1."Postauricular ""revolving door"" flap in one stage reconstruction of concha defect"
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2012;18(4):251-253
Objective To study the technique of using the postauricular revolving door island flap in one-stage reconstruction of concha defect and its efficacy. Methods Fifteen cases of concha de fect were repaired by the postauricular revolving door island flap in one stage reconstruction from 2000-2010.The maximum size of defect was 2.7 cm× 3.0 cm,and the minimum was 1.0 cm×1.3 cm.Results All the island flaps were survived postoperatively, and satisfactory in auricular appearances of all patients by 6 months to 5 years follow-up.Conclusions The revolving door island flaps with abundant blood supply are transferred to reach the auricular defect, which match normal auricular tissue in contour, color, and texture. This flap on the retroauricular area is relatively concealed, and it therefore can be one of the best procedures for repair of the auricular defects, especially concha.
2.Advance in Diagnosis and Treatment of Complex Regional Pain Syndromes (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(3):247-249
Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a neuropathic pain disorder, characterized by persistent and severe pain after trauma or surgery. Diagnosis is mainly based on clinical signs and treatment is based on a multidisciplinary approaches, including non-pharmacological approaches and occupational therapy, pharmacotherapy and invasive therapeutics. This article reviewed the current advice of diagnosis and treatment of CRPS.

5.AN OBSERVATION ON MICRONUCLEAR CELL RATE IN NUCLEATED ERYTHROCYTE OF BONE MARROW OF RADIOLOGISTS
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
The micronuclear cell rate of nucleated erythrocyte of bone marrow in 30 cases of radiologists and 20 cases of normal controls have been compared. The result showed that the mioronuclear cell rate in bone marrow of radiologists is higher than that of normal contrls and the difference is significant(P0.06).
6.Treating dermatomyositis and polymyositis with TCM
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(06):-
Asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality is the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis, deficiency of yang qi is the interior etiopathogenisis and the invasion of exogenous evil is the exterior etiopathogenisis. The treatment principles of dermatomyositis are strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease. The course includes acute stage, paracmasis and recovery stage.Based on syndrome differentiation, different treatment principles are used in clinic and achieve significant therapeutic effect.
7.Advances in diagnosis and treatment of lung infection caused by gram-positive coccus
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
The incidence of gram-positive coccus infection was keeping rising in recent years, with increase in hospital-and community-acquired pneumonia,as well as the incidence of infection caused by drug-resistant bacteria.Staphylococcus sp.,Streptococcus sp.and Enterococcus sp.were the most common pathogens inducing infection of the respiratory system, among which Streptococcus ranked the first.Streptococcus pneumoniae is still the most common pathogen causing respiratory infection.Recently, infection produced by penicillin-resistant strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae became more and more prevalent, leading to frequent failure in treatment.Regarding to Staphylococcus aureus, the methicillin-resistant strains (MRSA) account for approximately 60% of the pathogens inducing hospital-acquired infections, and what is worse, such a tendency is spreading to community, while the features of community-acquired MRSA infections (CA-MRSA) are very different from that of hospital-acquired MRSA infections (HA-MRSA).The purpose of present article is mainly to summarize the advances in diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus.
8.Clinical use and limitation of neuronavigation system-a report of 58 cases
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objective:To discuss the effects and limitation of neuronavigation system in neurosurgical operations.Methods:58 cases surgically treated with Stealth Station 4.1 Neuronavigation System were analysed, including 52 cases of intracranial tumor,4 cases of cerebral vascular malformations and 2 cases of intracerebral abscess. The locations of lesion included superficial part of hemisphere (24 cases),deep part of hemisphere (21 cases),skull base (8 cases),cerebellum (2 cases) and brain stem (3 cases). Results:Among 58 cases, total removal of the lesion was performed on 45 cases, comprising 77.6%,subtotal removal on 5,comprising 8.6%,most removal on 2%,comprising 3.4% and partial removal on 6%, comprising 10.3%.Postoperative neurological functions were improved or remained unchanged in 52 cases while they were worsened in 5 cases, and 1 patient died. Conclusion:Neuronavigation system is safe and helpful for improving accuracy of neurosurgical operations and increasing total removal of lesions, and it can be used widely in neurosurgery. However,it can't avoid intraoperative brain shift. The effects of navigation system in different neurosurgical operations are evaluated.

0.05). CONCLUSION:3M Ketac Molar ultrahard glass ionomer cement is a good substitute for silver amalgam as the filling material for dental cavities, for not only can it repair dental facial defects, but also make teeth good-looking and prevent dental caries.
10.Advances in the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(3):223-226
Duchenne muscular dystrophies is a deadly disease caused by genetic defect in the skeletal muscle system, and there is no complete cure so far.For a long time, the scholars at home and abroad have made unremitting efforts for its treatment research, and made some great progresses. This paper summarizes the related literatures in recent years. The Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatment methods and progresses are reviewed in this review.
