Objective: To investigate the hospital employee satisfaction and trustworthiness in the background of the trusteeship mode and to find out the problems after trusteeship. Methods: Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire (MSQ) and the self-made questionnaire were used to conduct the survey. Results: The overall employee satisfaction (3.80±0.86) and trustworthiness (3.95±0.77)were higher. The highest level of trustworthiness concerned the cultural connotation (84.8%) followed by the management concept (82.8%) for overall satisfaction. The lowest level of employee satisfaction concerned income and workload (53.7%), followed by the working conditions and environment (55.3%).The administrative staff satisfaction was higher compared to that of medical staff (p=0.001), which showed significant statistical differences. Conclusions: The hospital has made some achievements after the trusteeship system reform, however, it still needs improvement and further strengthening in many aspects. The hospital must always keep abreast of the demands of workforce and improve the staff satisfaction so as to promote its continuous and sustainable development.

Objective:To measure the safe range from the foramen rotundum to the siphon of internal carotid artery using three-dimensional reconstruction technique, and to provide guidance for operation through pterygopalatine fossa. Methods:The skulls of 121 volunteers were scanned to get the final results with thin-section computed tomographic images. The position of the siphon of internal carotid artery (point A)and foramen rotundum (pointB)were ascertained.Three-dimensional reconstruction technique was used to build a coordinate system paralleled to the frankfort horizontal plane and the nasal septum plane. The coordinate system took point A as the coordinate origin.Point C and point D were the projections of point A in two planes parallel with frankfort horizontal plane and nasal septum plane which included point B.The distances of AC,AB,and BC were measured. The angles of the line went through A and B to the three planes were also measured. Results:The distance of AC was measured as 13.22 (3.79)mm (range,8.33 - 105.67 mm;95%CI:8.55 - 21.39 mm).The angle to the sagittal plane was measured as 33.54 (9.23)° (range,5.38- 66.58°;95%CI:30.88 - 34.20°). The angle to the coronal plane was measured as 53.17 (10.48)°(range,5.60-75.02°;95%CI:51.29-55.06°).The angle to the horizontal plane was measured as 9.43 (12.91 ) mm (range,- 28.44 - 82.22;95% CI:7.11 - 11.76 ). Conclusion:The safety distance from foramen rotundum to the siphon of internal carotid artery in the operation through pterygopalatine fossa (PPF) under nasoendoscope is obtained by thin-section computed tomographic images.

Objective:To analyse the clinical presentation and pathogenic gene mutations of a family diagnosed with primary familial brain calcification (PFBC).Methods:A pedigree with primary familial brain calcification was recruited. The clinical data of the proband who was admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University in March 2020 and the family members were collected. The DNA sequence of myogenesis regulating glycosidase (MYORG) gene was detected by Sanger sequencing in the proband and some available family members. Results:The proband is a male, 30 years old. There was only one patient of PFBC in this family. The first symptom of the proband was vagueness of speech, and gradually extrapyramidal symptoms such as slow and flexible movement and advanced cognitive impairment appeared. The brain CT of the proband and his second brother showed extensive symmetrical calcifications, mainly located in the bilateral cerebellar hemispheres, basal ganglia and thalamus. A homozygous mutation in the exon 2 of the MYORG gene [c.1967T>C(p.I656T)] was identified in the proband and an asymptomatic patient. The heterozygous mutation of MYORG gene was also detected in four healthy family members. Conclusions:All patients with homozygous mutations of MYORG gene showed calcification in CT scan, and most of the lesions were located in basal ganglia, cerebellum, subcortical white matter and thalamus. Compared with the patients with autosomal dominant gene mutation, the patients with MYORG gene mutation had more extensive intracranial calcification lesions, and the pontocerebellar lesions were more common. The most common symptoms of MYORG gene mutation patients were dyskinesia, mainly tremor paralysis and unclear speech.

OBJECTIVE:To provide drug ,material supp ly and emergency management reference for novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)infection in pharmacy staff in hospital. METHODS :The method of 5M1E was used to analyze the six main factors, including man ,machine, material, method, environment and measurement of drug ,material supply and emergency management. The relevant prevention and control strategies were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :In the drug ,material supply and emergency management of epidemic prevention and control ,the man factors were involved ,such as mainly pharmacists from pharmacy departments of medical institutions. At the same time ,the management also involved machine factors such as drug storage, cleaning and disinfection ;material factors such as emergency drugs ,disinfection products ,in vitro diagnostic reagents , the guarantee of medicine materials for medical team ,investigational products ;methods factors such as relevant management measures;environmental factors such as storage environment and facilities ;measurement factors such as drug use ,drug and substance reserve. In view of the above factors ,it is suggested to strengthen the professional knowledge and communication skills training of pharmacists ,and strengthen humanistic care ,so as to improve their post competency ,communication in emergency response and psychological tolerance. Equipment and materials management shall be strengthened ,and equipment maintenance and disinfection shall be done well to ensure normal use of equipment. According to the evidence-based method ,the emergency drug list should be established. According to the disinfection protection requirements ,the disinfection products should be reasonably selected and their quality and sufficient inventory should be ensured. The qualified in vitro diagnostic reagents should be purchased in time. The investigational products should be managed reasonably according to the relevant requirements of clinical trials ,to ensure the drug and material supply of medical team members. Emergency plans and standard operating procedures shall be formulated, the principle of sympathetic drug use shall be followed ,and the management of off-label drug use and early warning of drug and material shortage shall be done well. Reasonable storage space should be reserved to strengthen environmental monitoring and disinfection. We should strengthen the monitoring and reporting of daily data ,strengthen the quality monitoring , and accept the independent audit of the third party. Above strategies are helpful to improve the ability of drug supply risk identification and response ability ,and cooperate with the medical team to timely rescue patients.
