Objective To study the effect of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods Retrospective analysis of 146 cases of colposcopy down in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) diagnosis and histopathological examinations.Results 146 was CIN patients,in vaginal mirror down cervical positioning biopsy,by pathological confirmed CIN 123 cases,meet rate was 84.2％,23 cases does not meet,accounted for 15.8％,eventually confirmed CIN Ⅰ total 52 cases,accounted for meet rate of 72.7％,confirmed C1N Ⅱ total 40 cases,accounted for meet rate of 90.1％,confirmed CIN Ⅱ total 23 cases,accounted for meet rate of 96.0％,eventually diagnosis for cervical invasion run cancer 2 cases,leak diagnosis rate for 1.0％.Biopsy under colposcope in line with rates rise with CIN grade increases,the differences between various levels was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Use of colposcopy in diagnosis of patients with CIN lesions,can improve the diagnosis of early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of accuracy,is a minimally invasive,economical,convenient,reliable method of diagnosis of CIN,and worthy of clinical use,promotion.

The dynamic process of the bone marrow and spleen CFU-E from the mice infected with Plasmodium berghei was observed and the growing curve of CFU-E of infected mice was compared with that of normal mice. Results revealed no significant suppressive effect on CFU-E by P. berghei infection. It is indicated that the maturity and differen-tiation of erythrocytes were the foundation of invasion and parasitism by merozoites.

Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point (PC6) and Jianshi point (PC5) combined with granisetron on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Methods Seventy-two tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group (38 patients) and a false electroacupuncture group (34 patients). The electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 (1 h, bid) combined with granisetron (3 mg, i.v.) 30 min before chemotherapy, and repeat one time after 12 h. The false electroacupuncture group received electroacupunctur at false PC6 and false PC5, and other treatment same as the electroacupuncture group. Both groups were treated for 3 days. The nausea and vomiting frequencies and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The vomiting frequency in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (0.37 ± 0.75 vs. 1.12 ± 2.13;t=2.034, P=0.046). The nausea degree in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (1.21 ± 0.93 vs. 1.88 ± 0.59;t=3.596, P=0.001) and day 3 (1.26 ± 0.92 vs. 1.68 ± 0.53; t=2.293, P=0.025). The total effective rate in the electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than those in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (76.3% vs. 64.7%; χ2=12.390, P=0.006) and day 3 (73.7%vs. 64.7%;χ2=12.313, P=0.006). Conclusions Electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 combined with granisetron can attenuate chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.

Objective:To introduce the fabrication of lead eyeshade and its use in the radiotherapy of both malignant and benign eye tumors and observe the preliminary clinical effect. Methods:To lead sheet with thickness of 2.5-3mm was fabricated into spherical eyeshade and erythromycin Eye Ointment was smeared onto it. Results:According to EORTC criteria, the first level side effect was occasional and mild pain and drying of the eye. The second level was intermittent and tolerable pain and drying of the eye. The third level was constant and intense pain and drying of the eye and the fourth level was incurable and intolerable and drying of the eye. Conclusion:It was shown that the use of lead eyeshade can not only ensure the efficacy of radiotherapy, but also reduce the incidence of radiation injury of surrounding normal tissues. The method used for making of lead eyeshade is effective and easy to grasp.

Sixty-four patients with solitary pulmonary nodules were included in this study. The diameter of pulmonary nodules was equal or less than 3.0 cm and no contact with the adjacent pleura. They were divided into study group( with acuductor locating method)and conventional group (with conventional method). The results showed that the one-time success rates were 97％ (31/32)in study group and 72％(23/32) in conventional group, the diagnostic accuracy were 94％ ( 30/32 ) and 88 ％ ( 28/32 ), respectively,while the successful puncture time were( 13. 5 ±4. 9)min and( 18. 7 ±5. 7) min, respectively. In study group,the complication rate was 9％ (3/32), while 28％ ( 9/32 ) in conventional group. There were statistical differences between the two groups. CT-guided aspriation biopsy for solitary pulmonary nodules with self-made acuductor can obviously improve one-time success rate and reduce the complication rate and operative time.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of percutaneous intratumor injection of gene-immunotherapy combined with capacitive radio-frequency hyperthermia treatment for advanced lung carcinoma under CT guided.Methods Thirty-one unresectable peripheric lung carcinomas(29 men and 2 women,10 squamous carcinomas,15 denocarcinoma and 6 alveolus carcinomas) in clinical Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage were undergone percutaneous intrastumor injection of H101 and ⅠL~Ⅱ under CT guided,and repeated at 8,29,35,57 and 64 d respectively as one course.During interventional therapy,radio-frequency hyperthermia carried out twice one week,totally 12 times per-patient.After one course 4 weeks later,the blood TSGF levels and CT changes of the tumors were observed.Results The short period effect included:CR in 0 case,PR in 22 cases,NC in 6 cases and PD in 3 cases,the total short-term efficacy rate was 71 percent(22/31).Significant statistical difference was found in the positive rate and quantitative level of the blood TSGF after on cycle(P

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione in the treatment of druginduced liver injury of elder.Methods Seventy-two cases of diagnosed drug-induced liver injury were randomly divided into regular treatment group (n =34) and reduced glutathione treatment group (n =38).Both groups were given conventional liver protection therapy including energy mixture,diammonium glycyrrhizinate and potassium magnesium aspartate.Patients with the reduced glutathione treatment group were additionally treated with reduced glutathione 1.8 g,iv for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate were 84.2％ for reduced glutathione treatment group and 61.8％ for regular treatment group.There was significant difference between two groups (x2 =4.6541,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione can significantly improve drug-induced liver injury of the elder.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of transcatheter intra-arterial hyperthermo-chemotherapy for advanced ovarian carcinoma. Methods 36 patients with unresectable or recurred ovarian carcinoma were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group(n=20) and control group(n=16). Transcatheter intra-arterial infusion warmed to 62 degree chemo-agents via the ovarian tumor supplied artery was performed in the treatment group while routine intraarterial chemotherapy was done in the control group. Objective To investigate the development of rehabilitation medicine, the knowledge, ability and quality requirements of stu-dents in different professional positions, and the demand for rehabilitation industry personnel in Hunan, China, and to discuss the strategies for improving the quality of vocational education. Methods 87 directors of personnel management or rehabilitation department in all levels of hospitals and 100 rehabilitation therapists were included from May to Semptember 2014. The rehabilitation medical service, education background of employees, professional positions, and the demand for rehabilitation knowledge, ability, and industry personnel were sur-veyed. Results and Conclusion Rehabilitation medical service was not sufficiently carried out for insufficient number of employees, unbal-ance structure and other deficiencies. Rehabilitation personnel training schools and enterprises need to strengthen the depth of integration, and improve the professional quality and clinical ability.
