Objective To realize the fundamental conditions and variation trends of disease spectrum of Meizhou and its surrounding areas in order to investigate the focuses of diseases monitor and control .Methods Sta-tistic analysis was done on diseases of hospital in 2013 with Pareto Diagram .Results About twelve kinds of disea-ses, including circulatory diseases , tumor, digestive diseases , respiratory diseases and urinary diseases , accounted for the total number of 89.2%.Conclusion Characteristics of diseases spectrum in hospitals were analyzed , for which we can attach importance to disease prevention , optimize medical resource allocation , enhance key specialty construction and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment .

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of transcatheter intra-arterial hyperthermo-chemotherapy for advanced ovarian carcinoma. Methods 36 patients with unresectable or recurred ovarian carcinoma were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group(n=20) and control group(n=16). Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic role of ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) in human endometrial carcinoma.Methods 51 endometrial carcinoma tissues and matched tumor-adjacent tissues were collected from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 in People's Hospital of Linzi District of Zibo City and Penglai People's Hospital.mRNA expression of ARF6 was detected by qRT-PCR,and the protein expression of ARF6 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between ARF6 and clinicopathological features was analyzed by chi-square test,and the Kaplan-Meier survival curves were drawn to describe the prognostic effects of ARF6 expression.Results Both mRNA and protein expression of ARF6 were down-regulated in endometrial carcinoma tissues than those in matched tumor-adjacent tissues (P＜0.05).Positive expression of ARF6 was associated with lynphatic metastasis (P＜0.05) and advanced TNM stage (Ⅲ+Ⅴ,P＜0.05).Both the 3-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate were lower in ARF6 positive expression group than in ARF6 negative expression group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Positive expression of ARF6 in human endometrial carcinoma is related to the malignant clinicopathological features and poor prognosis.

Objective To investigate the injury posterior vertebral pedicle nail fixed treatment of thoracolumbar fractures of the clinical efficacy and safety .Methods Forty-eight cases of thoracolumbar fractures were treated by the posterior vertebral pedicle screw fixation ,according to cases decompressive laminectomy ,underwent intertransverse fusion treatment .Postoperative follow-up of 1 year ,preoperative ,postoperative 3 months ,after 1 years of vertebral compression rate ,Cobb Angle were compared .Results Forty-eight patients with postoperative 3 months and 1 year after injury postoperative spinal vertebral body compression rate were significantly decreased compared with preoperative (P<0 .05);After 3 months and 1 year after the Cobb Angle were markedly sig-nificant reduction than preoperative(P<0 .05) .X-ray showed all fractures were obtained good reduction ,internal fixation with no looseness or breakage ,no protruding after spinal deformity ,neural function were all in 1 -3 level recovery .Conclusion Posterior vertebral pedicle injury by nail fixed treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with fixed reliable ,reset effect is good .

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of percutaneous intratumor injection of gene-immunotherapy combined with capacitive radio-frequency hyperthermia treatment for advanced lung carcinoma under CT guided.Methods Thirty-one unresectable peripheric lung carcinomas(29 men and 2 women,10 squamous carcinomas,15 denocarcinoma and 6 alveolus carcinomas) in clinical Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage were undergone percutaneous intrastumor injection of H101 and ⅠL~Ⅱ under CT guided,and repeated at 8,29,35,57 and 64 d respectively as one course.During interventional therapy,radio-frequency hyperthermia carried out twice one week,totally 12 times per-patient.After one course 4 weeks later,the blood TSGF levels and CT changes of the tumors were observed.Results The short period effect included:CR in 0 case,PR in 22 cases,NC in 6 cases and PD in 3 cases,the total short-term efficacy rate was 71 percent(22/31).Significant statistical difference was found in the positive rate and quantitative level of the blood TSGF after on cycle(P

According to the changeover of modern medical teaching mode and the undergraduates' need of knowledge structure,we started the course Sociology of Sexuality in our university.In more than 3 years teaching experience and exploration,we arranged the content for each part of each chapter based on the teaching outline,teaching scheme and the students' knowledge and ability structure.As to teaching method,we adopted multimedia computer instruction,heuristic instruction,interactive instruction,participating teaching and audio-visual digital teaching method and so on.We are to introduce such a teaching means of exchange communication,and such an examination method combined with the traditional test as well as testing the capability of handling the actual problem,which can help to implementing the teaching work for Sociology of Sexuality.

AIM: To establish the quality standard for Qingdai Powder (Indigo Naturalis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Borax, Boreolum Syntheticum, Herba Menthae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Catechu, etc.) METHODS: Indigo Naturalis, Borneolum Syntheticum, Rhizoma Coptis, Radix Glycyrrhizae were indentified by TLC, and the content of indigo was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Indigo Naturalis, Borneolum Syntheticum, Rhizoma Coptis, Radix Glycyrrhizae could be indentified by TLC. Indigo showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 27.35～ 410.25ng, r=0.9997. The average recovery of indigo was 99.03%( n =6) and RSD was 2.14%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and high specificity with good repeatability. The method can be used for quality control of Qingdai Powder.

Objective To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine on brain injury in the patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods Eighty patients of both sexes, aged 18-64 yr, with body surface area of 1.6-2.0 m2, with left ventricular ejection fraction＞30％, of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ (New York Heart Association Ⅱ or Ⅲ), scheduled for elective cardiac surgery with CPB, were equally and randomly divided into control group (group C) and dexmedetomidine group (group D) using a random number table.Before induction of anesthesia, dexmedetomidine was given as a bolus of 1 μg/kg over 10 min followed by an infusion of 0.5 μg · kg-1 · h-1 throughout the surgery in group D, and the equal volume of normal saline was given in group C.After induction and before skin incision (T0) , at 30 min after beginning of CBP (T1) , at 30 min after the end of CBP (T2) , at the end of surgery (T3) , and at 24 and 72 h after surgery (T4.5) , blood samples from jugular bulb were drawn for determination of serum concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-10, S-100β protein and neuron-specific enolase (NSE).Results Compared with group C, the serum concentrations of TNF-α and S100β at T1-3 and IL-6 and NSE at T1.4 were significantly decreased, and the serum concentrations of IL-10 at T1-4 were increased in group D (P＜0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine given as a bolus of 1 μg/kg over 10 min followed by an infusion of 0.5 μg · kg-1 · h-1 throughout the surgery can reduce the brain injury in the patients undergoing cardiac surgery with CPB, and the mechanism is related to inhibited inflammatory responses.
