Objective To explore a brief regimen to treat and manage asthmatic patients.Methods 122 asthmatic patients(including 12 inpatients) treated and managed at respiratory clinic were followed up for 1~10 years.The data of these patients were collected and analysed Results On the base of asthma education patients were received inhaled glucocorticoid combined with ? 2 agonist and/or theophylline for two to five years Of 122 patients,20(16 4%) patients remised and remained good control without any medication,90(73 8%) patients relapsed within 1 to 2 years after drug withdrawal Conclusions Asthmatic patients must be treated and managed regularly according to GINA It was especially emphasized that inhaled glucocorticoid is the mainstay of ling term threapy Most patients can remise for quite a long time with agreeable quality of life while a few patients can be cured
3.Distribution of T lymphocyte subsets in tumor microenvironment in papillary thyroid carcinoma

Objective To analyze the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets in tumor microenvironment of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods The levels of CD3+ CD4+ CD8- ,CD3+ CD4- CD8+ ,CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ ,CD3+ CD4- CD8- T cell and CD4+/CD8+ ra- tio in tumor microenvironment of 35 cases PTC, 25 cases benign thyroid lesion and 15 healthy eases were detected by flow cytometry. Results Local tumor tissue of 35 cases PTC and 25 cases benign thyroid lesion, and blood of 15 healthy cases were collected. The ratio of CD4+/ CD8+ in blood, tumor microenvironment of benign thyroid lesions and PTCs decreased significantly ( P<0.01). The levels of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ cell in tumor microenvironment of PTC and benign thyroid lesion were higher than that in peripheral blood( P<0.01). But the differ- ence of the level of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ cell between PTC and benign thyroid lesion was not significant ( P>0.05). The levels of CD3+ CD4- CD8- cell in tumor microenvironment of benign thyroid lesion were higher than those in PTC and peripheral blood(P<0.01). The difference of the level of CD3+ CD4- CD8- cell between PTC and peripheral blood was not significant (P>0.05 ). The differences of CD4+/CD8+ ratio and the level of each of T lymphocyte subset such as CD3+ CD4+ CD8-, CD3+ CD4- CD8+, CD3+ CD4+ CD8+, CD3+ CD4- CD8- cell between 15 PTC cases with lymph node metastasis and 20 PTC cases without metastasis were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusions CD8+ T cell is the main immune cell in tumor microenvironment in PTC. The local cell-mediated immunity of PTC is in the status of obviously suppressed. But the obvious increase of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ and CD3+ CD4- CD8- T cells in tumor microenvironment in thyroid benign lesion may be beneficial for creating the location for immune responding against tumor. The distribution of T lymphocyte sub- sets in tumor microenvironment in PTC is not associated with lymph node metastasis.
4.Blue light-induced replicative senescence of rat retinal pigment epithelial cells

Objective To investigate the relationship between exposure intensity and illumination time of blue light and replicative senescence of rat retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) ceils.Methods Thirty-six 12-14 weeks Wistar rats were kept in the cage with a blue-light bulb [(450±10) nm],and were randomly divided into four groups (no light,nature light,500 lx light and 1000 lx light illumination),each has nine rats.The rats in each group were further divided into three subgroups according to illumination time (one month,two months or three months).Eyeballs were collected after intraperitoneal injection of 10% chloral hydrate.The right eye of each rat was embedded in paraffin and sectioned for hematoxylin-eosin (HE)staining,while frozen sections of the left eye were stained for the senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal).The data were analyzed by SPSS11.5 statistical software.Results The amounts of SA-β-Gal positive RPE cells were significantly different between all groups under the same illumination time 17 (P=0.000),and between all subgroups of different illumination time with same exposure intensity (P<0.01)except for the control group (no light).Conclusion Blue-light can induce replicative senescence in rat RPE cells in an intensity and time-dependent manner.
5.Clinical analysis of 10 patients with severe acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic necrosis treated by minimally invasive technique of retroperitoneal approach

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive technique by retroperitoneal approach in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic necrosis.Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with severe acute pancreatitis combined with peripancreatic necrosis who underwent retroperitoneal drainage by aspirating and placing tube under B ultrasound guidance on the basis of routine therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2016 to September 2016 were analyzed.Results All of the 10 patients successfully underwent puncture.Drainage was good after puncture and tube placement in 7 patients.The amylase activity was normal within 3 ~ 7 days,and the symptoms of abdominal pain and bloating were alleviated in 2 ~ 4 days.Among them,3 cases had poor drainage after catheterization due to a large necrotic area,and the percutaneous nephroscope was performed to remove the necrotic tissue of the pancreas.Bacteria was detected in the drainage fluid of 7 patients.The complications of pneumothorax,hemothorax and organ injury were not found in all the patients.The average hospitalization time was 19.4 days (10 ~ 34 days).Conclusions Minimally invasive retroperitoneal approach is safe and effective in curing severe acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic necrosis with good efficacy,which is worth for clinical recommendation and application.

Objective To explore immune effects of HB vaccine and relative strategies of controlling hepatitis B in adults of different ages, genders, and different anti-HBs levels before immunization. Methods In Shaoxing city, 1055 healthy adults aged 18 to 50 with HBsAg negative were randomly selected and inoculated with 10?g/ml indigenous CHO HB vaccine according to the programme of 0,1,6 months. Results 835 adults completed the whole programme, and the total immunization coverage rate was 85.12%. Objective To study the expression of human platelet factor 4 (hPF4)mRNA and its relationship with angiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in papillary throid carcinoma(PTC). Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of hPF4 mRNA in 40 cases of PTC and 10 cases of normal tissue surrounding carcinoma. Immunohistochemical stain was performed to detect microvessel density(MVD) whose endothelia were marked by antibody CD105. Results The positive-expression rate of hPF4 mRNA was 80 % respectively in normal tissue surrounding carcinoma. The positive-expression rate of hPF4 was 47.5 % in PTC cases. Objective To evaluate Tornwaldt′s cyst using MR imaging. Methods 1 452 cases with head MR imaging were reviewed. The signal intensity, shape, and size of the lesions were observed. Results Tornwaldt′s cyst were found in 18 of 1 452 cases (1 24%), all of the 18 cases were isointense to CSF on T 2WI and hyperintense to muscle on T 1WI.Tornwaldt′s cyst were round ( n =13)and ovoid ( n =5). The size of lesions were from 2 mm to 15 mm. There were 15 cases with adenoid hyperplasia. Conclusions Tornwaldt′s cysts occupied 1 24% in routine head MR imaging and were hyperintense to muscle on T 1WI and isointense to CSF ON T 2WI.

The effects of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) on the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in cultured bovine coronary artery endothelial cells(BCAEC), bovine coronary artery smooth muscle cells(BCASMC) and mouse cardiomyocytes were observed in vitro . The concentrations of VEGF in BCAEC control and HGF group at 12h were 10.51?2.90pg/ml and 9.31?2.78pg/ml, respectively. The concentrations of VEGF at 12h in BCASMC control and HGF group were 3.35 and 3.93 times of that at 3h respectively, the concentration of VEGF at 3h and 12h in BCASMC HGF group was 2.06 and 2.42 times respectively, of that in control group. The concentrations of VEGF at 12h in cardiomyocyte control and HGF group were 5.43 and 4.09 times, respectively, of that at 3h, and the concentrations of VEGF at 3h and 12h in cardiomyocyte HGF group was 2.74 and 2.06 times, respectively, of that in control group. These results indicated that BCAEC, BCASMC and mouse cardiomyocytes could secrete VEGF, and HGF could promote VEGF secretion in BCASMC and cardiomyocytes, but not in BCAEC.
