Objective To construct an effective network machine room (NMR) in hospital. Methods According to Computer Room Design Standard (GB50174-93), the NMR of XiJing hospital was designed and configured in reason with special equipment in such aspects as fitment, power distribution, air conditioning, monitoring, lightning proof, etc. Results The improvement of network machine running condition provided better support to network equipment and ensured the nicety and reliability of the database of XiJing hospital. Conclusion The project attains the anticipated effect. Network equipment running in well environment is the precondition of stabilization of the whole network system in hospital.

A new method for the determination of peptide antibiotics in sediment from aquaculture environment by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. The target analytes in sediments were ultrasonically extracted twice with citrate buffer solution and methol mixture (3∶ 4, V/ V), followed by complexation with 0. 5 g of Na2 EDTA, purification with 5 mL of methyl isobutyl ketone, and clean-up with HLB-SPE column. The analytes were separated on a MGII C18 column by gradient elution with 0. 1% formaic acid-0. 1% formaic acid acetonitrile as mobile phase, detected in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) with electrospray ionization (ESI) under positive ion mode, and quantified by external standard method. The calibration curves were linear (R2 >0. 999) over a concentration range of 10 -10000μg / L for colistin and bacitracin and 4-4000 μg / L for virginiamycin M1 . The limits of detection (S / N = 3) were 5 μg / kg for colistin and bacitracin and 2 μg / kg for virginiamycin M1 . The limits of quantification (S / N=10) was 10 μg / kg for colistin and bacitracin and 4 μg / kg for virginiamycin M1 . At three spiked levels, the recoveries ranged from 79. 7% to 91. 6% (RSD=1. 9% -10. 8% ), showing high sensitivity, good reproducibility and wide applicability.

This thesis introduced the situation of the pharmacy administration undergraduate course construction of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. Objective To study the effect of calcium gluconate oral solution combined with psychological intervention on preventing the advertise reaction in blood donation by plateletpheresis.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 114 cases were collected in Shaoxing downtown blood bank, and were divided into the control group and the experimental group 57 cases in each group.In the blood collection process, the control group were not given any treatment, the experimental group was given calcium gluconate oral liquid combined with psychological intervention.The total incidence adverse reactions and SAS scores in the two groups was compared.Results Before blood donation, Before blood donation, SAS scores in the two groups has no statistically significance.After blood donation, the SAS scores and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences in the two groups were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium gluconate oral liquid combined with psychological intervention can prevent the adverse reactions in the process of blood donation by plateletpheresis, which is worthy of promotion in the process of plateletpheresis.

Objective To explore the acute effects of nickel in air PM2.5 on the cardiovascular system of rats.Methods The air PM2.5 of nickel-contaminated area and control area were collected and determined for some major metal elements.42 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 groups,6 rats in each,the rats were instilled through trachea with saline,PM2.5 suspension of nickel-contaminated area and the control area respectively,at different doses(low,moderate and high dose).24 hours later,all the rats were killed for the determination of sVCAM-1 in the blood and MCP-1 in the myocardial tissue.Results The concentration of nickel in the air PM2.5 of nickel-contaminated area was found to be about 50 times higher than that in the control area.A good dose-response relationship was found in MCP-1 determination of the heart tissue in nickel-contaminated groups,and there were significant differences between nickel-contaminated area group and other groups(P﹤0.05).As for the sVCAM-1 in the serum,it was significant higher in the nickel-contaminated group and control group than the saline control group(P﹤0.05).Among the groups of nickel-contaminated area and control area,significant differences were found between the moderate and high dose groups.Conclusion The air PM2.5 from nickel-contaminated area has an obvious effect on the MCP-1 and sVCAM-1 of rats,the nickel in the air PM2.5 is likely the main contributing factor.

Objective:To explore the relationship between social support,well-being source and subjective well-being of city teachers.Methods:168 city teachers were measured by questionnaires of "Teacher's Well-being Source Scale" "Index of General Affect" "Life Satisfaction Scale" and "Teacher's Social Support Scale".Results:①Teacher's well-being source could predict teacher's subjective well-being.②Teacher's well-being source was a mediator factor between social support and subjective well-being.Conclusion:The social support from direct leader affect the subjective well-being with well-being source.

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of hyperplastic nonunion of the tibia with interlocking intramedullary nailing,fascia pedicled callus flap and bone grafting.[Method]Twelve cases of nonunion of the tibia were treated with intramedullary interlocking nailing,fascia pedicled callus flap and bone grafting,and there were 8 males and 4 females.The patients age ranged from 26 to 64 years,with an average of 45 years.[Result]All cases were followed-up for an average of 48 months and achieved a solid union within 4～6 months.[Conclusion]Intramedullary interlocking nailing,fascia pedicled callus flap and bone grafting have the design of the reasonable biomechanics,the function of untispinning and unticurtailing,less partial blood decompose.The fascia pedicled callus flap and iliac bone grafting could result in solid union and it is a recomment method for promoting bone-healing up after grafting and forming.
