30ml) undergoing minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma in our department were analyzed retrospectively.The chants of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 in hematoma fluid were observed continuously.The content of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 was determined by radioimmunassay.Results IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 were observed at 6~12h after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and showed different changes in acute stage.Conclusion Inflammatory cytokines are involved in the pathological process of cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective To explore the incidence of G-6-PD deficiency in Dongguan District,Dongguan,Guangdong province. Methods Cord blood was obtained in 9676 cases of live births. G6PD/6PGD ratio was measured. Results Two hundred and sixty-five cases were diagnosed as G-6-PD deficiency giving an incidence of 2.74%. 3.Study on the relationship between children's functional gastrointestinal disease and food allergy

Objective To study the relationship between the functional gastrointestinal disease of children and food allergies,and recent prognosis.Methods 108 children with functional gastrointestinal disease were selected as the observation group,at the same time 36 healthy cases were selected as control group.ELISA was used to detect IgG antibody concentration and total IgE level in ten kinds of allergy food.The different methods were used to guide the patients' diet,the improved quality were oberseved in the two groups after 3 ~6 months.Results In the observation group 108 cases of children with functional gastrointestinal disease,1 ~ 10 kinds of inequality of food allergen specific IgG children have increased in 90 cases,accounting for 83.3%,whereas the control group had 9 cases,only accounting for 25.0% (x2 =20.87,P < 0.05).In the observation group,the foods with highest sensitivity were milk,egg white/yellow,respectively for 84 patients (77.8%) and 60 cases (55.6%).Serum total IgE level between the observation group and control group had no significant difference (P > 0.05).17 cases (15.7%) within one month,the symptoms were improved,13 cases (12.1%) in three months,the symptoms were improved,the symptoms of 21 cases (19.4%) were not improved after 3 months.The total effective rate was 80.6%.Conclusions Children with functional gastrointestinal decease is easily to occur allergy caused by different food,and IgG antibody level can correctly reflect the relationship between them,reasonable diet can improve the symptoms of functional gastrointestinal disease.
4.The laboratory differential diagnosis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura

Objective To explore the common clinical features and mechanism of HenochSchonlein purpura (HSP) in children,and provide evidence and guidance for clinical diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of HSP.Methods Prospective study.Totally 1 232 HSP children blood samples were collected during January 2010 to December 2013 in the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,and the levels of immunoglobulin,complement,T lymphocyte subsets and CRP were detected in the acute phase of HSP.The clinical data were analyzed with these indexes to explore the function of cellular and/or humoral immunity in the pathogenesis of HSP.In addition,this study detected serum IgA levels in 200 cases of sepsis rash,200 cases of urticarial and 200 cases of thrombocytopenic purpura patients and 400 cases of healthy children over the same period to our hospital respectively,in order to find out whether IgA is capable of differentiating allergic purpura rash from other similar skin rashes.Results Compared with healthy children,the IgA level was significantly higher [IgA:2.0 (0.6-7.5) g/L vs 1.1(0.6-2.1) g/L,Z =5.928,P =0.03].When IgA > 1.44 g/L,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity to differentiate allergic purpura patients from sepsis patients were 77.43 % (954/1 232) and 80.00% (160/200),respectively.When IgA > 1.53 g/L,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity to distinguish from allergic purpura with urticaria patients were 72.57% (894/1 232) and 74.51% (149/200).When IgA >0.91 g/L,it had a 95.14% sensitivity (1 172/1 232) and a 79.45% specificity (159/200) for the differential diagnosis of allergic purpura and thrombocytopenic purpura patients.When IgA > 1.33 g/L,the sensitivity of distinguishing allergic purpura patients from healthy children was 81.25% (1 001/1 232),while the specificity was 95.00% (380/400).Conclusions HSP children show cellular immune dysfunction.Th1/Th2 imbalance and over-activation of Th2 cells result in the increased synthesis and release of immune globulin,causing abnormalities in humoral immune.An increase in serum IgA level of HSP patients can differentiate HSP from other similar rashes.
5.Evaluation of vortex of left ventricular by noninvasive vector flow mapping with Doppler echocardiography

Objective To evaluate the human left ventricular flow field structure by vector flow mapping (VFM),and to seek the formation rules and description parameters of swirl vortex in the human left ventricular.Methods Sixty heathy adults were involved.The velocity distribution images on the section plane of the flow in the left ventricular were obtained bv VFM,and series parameters of vortex including vortex diameter(transverse and vertical diameter),vortex position(transverse and longitudinal position),vortex maximum flow velocity (Vmax)and density number of vortex ring(N)were measured with the software named DSA-RS1.Results A pair of similar vortex showed by VFM in the left ventricle of the heart during the early and late diastole period which were formed by a strong jet flow through the mitral valve were small vortex,and Vmax and N in former were bigger than that in latter(P<0.05),while a bigger vortex ring continued during the middle diastolic and isovolumic contraction period with a trailing jet in the left ventricle were large whirlpool,and Vmax and N in former were bigger than that in latter(P<0.05).Conclusions Changes of the intraventricular blood flow field structure can be showed by VFM,and description parameters of vortex concluded from the study can reflect the changes,which can be used as a preliminary quantitative study of the complex flow field structure in heart chamber.
6.Safety of interventional of high pressure balloon expansion catheter applicated in benign and malignant airway stenosis lesions treatment

Objective To explore the security and its influencing factors on benign airway stenosis treated with interventional of high pressure balloon expansion catheter.Methods Clinial data of 39 cases of inpatients suffered from benign airway stenosis were chosen.17 cases were male,and 22 cases were female.The ages of them ranged from 15 to 83 years old.According to the clinical symptoms,HRCT 3D reconstruction,and the results of bron-choscope,all patients were treated with balloon expansion catheter at different criterions.The balloon catheter with size that slightly smaller than the targeted normal bronchial tube was chosen,expansion for average 1 -4 times,single balloon expansion time ranged from 0.5 to 4 min,the pressures were kept at 3 -6 atmosphere,and the highest pres-sure did not exceed 8 atmospheric pressure.The efficacy and complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results 19 cases were completely effective,14 cases were basically effective,6 cases were completely ineffective,and the total effective rate was 84.6% (33 /39 ),the incidence of complications was 35.8% (14 /39 ),moreover,no deaths occurred.Conclusion High pressure balloon catheter expansion is one of commonly used technology in breathing interventional treatment;it has the characteristics of easy operation,and immediate curative effect,and so on.But if the improper operation,incorrect selection of the case,or inaccurate evaluation of the stenosis during operation,serious complications and unnecessary iatrogenic injury can be occurred.Therefore,it is worthy of attention and further summarizing by breathing interventional physicians.

Objective To evaluate the prevention of glucocorticoid -induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH)with Tongluo Shenggu Capsule(TSC).Methods One hundred and twenty adult SD rats were randomized into six groups:normal control group,model group,clofibratum group and three -dose TSC groups(high -,moderate -and low -dose respectively).ANFH rat models were established by injection of glucocorticoid once per week and the med-ication groups were given drugs by ga stric infusion one time a day.The rats were killed in the fourth,eighth and twelfth week respectively.Then the macrosc opic and microscopic feature of the f emoral head were observed,and ink -p erfused specimens of the femoral head were detected and analyzed by auto -photograph software of Metamoph to evaluate the pre-ventive effect of TSC.Results In TSC groups,bone trabecula grew we ll,similar to the normal group;lacu nar bone per-centage was lower than that in the mod el group;fatty degeneration in marrow cavity of the femoral head was redu ced,andthe number of subcartilaginous bloo d vessels and their diameter were increased as compared with those in the model group(P
8.Relationship between echogenic intracardiac focus and fetal heart defects

Objective To explore the relationship between echogenic intracardiac focus (EIF) and fetal heart defects.Methods Retrospective study of fetuses with EIF were performed at our fetal cardiac service centers from August 2010 to October 2015.Fetuses were grouped by EIF locations (left ventricle,right ventricle and biventricle).The risk of heart defect in different groups were analyzed.Results A total of 2 204 fetuses were enrolled in our study.Of them,2 083 EIF were located in the left ventricle,while 83 were bilateral and 38 were right-sided.There were 98 of 2 083 fetuses(4.7%) with heart defects in left-sided group,1 of 83 fetuses (1.2%) in bilateral group,and 5 of 38 fetuses(13.2%) in right-sided group.Fetuses with right-sided EIF had significantly more heart defects compared with the other two groups(P <0.05).Conclusions A right-sided EIF may carry a higher risk of cardiac anomalies than a left-sided or bilateral EIF.Women carrying fetuses with right-sided EIF should be offered fetal echocardiography in the second trimester.
9.A applicational analysis about the effect of Marine Injection on combined therapy of benign tracheobronchial stenosis

Objective To preliminaryly explore the effect and adverse reaction of Marine Injection combined therapy through local spray in benign tracheobronchial stenosis.Methods 19 cases of bronchial tuberculosis were collected in our department.By assessing cough,shortness of breath and other symptoms,chest high -resolution CT (HRCT)of three -dimensional reconstruction,and length were observed by ultrafine bronchial stenosis.According to the pathogeny and types of stenosis,combined multiple intervention were sequentially adopted,and then Marine Injec-tion was sprayed through one -off endoscopic spray tube.All the subjects were divided into the two groups,the higher concentration Marine injection (1 200 mg/mL)group was chosen with the condition of serious inflammation,edema, ulcer and necrosis,obvious local granulation tissue hyperplasia,severe scar stenosis,and the length of stenosis greater than 2 cm or the sectional area of stenosis less than 50% of the normal sectional area,otherwise the low concentration (600 mg/mL)group was chosen.The subjects were reexamined by clinical symptoms,high -resolution CT (HRCT) of three -dimensional reconstruction,and ultrafine bronchoscopy a week after the surgery to dynamically observe the local changes.Depending on the situation,the injection was sprayed once a week,adding up to 2 -4 times.Follow -up visit lasted for 3 months,cough,expectoration or hemoptysis,and dyspnea were observed.Results 11 cases were effective fully,17 cases were effective substantially,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80% (28 /35).The overall complication rate was 42.8% (15 /35),no deaths occurred.No complications related to local spra-ying of Marine were seen.Conclusion Local spray of Marine Injection may have preferable effect that inhibits scar formationand prevention airway restenosis.It is worth further study with a high security,precise clinic effect,easy oper-ation and etc.
10.Analysis of the echocardiographic characteristics of ventricular diverticula

Objective To retrospectively analyzed the echocardiographic characteristics of ventricular diverticula in fetuses ,children and adults ,and discuss the main points of diagnoses and prognoses of ventricular diverticula . Methods Echocardiographic characteristics ,clinical data and intraoperative findings of ventricular diverticula of 8 fetuses ,3 children and 14 adults were summarized . Results The ventricular diverticula in 8 fetuses and 3 children were all single . Twenty five diverticula were found in the 14 adult patients ;in other words ,there were 3 multiple diverticula found in adult group . A statistical difference was found in ratio of diverticula area and corresponding ventricular area ( P = 0 .021 ) ,and corresponding ventricular fractional shortening ( P =0 .003) between fetal and single adult ventricular diverticula . There were 2 cases with ventricular septal defects ,1 with pericardial effusion ,1 with single umbilical artery ,and 2 with atrioventricular valvular regurgitation in fetal cases . Congenital complex cardiac disease and dextrocardia were found in 1 child . There were 1 case with supravalvular aortic stenosis , 1 with nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ,1 with left ventricular noncompaction ,and 1 with mitral reguigitation in adult group . All the 7 diverticula with ventricular arrhythmias ,ST‐T changes and abnormal Q wave were fibrous type . And 2 multiple diverticula were accompanied with ventricular dysfunction . Among the fetal cases ,2 cases were born ,3 cases were terminated pregnancy ,and 3 cases were lost to follow up . Three children and 2 adults were underwent cardiac operations for diverticula with good outcomes . No such complications as cardiac rupture ,thromboembolism ,and sudden death were found . Conclusions Echocardiography is a useful method to diagnose ventricular diverticulum ,especially for fetuses ,and provide the basis for prognosis consultation .
