1.The diagnostic value of indirect magnetic resonance arthrography in detecting meniscal tears of the knees
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(02):-
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of indirect magnetic resonance(MR) arthrography in detecting meniscus tears of the knees. Methods Routine plain MR of the knees followed by indirect MR arthrography was performed in 56 knees with suspected meniscal tears clinically. All cases had subsequently arthroscopic examination or operation. The sensitivity and diagnostic accordance of routine plain MR and indirect MR arthrography were compared based on the result of arthroscopic examination or operation. Results The signal intensity in the area of meniscal tears on image of indirect MR arthrography was obviously higher than that of routine plain MR.The diagnostic accordance rate of indirect MR arthrography was 78.67% while the routine plain MR was 52.20%,and the difference was statistically significant(?~2=21.066,P
2.Correlation between drug effects and serum HPLC fingerprint of active compositions of Radix paeoniae alba and Radix et Rhizowa Glycyrrhizae
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM: To study the correlation between the drug effects and serum HPLC fingerprint from active compositions of Radix paeoniae alba and Radix et Rhizowa Glycyrrhizae. METHODS: Orthogonal design of L_9(3~4) of the different combinations of three active compositions of paeoniflorin, glycyrrhiza flavoues and Glycyrrhizic acid were prepared, antalgic pharmacological experiments of mice were carried out.The fingerprints of the serum were tested by HPLC method and different chromatographic peaks were obtained.Correlation analysis was applied to interelationship between the area of each peaks and the pharmacologic data. RESULTS: Correlation coefficients were different between pear areas and analgetic coffec. CONCLUSION: This study provides a significant try of investigating the compatibility of composite herbal medicines.
3.Study on effect of naringenin in inhibiting migration and invasion of breast cancer cells and its molecular mechanism.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(6):1144-1150
OBJECTIVETo study the effect of nadroparin in the migration of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 and its action mechanism.
METHODThe MTT test was adopted to observe the effect of different concentrations of naringenin on the growth capacity of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. Wound healing and transwell experiment analysis were conducted to detect the effect of naringenin on the migration of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. Western blotting was adopted to investigate the effect of naringenin on protein expressions of MDA-MB-231 cell Integrin β3, β1 and matrix metalloproteinase MMP-2 and MMP-9. The computer virtual docking technique was used to evaluate the combining capacity of naringenin and Integrin β3 in vitro.
RESULTNaringenin inhibited the migration of MDA-MB-231 cells in a dose-dependent manner. In wound healing and transwell experiments, with the increase in the concentration of naringenin, the number of migrant MDA-MB-231 cells and the invasion capacity of breast cancer cells decreased. Naringenin could inhibit the protein expression of Integrin β3 in a dose-dependent manner, but with unobvious effect on expression of Integrin β1. Besides, naringenin could significantly inhibit the protein expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9. The results of the computer virtual docking showed a negative value in the combining capacity between naringenin and Integrin β3, indicating the high affinity between them.
CONCLUSIONNaringenin can inhibit the growth capacity of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 and block the migration and invasion of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. Its mechanism is to down-regulate MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions after combining with Integrin β3.

6.Developments in chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(09):-
Surgical resection has been accepted as a radical therapy for patients with colorectal cancer, but most of them will develop regional recurrence or distant metastasis. With the development and improvement of novel drugs and methods, they will bring survival hope to patients. In this article, we review the developments in chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2011;31(4):432-434
Objective To examine the distribution of flurbiprofen axetil in cerebral-spinal fluid (CSF) by determining the CSF concentration of flurbiprofen after iv administration. Methods Seventy-two ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients of both sexes aged 18-75 yr weighing 54-82 kg undergoing spinal or combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for lower extremity or lower abdominal surgery were studied. Flurbiprofen axetil 1 mg/kg was injected intravenously.CSF 2 ml and venous blood 3 ml were obtained simultaneously every 5 min after iv injection for 45 min (T1-9 ) for determination of flurbiprofen concentration using high performance liquid chromatography, and the CSF/blood flurbiprofen concentration ratio was caculated. Results Flurbiprofen was not detected in CSF at T1,2 after iv injection in 3 and 4 patients. The CSF flurbiprofen concentration was significantly higher at T4-9, and CSF/blood flubiprofen concentration ratio higher at T5-9 than at T3 ( P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in CSF flurbiprofen concentrations among T4-9 ( P > 0.05 ) Conclusion Flurbiprofen is detected in CSF after iv injection, the CSF flurbiprofen concentration peaks at 20 min after iv injection and it lasts until 45 min after iv injection.

9.Removal of venous thrombus by Fogarty ballon catheter at different time
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To determine the collagen deposition in adventitia of venous wall and the influence of removal venous thrombus by Fogarty balloon catheter on venous wall at different time. Methods The collagen deposition in adventitia of venous wall in inferior vena caval thrombosis in rats, and the injury of venous wall caused by Fogarty balloon catheter removal of thrombus at different time were observed. Results Collagen deposition in adventitia of venous wall increased with time. The peak of collagen deposition was 10 days after thrombus formation, which was significantly different from the control group (P

Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To assess the value of myelography and CTM for the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 200 patients diagnosed as lumbar disc heriniation based on clinical findings were reported. They were all examined with myelography and CTM prior to operation. Results Based on the operative findings the accuracy was 86% in myelography and 98.5% in CTM.Conclusion CTM is more accurate than myelography in the diagnosis of lumbar disk heriniation.
