OBJECTIVE:To investigate the contents of 5 kinds of heavy metal as copper (Cu),arsenic(As),cadmium (Cd),mercury(Hg)and lead (Pb)in Yougui pills ,and to evaluate its safety risk. METHODS :Using yttrium (89Y),indium (115In)and bismuth (209bi)as internal standard ,the contents of each element were determined by ICP-MS. ICP-MS condition included that atomization gas flow rate was 0.95 L/min,auxiliary gas flow rate was 1.2 L/min,plasma gas (argon)flow rate was 18 L/min,pump speed was 30 r/min. RF power of inductively coupled plasma was 1 200 W,the voltage in simulation stage was 1 750 V,the voltage in pulse stage was 1 300 V,the voltage of deflection device was -12 V,and the detector was in analog and pulse dual-mode. The determination methods of various elements were investigated ,and 45 batches of marketed Yougui pills were determined. Hazard index (HI)was used to analyze the non-carcinogenic risk of each element and calculate the maximum residual limit(MRL)of each element. RESULTS :The linear range of Cu ,As,Cd,Hg and Pb ranged from 10-200,1-50,0.4-30,0.2-6 and 2-100 μg/L(all r>0.999 0),respectively. The limits of quantitation were 0.67,0.23,0.20,0.07,0.27 μg/L. The limits of detection were 0.20,0.07,0.06,0.02,0.08 μg/L. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3.5% (n=6 or n=5). Average recoveries were 92.96%-100.89%(RSD=2.23%-3.62%,n=3). Average contents of Cu ,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in 45 batches of Yougui pills were 2.72,0.28,0.07,0.05,0.62 mg/kg,and superimposed HI of each element was less than 1. The contents of 5 kinds of heavy metals in Yougui pills were lower than the proposed MRL (MRL of Cu ,As,Cd,Hg and Pb were 20,2,1,0.2,5 mg/kg or 111.11,4.44,2.22,1.48,8.89 mg/kg respectively ). CONCLUSIONS :Established method can be used for the determination of content of 5 kinds of heavy metal in Yougui pills ;the heavy metal pollution rate of marketed Yougui pills is low and the safety risk is small.

Aim To investigate the effect of zacopride ( Zac) on cardiac arrhythmia in isoproterenol ( ISO)-in-duced myocardial hypertrophic rats and the underlying electrophysiological mechanisms .Methods ① Fifty-one rats were randomly divided into control group ( n=17 ) , ISO group ( n=17 ) and ISO +Zac group ( n =17 ) .Rat model with cardiac arrhythmia and hypertro-phy was established by intraperitoneal ISO ( 5 mg?kg -1 ) injection.②ECGs were recorded to observe the effects of Zac on arrhythmia in model rats .③ Whole-cell patch clamp was applied to record inwardly rectifi-er potassium current(IK1), resting membrane potential ( RMP ) and amplicated delayed afterdepolarizations (DADs).Results ① Echocardiographic examination showed that , left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) and left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVESD) significantly decreased in rats in ISO group compared with control group , whereas left ventricular posterior wall end-diastolic thickness ( LVPWd) and in-terventricular septum end-diastolic thickness ( IVSd ) increased ( P<0.05 ) , suggesting rat model of isoprot-erenol-induced myocardial hypertrophy was successfully established .② ECGs showed that 88.89% of rats in ISO group had ventricular premature beats ( VPBs ) , which significantly decreased to 11.11% after the ap-plication of Zac ( P <0.05 ) .③ Values of RMP de-creased from ( -71.05 ±1.27 ) mV in control group to (-69.38 ±1.21 ) mV in ISO group ( P<0.05 ) . After Zac administration , RMP significantly increased to ( -73.86 ±1.33 ) mV compared with control and ISO group(P<0.05).④DADs and TA incidence sig-nificantly decreased from 88.24% in ISO group to 11.76%in ISO+Zac group ( P<0.05 ) .⑤ Compared with control group , IK1 density was markedly reduced in ISO group, whereas Zac could effectively rescue IK1 suppression to normal level .Conclusions Zac, as a selective IK1 channel agonist , can significantly inhibit cardiac arrhythmia in isoproterenol-induced myocardial hypertrophic rats , which is mainly attributed to in-creased RMP by enhancing IK1 and subsequent suppres-sion of DADs.

Objective To observe the changes of haemodynamics and cerebral state index during double-lumen endobronchial intubation with glidescope ranger video laryngoscope (GSVL) and macintosh direct laryngoscope (MDLS). Methods Forty-eight ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 35 ~ 67 yrs were enrolled in this study, who were scheduled for elective pulmonary cancer or cancer of esophagus radical correction tients were random divided into 2 groups( n =24 each), GSVL group and MDLS group. After anesthesia was induced, all patients were given a score of Cormack grading under MDLS and GSVL, and then endobronchial intubation was performed. Noninvasive BP and HR were recorded before and after induction of anesthesia, during endobronchial intubation and after endobronchial intubation was completed for 1,2, 3, 4,5 min. The CSI was continuously monitored and recorded before and after induction of anesthesia, and after endobronchial intubation for 1 ~ 2 min and 3 ~ 5 min. Results Compared with MDLS group, the rate of Cormack grade 1 was significant higher in GSVL group (91% vs 58% ) ( P <0. 01 ). BP of two groups at T1 and T5 ~ T7 were significantly decreased compared to T0 values ( P <0. 01 ). Endobronchial intubation (T2 ~T4) caused significant increase in BP and HR compared to post-induction values(T1 ) ( P <0. 01).The highest values of HR after intubation exceeded even their baseline values before induction of anesthesia. The haemodynamic responses to endobronchial intubation in GSVL group at T2 ~ T4 were significantly different from those in MDLS group( P <0. 05). CSI of two groups at T1 was significantly decreased compared to To values( P <0. 01 ), CSI of two groups at T2 induced significant increase compared to T1 values, and the increase of CSI in MDLS group was stronger than that in GSVL group( P <0.01). Condusion The haemodynamic responses produced by orotracheal intubation using GSVL had more obvious advantages than MDLS, but GSVL seemed to provide a clear view of glottis and a little change CSI effect.
