1."Postauricular ""revolving door"" flap in one stage reconstruction of concha defect"
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2012;18(4):251-253
Objective To study the technique of using the postauricular revolving door island flap in one-stage reconstruction of concha defect and its efficacy. Methods Fifteen cases of concha de fect were repaired by the postauricular revolving door island flap in one stage reconstruction from 2000-2010.The maximum size of defect was 2.7 cm× 3.0 cm,and the minimum was 1.0 cm×1.3 cm.Results All the island flaps were survived postoperatively, and satisfactory in auricular appearances of all patients by 6 months to 5 years follow-up.Conclusions The revolving door island flaps with abundant blood supply are transferred to reach the auricular defect, which match normal auricular tissue in contour, color, and texture. This flap on the retroauricular area is relatively concealed, and it therefore can be one of the best procedures for repair of the auricular defects, especially concha.

5.Clinical observation of ginkgo dipyridolum injection for treatment of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(7):1254-1255
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of ginkgo dipyridolum injection for treatment of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 192 patients were divided into two groups, 96each: treated group and control group. Treated group patients was treated with ginkgo dipyridolum injection to intravenous drip, The control group patients was treated witht taushin injection. 2 weeks were 1 course. To observe and analyse the score、the clinical curative effect of dysneuria, the side effects after use the medicine. Results The clinical effective rate with ginkgo dipyridolum injection was 93.7%, the control group' s was 77.1%. The differences in the clinical effective rate between treated group and control group were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions It is safe and has good effect to treat acute cerebral infarction with ginkgo dipyridolum injection. The clinical curative effect of ginkgo dipyridolum is better than tanshin injection's.
6.Study of the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus infection and abnormal activation of B-lymphocytes in systemic lupus erythematosus
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2009;13(6):394-396
Objective To investigate the role of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) infection on the abnormal activation of peripheral B-iymphocytes of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients, and the relationship between EBV infection and the abnormal activation of B-lymphocytes and SLE activity is explored. Methods BamH I-W genome in EBV DNA of 52 SLE patients and 23 controls were examined by PCR-Southern blotting. The level of ANA and EBV VCA-IgM in sera was measured by ELISA. The expression of CD19+ and expression rate of CD19+ and CD23+/CD19+ in EBV-positive SLE patients was higher than that of EBV-negative patients. Meanwhile, the fluorescence signal of CD23 in B cell of EBV-positive SLE patients was stronger than that of EBV-negative ones. Conclusion EBV infection may be related to abnormal activation of B-lymphocytes.EBV may infect and activate B-lymphocytes by up regulating the expression of CD23 of B-lymphocytes. The abnormal activation of B-lymphoeytes is associated with SLE activity.
7.Movement cecum syndrom diagnose and treetment
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(9):1484-1485
Objective To evaluate the diagnose and operation about the movement cecum syndrome. Methods To analyse clinical manifestations and what finned by operation of the movement cecum syndrom 16 cases,to summarize the issues of diagnose. To use a new operation method-accending colo, cecum shorten treates the movement cecum syndrome, observing the result of the treatment. Results 1 case was used with appendectomy,2 cases was treated with appendectomy and cecum fixxing, clinical manifestation do not disappear.13 cases was treated with appendectomy and accending colo、cecum, clinical manifestation disappear, the weight added.Result of the treament is good. Conclusion appendectomy colo, cecum shorten is a good methed for treating movement cecum syndrom.
