common clinical features and mechanism of HenochSchonlein purpura (HSP) in children,and provide evidence and guidance for clinical diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of HSP.Methods Prospective study.Totally 1 232 HSP children blood samples were collected during January 2010 to December 2013 in the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,and the levels of immunoglobulin,complement,T lymphocyte subsets and CRP were detected in the acute phase of HSP.The clinical data were analyzed with these indexes to explore the function of cellular and/or humoral immunity in the pathogenesis of HSP.In addition,this study detected serum IgA levels in 200 cases of sepsis rash,200 cases of urticarial and 200 cases of thrombocytopenic purpura patients and 400 cases of healthy children over the same period to our hospital respectively,in order to find out whether IgA is capable of differentiating allergic purpura rash from other similar skin rashes.Results Compared with healthy children,the IgA level was significantly higher [IgA:2.0 (0.6-7.5) g/L vs 1.1(0.6-2.1) g/L,Z =5.928,P =0.03].When IgA ＞ 1.44 g/L,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity to differentiate allergic purpura patients from sepsis patients were 77.43 ％ (954/1 232) and 80.00％ (160/200),respectively.When IgA ＞ 1.53 g/L,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity to distinguish from allergic purpura with urticaria patients were 72.57％ (894/1 232) and 74.51％ (149/200).When IgA ＞0.91 g/L,it had a 95.14％ sensitivity (1 172/1 232) and a 79.45％ specificity (159/200) for the differential diagnosis of allergic purpura and thrombocytopenic purpura patients.When IgA ＞ 1.33 g/L,the sensitivity of distinguishing allergic purpura patients from healthy children was 81.25％ (1 001/1 232),while the specificity was 95.00％ (380/400).Conclusions HSP children show cellular immune dysfunction.Th1/Th2 imbalance and over-activation of Th2 cells result in the increased synthesis and release of immune globulin,causing abnormalities in humoral immune.An increase in serum IgA level of HSP patients can differentiate HSP from other similar rashes.

Objective To evaluate the human left ventricular flow field structure by vector flow mapping (VFM),and to seek the formation rules and description parameters of swirl vortex in the human left ventricular.Methods Sixty heathy adults were involved.The velocity distribution images on the section plane of the flow in the left ventricular were obtained bv VFM,and series parameters of vortex including vortex diameter(transverse and vertical diameter),vortex position(transverse and longitudinal position),vortex maximum flow velocity (Vmax)and density number of vortex ring(N)were measured with the software named DSA-RS1.Results A pair of similar vortex showed by VFM in the left ventricle of the heart during the early and late diastole period which were formed by a strong jet flow through the mitral valve were small vortex,and Vmax and N in former were bigger than that in latter(P＜0.05),while a bigger vortex ring continued during the middle diastolic and isovolumic contraction period with a trailing jet in the left ventricle were large whirlpool,and Vmax and N in former were bigger than that in latter(P＜0.05).Conclusions Changes of the intraventricular blood flow field structure can be showed by VFM,and description parameters of vortex concluded from the study can reflect the changes,which can be used as a preliminary quantitative study of the complex flow field structure in heart chamber.

Objective To discuss the worthiness of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in researching normal fetal heart ventricle growth and systolic function. Methods End-systolic volume(EDV),end-diastolic volume(ESV), struggle volume(SV) and ejection fraction(EF) of 54 normal fetal were acquired from 3-D data by Qlab software. The relation between ventricular growth with pregnant week was analysed and the difference of the volume and systolic function between left ventricle with right ventricle were compared. Results Ventricular volume of normal fetal heart (EDV,ESV,SV) were all increased with the gestational ages,there was linear relativity between them,while EF was not increased with pregnant weeks,there was no linear relativity between them. There was no statistics difference on EDV and ESV between left ventricle and right ventricle, while there was statistics difference on SV, EF between them. Conclusions The image of fetal endocarium could be derived clearly by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, which help to get fetal heart ventricular volume and to study fetal heart growth and function.

Objective To explore whether the use of spatiotemporal image correlation (STIC) can supply additional information with respect to conventional fetal echocardiography in the prenatal diagnosis of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection(TAPVC).Methods Twenty-five cases diagnosed as TAPVC received fetal echocardiography examination.Four-dimensional volumes from 19 cases of suspected TAPVC were compared to conventional echocardiography.Echocardiographic characteristics were compared with the results of postnatal work-up and pathology.Results TAPVC was found in 25 cases by fetal echocardiography,four cases were isolated TAPVC,21 TAPVC had associated cardiac anomalies.Among them,nine cases were supracardiac types,six cases were infracardiac types,nine cases were intracardiac types and one was indefinite.Three true positivecases of TAPVC were confirmed after birth.Twenty-two choose to terminate pregnancy,9 of which refused to autopsy,and 10 true positive cases of TAPVC were confirmed at autopsy while 3 were considered false-positive cases.4D ultrasound with STIC clearly visualized the anomalous PV confluence and/or the draining vertical vein in all nineteen cases examined.Conclusions STIC may be proposed to identify abnormal venous drainage at the screening level,thus supplying additional information over that provided by 2D fetal echocardiography.

Objective To retrospectively analyzed the echocardiographic characteristics of ventricular diverticula in fetuses ,children and adults ,and discuss the main points of diagnoses and prognoses of ventricular diverticula . Methods Echocardiographic characteristics ,clinical data and intraoperative findings of ventricular diverticula of 8 fetuses ,3 children and 14 adults were summarized . Results The ventricular diverticula in 8 fetuses and 3 children were all single . Twenty five diverticula were found in the 14 adult patients ;in other words ,there were 3 multiple diverticula found in adult group . A statistical difference was found in ratio of diverticula area and corresponding ventricular area ( P = 0 .021 ) ,and corresponding ventricular fractional shortening ( P =0 .003) between fetal and single adult ventricular diverticula . There were 2 cases with ventricular septal defects ,1 with pericardial effusion ,1 with single umbilical artery ,and 2 with atrioventricular valvular regurgitation in fetal cases . Congenital complex cardiac disease and dextrocardia were found in 1 child . There were 1 case with supravalvular aortic stenosis , 1 with nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ,1 with left ventricular noncompaction ,and 1 with mitral reguigitation in adult group . All the 7 diverticula with ventricular arrhythmias ,ST‐T changes and abnormal Q wave were fibrous type . And 2 multiple diverticula were accompanied with ventricular dysfunction . Among the fetal cases ,2 cases were born ,3 cases were terminated pregnancy ,and 3 cases were lost to follow up . Three children and 2 adults were underwent cardiac operations for diverticula with good outcomes . No such complications as cardiac rupture ,thromboembolism ,and sudden death were found . Conclusions Echocardiography is a useful method to diagnose ventricular diverticulum ,especially for fetuses ,and provide the basis for prognosis consultation .

Objective To preliminaryly explore the effect and adverse reaction of Marine Injection combined therapy through local spray in benign tracheobronchial stenosis.Methods 19 cases of bronchial tuberculosis were collected in our department.By assessing cough,shortness of breath and other symptoms,chest high -resolution CT (HRCT)of three -dimensional reconstruction,and length were observed by ultrafine bronchial stenosis.According to the pathogeny and types of stenosis,combined multiple intervention were sequentially adopted,and then Marine Injec-tion was sprayed through one -off endoscopic spray tube.All the subjects were divided into the two groups,the higher concentration Marine injection (1 200 mg/mL)group was chosen with the condition of serious inflammation,edema, ulcer and necrosis,obvious local granulation tissue hyperplasia,severe scar stenosis,and the length of stenosis greater than 2 cm or the sectional area of stenosis less than 50% of the normal sectional area,otherwise the low concentration (600 mg/mL)group was chosen.The subjects were reexamined by clinical symptoms,high -resolution CT (HRCT) of three -dimensional reconstruction,and ultrafine bronchoscopy a week after the surgery to dynamically observe the local changes.Depending on the situation,the injection was sprayed once a week,adding up to 2 -4 times.Follow -up visit lasted for 3 months,cough,expectoration or hemoptysis,and dyspnea were observed.Results 11 cases were effective fully,17 cases were effective substantially,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80% (28 /35).The overall complication rate was 42.8% (15 /35),no deaths occurred.No complications related to local spra-ying of Marine were seen.Conclusion Local spray of Marine Injection may have preferable effect that inhibits scar formationand prevention airway restenosis.It is worth further study with a high security,precise clinic effect,easy oper-ation and etc.

Objective To investigate the changes and correlation of mitral valve coaptation length index CLI and coaptation area index CAI after mitral valvuloplasty MVP Methods A total of 30 subjects undergoing MVP for mitral regurgitation MR were studied Coaptation length CL CLI coaptation area CA and CAI were determined before and after surgery by 2-dimensional transoesophageal echocardiography 2D-TEE and 3-dimensional transoesophageal echocardiography 3D-TEE Results Compared with preoperative measurements CL CLI CA and CAI were significantly increased in postoperative studies CL 4 7±0 7 mm vs 9 4± 1 1 mm CLI 9 1 ±3 3 vs 38 5 ±4 1 CA 148 9 ± 65 3 mm 2 vs 371 9 ± 144 3 mm 2 CAI 9 3 ±3 1 vs 35 9 ± 7 5 all P < 0 05 CLI was significantly correlated with CAI both preoperatively r = 0 770 P < 0 01 and postoperatively r = 0 771 P <0 01 Furthermore CLI and CAI were significantly negative correlated with the degree of MR r =-0 897 P <0 01 r =-0 886 P <0 01 Conclusions Coaptation variables increased significantly in subjects after MVP CLI by 2D-TEE was related to CAI by 3D-TEE and both were useful for the assessment of mitral valve coaptation But CLI by 2D-TEE was more simple and feasible in clinic.
