1."Postauricular ""revolving door"" flap in one stage reconstruction of concha defect"
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2012;18(4):251-253
Objective To study the technique of using the postauricular revolving door island flap in one-stage reconstruction of concha defect and its efficacy. Methods Fifteen cases of concha de fect were repaired by the postauricular revolving door island flap in one stage reconstruction from 2000-2010.The maximum size of defect was 2.7 cm× 3.0 cm,and the minimum was 1.0 cm×1.3 cm.Results All the island flaps were survived postoperatively, and satisfactory in auricular appearances of all patients by 6 months to 5 years follow-up.Conclusions The revolving door island flaps with abundant blood supply are transferred to reach the auricular defect, which match normal auricular tissue in contour, color, and texture. This flap on the retroauricular area is relatively concealed, and it therefore can be one of the best procedures for repair of the auricular defects, especially concha.
2.Advance in Diagnosis and Treatment of Complex Regional Pain Syndromes (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(3):247-249
Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a neuropathic pain disorder, characterized by persistent and severe pain after trauma or surgery. Diagnosis is mainly based on clinical signs and treatment is based on a multidisciplinary approaches, including non-pharmacological approaches and occupational therapy, pharmacotherapy and invasive therapeutics. This article reviewed the current advice of diagnosis and treatment of CRPS.

5.Treatment progress of young patients with high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(9):566-569
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common adult lymphoid malignancy accounting for 30 %-40 % of all non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).Young patients with high-risk DLBCL as a special group with poor clinical prognosis still can not receive standard treatment protocols in clinical practice at present.Conventional chemotherapy, combination of rituximab (R) to conventional CHOP chemotherapy, R-CHOP-like protocol, high-dose chemotherapy and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation have not fully reversed the poor prognosis. This review focuses on the recent advances and future direction in the treatment of the young patients with high-risk DLBCL.
6.Significance of magnetic resonance imaging on treatment management of rectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2015;14(6):449-451
An ideal assessment is an essential aspectfor patients with rectal cancer in personal treatment management and prognosis prediction.Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) plays a central role in this process.High-resolution MRI can be used to accurately measure the depth of extramural rectal cancer spread.Therefore,high-resolution MRI can define the tumor category of rectal cancer in accordance with American Joint Committee on Cancer/Union for International Cancer Control (AJCC/UICC).MRI can detect the extramural venous invasion that has been demonstrated as an independently predicting factor for prognosis and survival of patients. In addition,MRI defines the tumor and relevant anatomy, providing the most detail on treatment choice.
7.Study on Quality Control of Lovastatin Sustained-release Tablets
China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the quality control of Lovastatin sustained-release tablets METHODS:The various factors affecting in vitro dissolution were investigated The content of Lovastatin in sustained-release tablets was detected with UV-spectrophotomery RESULTS:The calibration curves of lovastatin was linear from 1 77~10 62?g/ml;The contents of tablets were between 95%~105% It kept releasing for 24h in sodium lauryl sulfate solution at pH=7 0 The releasing rule fitted zero degree dynamic equation and Higuchi equation CONCLUSION:The determination method is simple, accurate and repeatable The method can be used for quality control of Lovastatin Sustained-release tablets
8.Research on the effects and side effects of the over-dose chemotherapy to VX2 hepatocarcinoma rabbits with mdr1 gene transferring bone marrow transplantation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:In the study, multidrug resistance gene 1(mdr1) was transferred into the bone marrow mononuclear cells which were autotransplanted into rabbits with VX2 hepatocarcinoma. In chemotherapy experiment with adriamycin, the bone marrow protection of mdr1 gene, curative effects and side effects to heart of over dosage chemotherapy were observed. Methods: The bone marrow mononuclear cells transferred with mdr1 gene were autotransplanted into rabbits with VX2 hepatocarcinoma. After chemotherapy with adriamycin, the peripheral white blood cells count, the growth and metastasis of VX2 hepatocarcinoma and cardiac function were detected.Meanwhile, the bone marrow protection of mdr1 gene, the curative effects to VX2 hepatocarcinoma and lesions to heart of over-dosage chemotherapy were evaluated. Results:The mdr1 gene was implanted into the bone marrow after the mdr1-transferred bone marrow mononuclear cells had been autotransplanted into rabbits with VX2 hepatocarcinoma. After over-dose chemotherapy with adriamycin, the rabbits in mdr1-transferring group could be survival after treated with 3-fold dosage chemotherapy, and the white blood cell count in peripheral blood was(4.26?1.03)?109/L.Meanwhile,the tumor cells were killed effectively, and the survival time were improved compare to that of control group(P
9.Application of residual grey model(1,1) to the prediction of tuberculosis prevalence
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To discuss the application of residual Grey Model(1,1) in the time series data to set up the prediction model for Tuberculosis prevalence. Methods:Grey Model(1,1)was set up by using the material on Tuberculosis prevalence collected by Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment Institute of Chongqing city from 1993 to 2003,and then used to predict the Tuberculosis prevalence of 2004.Results:The residual Grey Model(1,1)is ■(1)(k+1)=89.5776e0.0392k-85.0913+?(k-1)1.6435e-0.3068k,the relative error values of predictive value for 1993 to 2003 were all less than 0.05,and the degree of grey incidence was bigger than 0.6,and the little error probability was bigger than 0.8;The predictive prevalence value in 2004 was 5.2942 per 100 thousands, the relative error was 0.0461 and the modified one was 0.0121.Conclusion:The residual grey model(1,1) had a good fitness and can be used to predict tuberculosis prevalence with high prediction precision in short-term time series.
10.Clinic investigation of pseudoaneurysm
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To improve diagnosis and therapy of pseudoaneurysm by retrospectively discussing and analyzing of patients with pseudoaneurysm. Methods:The curative effects in 30 patients with pseudoaneurysm from 2003 to 2006 treated in our department were retrospectively addictive drugs and iatrogenic false.Femoral artery were constantly injuryed position.30 clinical cases were treated by surgical operations. The surgical treatment methods included pseudoaneurysm resection and arterial ligation in 9 cases, arterial suture in 3 cases, pseudoaneurysm resection and arterial suture in 15 cases, pseudoaneurysm resection and artificial vascular or autogenous saphenous vein bypass grafting in 3 cases. Conclusion:Pseudoaneurysm could be successfully cured after accurate diagnosis and proper surgical therapy.
