Based on the Drugdataexpy and the prescription modern application database, this study explored the formulation regularity of ancient and modern prescriptions for the treatment of sinusitis. The Chinese medicinal prescriptions for the treatment of sinusitis with various syndromes were retrieved from the above databases and the corresponding formulation regularity was investigated by frequency analysis, association rule analysis, and factor analysis. Eighty-seven Chinese medicinal prescriptions were included, involving five syndrome types of sinusitis and 160 Chinese medicine, which were mainly effective in releasing exterior, clearing heat, and tonifying deficiency, and acted on the lung meridian due to cold and warm nature and pungent and bitter flavor or on the spleen meridian due to warm nature and pungent flavor. Seventeen core Chinese medicine were screened out by topological data analysis, including Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Magnoliae Flos, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Xanthii Fructus, and Scutellariae Radix. Chinese medicine such as Magnoliae Flos, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, and Xanthii Fructus were commonly used in the treatment of sinusitis of wind-heat in the lung meridian, while the combination of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Magnoliae Flos, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, etc. was the key compatibility in treating sinusitis of dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach. Six common factors were extracted from the factor analysis of the above two syndrome types. The findings indicate that the exterior-releasing, heat-clearing, and deficiency-tonifying Chinese medicine with cold and warm nature and pungent flavor are preferential options for the clinical treatment of sinusitis. Treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation and key therapeutic principles should be followed.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effects of pharmaceutical management intervention on the use of TCM injection in primary medical institutions. METHODS ：Twenty grass-roots health centers in Yichun city ，Jiangxi province were randomly selected. Relying on Department of Pharmacy and Health Services of the Municipal Health Committee and the Quality Control Center for Pharmacy Affairs of the City ，Yichun People ’s Hospital took the lead in establishing the prescription evaluation criteria for TCM injection ，training pharmaceutical service skills ，conducting special reviews on prescriptions/medical orders ，improving control measures ，obtaining relevant data of drug use in primary health centers by issuing questionnaires on the use of TCM injection and randomly selecting prescriptions/medical orders for comments. The relevant data without drug administration （before intervention）from Jan. to Jun. 2018 were taken as the non-intervention group ，and the relevant data with drug administration （after intervention）from Jan. to Jun. 2019 were taken as the intervention group. The use of TCM medicine injection ，DDDs，DDC and sequencing ratio were compared before and after intervention. At the same time ，the prescriptions/medical orders of TCM injections before（1 222 copies）and after （1005 copies）intervention were randomly selected for comment and the reasonable situations of the prescriptions/medical orders were compared before and after the intervention. RESULTS ：After intervention ，total amount ， consumption sum and DDDs of top 10 TCM injections in the list of amount were significantly decreased. The reasonable rate of prescriptions and medical orders was 48.04％ before intervention ， but increased to 70.65％ after intervention. Besides ， unreasonable situations before and after intervention all manifested as inappropriate indications. After the intervention ，the unreasonable rates of Xuesaitong powder for injection （lyophilized），Xueshuantong injection ，Xingnaojing injection （two specifications），Shengmai injection ，Xueshuantong for injection （lyophilized）and Qingkailing injection were significantly lower than before intevention （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS ：Pharmaceutical administration intervention can reduce the total amount and the consumption sun of TCM injection in primary medical institutions ，and promote rational drug use in the clinic.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the contents of 5 kinds of heavy metal as copper （Cu），arsenic（As），cadmium （Cd），mercury（Hg）and lead （Pb）in Yougui pills ，and to evaluate its safety risk. METHODS ：Using yttrium （89Y），indium （115In）and bismuth （209bi）as internal standard ，the contents of each element were determined by ICP-MS. ICP-MS condition included that atomization gas flow rate was 0.95 L/min，auxiliary gas flow rate was 1.2 L/min，plasma gas （argon）flow rate was 18 L/min，pump speed was 30 r/min. RF power of inductively coupled plasma was 1 200 W，the voltage in simulation stage was 1 750 V，the voltage in pulse stage was 1 300 V，the voltage of deflection device was －12 V，and the detector was in analog and pulse dual-mode. The determination methods of various elements were investigated ，and 45 batches of marketed Yougui pills were determined. Hazard index （HI）was used to analyze the non-carcinogenic risk of each element and calculate the maximum residual limit（MRL）of each element. RESULTS ：The linear range of Cu ，As，Cd，Hg and Pb ranged from 10-200，1-50，0.4-30，0.2-6 and 2-100 μg/L（all r＞0.999 0），respectively. The limits of quantitation were 0.67，0.23，0.20，0.07，0.27 μg/L. The limits of detection were 0.20，0.07，0.06，0.02，0.08 μg/L. RSDs of precision，stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3.5％ （n＝6 or n＝5）. Average recoveries were 92.96％-100.89％（RSD＝2.23％-3.62％，n＝3）. Average contents of Cu ，As，Cd，Hg and Pb in 45 batches of Yougui pills were 2.72，0.28，0.07，0.05，0.62 mg/kg，and superimposed HI of each element was less than 1. The contents of 5 kinds of heavy metals in Yougui pills were lower than the proposed MRL （MRL of Cu ，As，Cd，Hg and Pb were 20，2，1，0.2，5 mg/kg or 111.11，4.44，2.22，1.48，8.89 mg/kg respectively ）. CONCLUSIONS ：Established method can be used for the determination of content of 5 kinds of heavy metal in Yougui pills ；the heavy metal pollution rate of marketed Yougui pills is low and the safety risk is small.

OBJECTIVETo explore the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) and collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 (CTHRC1) expression with the carcinogenesis and prognosis of rectal cancer.

METHODSCancer tissue samples from 120 rectal cancer patients confirmed by pathology in the People's Hospital of Yichun City from September 2005 to September 2010 were included in the study. Expressions of CTHRC1 and VEGF-C were examined by immunohistochemistry and their correlations with clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed.

RESULTSThe expression of VEGF-C was positively correlated with tumor size (r=0.943), TNM stages (r=0.784) and tumor differentiation (r=0.773) (all P<0.05). Similarly, the expression of CTRHC1 was also positively correlated with tumor size (r=0.829), TNM stages (r=0.632) and tumor differentiation (r=0.532) (all P<0.05). Rectal cancer patients with low expression of VEGF-C and CTHRC1 had significantly longer survival than those with high expression of VEGF-C and CTHRC1 [(40.0±1.3) vs. (35.4±0.5) months, P<0.01, (39.0±0.5) vs. (35.0±0.5) months, P=0.014].

CONCLUSIONVEGF-C and CTHRC1 may synergistically promote the invasion and metastasis of human rectal cancer, and provide evidence in predicting the prognosis of patients.

Toimprovethesensitivity,aCuOnanoparticledopedinmolecularlyimprintedpolymer(MIP)film for the determination of phenobarbital was prepared by using methacrylic acid as functional monomers, ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate as a cross linking agent by thermal polymerization method. The electrochemical properties of the nano-doped sensor were investigated using cyclic voltammetry ( CV ) , differential pulse voltammetry ( DPV ) , electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS ) and chrono-amperometry ( CA) . The chemical structures and morphologies of the imprinted films were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that the sensors response value of peak current showed a linear dependence on the phenobarbital concentration in the ranges of 1. 2 × 10-7-1. 5 × 10-4 mol/L of phenobarbital. ( Linear regression coefficient=0. 9984 ) with the detection limit ( S/N=3 ) of 8. 2 × 10-9 mmol/L. The prepared sensor was successfully applied to the determination of phenobarbital in practical samples with recovery ranging from 96 . 5% to 103 . 0%.

AIM: To detect the expression level of telomere regulating factor tankyrase and its clinical significance in the origin and development of gastric adenocarcinoma. METHODS: Quantitative Real-time PCR was used to measure the expression of tankyrase mRNA in cancerous and normal adjacent tissues from 16 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect tankyrase protein expressions in 37 gastric adenocarcinoma samples and 13 normal controls. Objective: To explore the effects of different proportions of Fructus Cnidii (Shechuangzi) and Psoralea corylifolia (Buguzhi) on highly metastatic human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231BO and bone marrow stromal cell line ST-2 in vitro. Methods: Thirty-six female SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups to prepare the drug-medicated sera by administering with different proportions of Fructus Cnidii and Psoralea corylifolia, including 4:0 group, 3:1 group, 1:1 group, 1:3 group, 0:4 group and control group. MDA-MB-231BO cells and ST-2 cells were cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium containing drug-medicated serum. Inhibition rates of MDA-MB-231BO cells and ST-2 cells were measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method; migration ability of MDA-MB-231BO cells was tested by a cell migration experiment; alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP) of ST-2 cells was measured by using 4-nitrophenyl phosphate disodium salt, and mineralized nodule formation of ST-2 cells was measured by alizarin red staining. Results: Sera contaning different proportions of Fructus Cnidii and Psoralea corylifolia inhibited the migration activity of MDA-MB-231BO cells as compared with the blank serum, and serum contaning Fructus Cnidii and Psoralea Corylifolia at proportion of 1:1 had the best function (P<0.01). Fructus Cnidii and Psoralea corylifolia at ratio of 1:1 also enhanced the ALP activity of ST2 cells (P<0.05) and increased the number of mineralized nodules of ST2 cells (P<0.01). Conclusion: Kidney-warming recipe of Fructus Cnidii and Psoralea corylifolia can inhibit proliferation and migration of MDA-MB-231BO cells and increase the activity of ST-2 cells.

AIM:To establish HPLC fingerprint for the root and rhizome of Clematis uncinata Champ and to compare the differences of clematis and Clematis uncinata in fingerprint. METHODS:Based on 10 batches of Clematis unciuata Champ,its chromatographic seperation was performed on Diamonsil C18 (250 mm ? 4. 6 mm,5 ?m)with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid,gradient eluent,at the flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min. The UV detection was set at 210 nm. RESULTS:The mutual mode to HPLC-UV fingerprints was set up,and the 23 mutual peaks were indicated. The similarities were compared among Cleuatis uncinata Champ and substitutes collected from different sources there were apparent difference in fingerprint. CONCLUSION:The method is stable and reliable with a good reproducibility and provides a reference standard for identifying medicinal clematis.

Aim To observe the effect of antibody NCX-3F10 on the main ion current of rat ventricular myocytes and its effect on arrhythmias induced by ischemia/reperfusion(I/R).Methods ① The whole-cell patch clamp technique was employed to record the Na+/Ca2+ exchange current(INa/Ca) and other major ion currents in rat ventricular myocytes.② The rat models of arrhythmia induced by ischemia/reperfusion were established by ligating the left coronary artery to in vivo and in vitro.Then the effects of antibody on the arrhythmia were observed.③ The IonOptix ion imaging system was used to observe the effect of antibody on calcium transients in single ventricular myocytes.Results ① The antibody NCX-3F10 dose-dependently inhibited INa/Ca from 5 to 40 mg·L-1.The IC50 for outward and inward currents was 11.15 and 11.69 mg·L-1, and the maximum inhibitory rates were 61% and 62%, respectively.The antibody also had an inhibitory effect on calcium current(ICa-L), and had no significant effect on inward rectifier potassium current(IK1), transient outward potassium current(Ito) and sodium current(INa).② In the isolated rat heart group I/R, 100% rats showed ventricular tachycardia, and 88.89% rats had ventricular fibrillation.After administration of antibody NCX-3F10(10 mg·L-1) 5 min before reperfusion, the incidence of ventricular tachycardia decreased to 44.43%(P<0.05), and the duration of ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation was also shortened remarkably(P<0.05).③ In the anesthetized rats after administration of antibody NCX-3F10(50 μg·kg-1) 5 min before reperfusion, the incidence and duration of ventricular tachycardia,the incidence and duration of ventricular fibrillation, and total number of ventricular premature beats were significantly decreased(P<0.05).④ From 5 to 40 mg·L-1, NCX-3F10 antibody decreased calcium transient amplitude in rat single ventricular myocytes dose-dependently(P<0.05).Conclusions The NCX-3F10 antibody shows significant arrhythmic effects on ischemia-reperfusion induced arrhythmia in rats both in vitro and in vivo, the underlying mechanism of which is related to NCX and L-type calcium current inhibition and calcium overload reduction by the NCX antibody.

AIM: To investigate the effect of zacopride, an inward rectifier potassium channel agonist, on ouabain-induced arrhythmias in adult rats, and to explore the underlying electrophysiological mechanism.METHODS: Using ouabain to establish in vitro and in vivo arrhythmic rat models, the effects of zacopride on ouabain-induced arrhythmias were observed.The technique of whole-cell patch clamp was used to observe the effects of zacopride on inward rectifier potassium current (IK1), resting membrane potential (RMP) and delayed afterdepolarizations (DADs) in single rat ventricular myocyte.RESULTS: Zacopride at 1 μmol/L significantly reduced total number of premature ventricular beats, and the duration and incidence of ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation induced by ouabain in rat hearts in vitro (P<0.05).In anesthetized rats, zacopride at 15 μg/kg significantly reduced total number of premature ventricular beats, and the duration and incidence of ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation induced by ouabain (P<0.05).IK1 was significantly inhibited by ouabain (P<0.05), which was partially and even completely reversed by zacopride at 0.1~10 μmol/L.RMP value was significantly reduced by ouabain (P<0.05), and then increased to different levels after treatment with zacopride (0.1~10 μmol/L).Zacopride at 1 μmol/L showed its maximal effect and RMP was restored to normal level.Moreover, zacopride at 1 μmol/L markedly suppressed ouabain-induced DADs in single rat ventricular myocyte.The incidence of DADs decreased from 91.67% to 12.50% after zacopride was applied (P<0.05), and this effect was abolished by 1 μmol/L BaCl2.CONCLUSION: Inward rectifier potassium channel agonist zacopride significantly inhibits ouabain-induced ventricular arrhythmias in adult rats.The mechanism is related to increased RMP level and inhibition of DADs by activation of IK1 channel.
