Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(31):4700-4706
BACKGROUND:Pelvic fractures are mostly caused by high energy trauma. With the development of imaging techniques and in-depth study of the anatomical structure of the pelvis and biomechanics, internal fixation and external fixation materials are gradual y being used in the repair of pelvic fracture. OBJECTIVE:To summarize features and applications of external fixation stent material, percutaneous screw fixation, percutaneous sacral iliac screw material for internal fixation and intramedul ary tensile screw material for internal fixation after pelvic fracture. METHODS:We retrieved Wanfang Database and PubMed for studies on the application of internal fixation material and external fixation material in pelvic fracture from 1994 to 2015. Al data were analyzed and summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Application of pelvic external fixation materials contributed to the stability of early pelvic fractures, showed smal injury, could increase the reliability of fixation. However, the biomechanical stability of external fixation materials was lower than other internal fixation, could only be used for the early temporary fixation of unstable pelvic fractures in particular cases. Internal fixation materials can achieve anatomical reduction, accorded with the requirements of the physical mechanics of the pelvis, improve the stability of the pelvis, and have become the first choice for repair of unstable pelvic fractures. Currently used methods are percutaneous hol ow screw fixation, percutaneous fixation of the sacral iliac screw, and intramedul ary lag screw fixation. The combination of external fixation and internal fixation can effectively restore the stability of the pelvic cavity. Therefore, we should consider the location, type and stability of the fracture to select the appropriate internal fixation and external fixation materials.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2009;18(11):874-875
ObjectiveTo analyze the causes of discomfort occurring in the interventional treatment of diabetic foot, to discuss the individualized nursing measures for improving the patient's comfort and cooperation, and for increasing the successful rate of the interventional procedure.MethodsThe control group included 9 patients who received conventional nursing care. The study group had 13 patients who accepted individualized nursing care and nursing intervention, which was designed according to every patient's individual conditions. ResultsIn the control group, one patient could not endure the surgery to the end because of the long operating time. Another two patients had to take examinations repeatedly because the imaging quality was very poor, which was caused by the body movement due to uncomfortable mechanical stimulation.Urinary retention occurred in one patient. The mean operative time of the control group was 2.8 hour per surgery. The average dosage of contrast medium used was 150 -300 ml per procedure. All the subjects in the study group completed the surgery successfully, the mean operative time was 2.2 hour per surgery and the average dosage of contrast medium used was 100 -200 ml per procedure. Conclusion During the perioperative period of interventional treatment for diabetic foot, the effective individualized nursing care and nursing intervention, the measures to improve patient's comfort and the cooperation, etc. can certainly increase the successful rate, saving the operating time and reducing the contrast dosage.

OBJECTIVE: To determine imperatorin as the active ingredient of Angelica dahuricae in Jiedu tongqiao pills by HPLC. METHODS: The separation was performed on Waters Symmetryshielb33 C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) column with detection wavelength of 248 nm. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (65 ∶ 35) with flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.RESULTS:The linear range of imperatirin were 0.15~1.35 ?g. The average recovery was 100.4%(RSD=1.89%,n=9).CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for quality control of Jiedu tongqiao pills.

The paper is aimed to identify SNP in Sarcandra glabra and Chloranthus spicatus, and authenticate S. glabra from Ch. spicatus and the mixture by using PCR amplification of specific alleles. SNPs in the ITS sequences of S. glabra and Ch. spicatus were found by ClustulX 2. 1 program and Bioedit software. Primers for authentic S. glabra and Ch. spicatus was designed according to the SNP site, and ITS sequence universal primers plus to the authentic primer to construct a multi-PCR reaction system, and then optimized the PCR reaction system. Five hundred and eighty band special for S. glabra and 470 bp band special for Ch. spicatus were found by using multi-PCR reaction. The multi-PCR reaction system could be applied to identify S. glabra and Ch. spicatus's leaves.

AIM: To analyze the results of phacovitrectomy with internal limiting membrane(ILM) peeling to treat foveoschisis in ultra-high myopia.METHODS: Totally 32 eyes of 32 ultra-high myopia patients with foveoschisis were selected retrospectively. The preoperative refractive errors ranged from-12.00D to-20.00D with the mean of-15.78±2.16D.The best corrected visiual acuity(BCVA) were converted to LogMAR acuity, and the average BCVA was 4.1±0.4.Conventional phacovitrectomy with ILM peeling by ICG dying were performed.Gas tamponade were performed to end the operation. The BCVA and the foveoschisis cavity were observed by 1-9mo after the surgery, with the mean of 4.5mo.RESULTS: The foveoschisis cavity of 30 eyes were healed with BCVA increased and visual distortion alleviated distinctly (94%)(t=-7.91, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Phacovitrectomy with ILM peeling is useful in treating foveoschisis in ultra-high myopia with visual function preserving.
10.Dutasteride in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia: an update.
National Journal of Andrology 2011;17(1):63-67
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common disease in older men. At present, 5alpha reductase inhibitor-based medication, preferred by most BPH patients as the first-choice therapy, is taking place of traditional transurethral resection of the prostate. This article presents an update of the researches on the treatment of BPH with dutasteride--a novel 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor.
