Objective To observe the effect of Huoxue Kuanxiong decoction on symptoms and Electrocardiogram changes of angina coronary artery disease.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Huoxue Kuanxiong decoction,with one preparation daily for twice uses.Patients in the control group were treated by Isosorbide Mononitrate,20mg,12Qh.The therapeutic course for both groups was four weeks.Results In the treatment group,the distinct effective rate and the total effective rate were 20.0%and 86.7%respectively for angina coronary artery disease,and 16.7% and 76.7% respectively for electrocardiogram.In the control group,The distinct effective rate and the total effective rate were 16.7% and 53.3% respectively for angina coronary artery disease.and 13.3% and 46.7% respectively for electrocardiogram.Conclusion Huoxue Kuanxiong decoction is effective to the patients of angina coronary arterary disease.

Objective: To study the main components of polyphenols from the root of Adina rubelle Hance.Methods: Water extract from the root of Adina rubelle Hance was extracted with acetic ester,then separated by silicage column with differentiation by thin-layer chromatography.Thirdly,the purified fraction was analyzed by GC-MS.Results: Two components were purified,they were catechins compounds.Conclusion: Polyphenols from the root of Adina rubelle Hance were mainly consisted of catechins.

Objective To explore the mental-behavior characteristics in serious internet game addicts.Methods To investigate internet addiction questionnaire, EPQ, social support questionnaire, purpose in life test and sensation seeking scale in 30 serious internet game addicts ( age from 16 ～ 25 years) and 43 non-addicts.Results Internet addicts have obviously lower social support questionnaire score, subjective support score, purpose in life test score and sensation seeking TAS score than non-addicts( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ). Objective support score, the use score for social support and sensation seeking score can forecast the internet addiction extent of the internet addict group. Internet addicts have obviously lower L score of EPQ than non-addicts ( P<0.01 ). There is the negative correlation between N score of the internet addicts and sensation seeking score( r=-0. 452, P<0.05). Conclusions Serious internet game addicts have the metal characteristics of low social support, low purpose in life and low adventure; sensation seeking and social support scale have prognosticative function for internet addiction degree; serious internet game addicts of low N score have high sensation seeking characteristic.

Sepsis is one of the serious illnesses leading to high mortality in ICU.Some animal experiments and clinical trails show that target temperature management has a protective effect on target organ function in sepsis,but the optimal timing,length of targeted temperature managment continued,intervention measures,and optimal target temperature obtained in sepsis remains in the great controversy.Whether the patients with sepsis would be truly benefited from the body temperature management is still worthy issue for further study.The aim of this article reviews is to trace the recent research progress on the body temperature management in sepsis.

ObjectiveTo establish a method for rapid identification of bloodstain age.MethodsUnder laboratory conditions(20 ℃, 25 ℃and 30 ℃), an integrating sphere ISR-240A was used as a reflection accessory on an UV-2450 UV-vis spectrophotometer, and a standard white board of BaSO4 was used as reference, the reflection spectrums of bloodstain from human ears’venous blood were measured at regu-lar intervals. The reflection radiosR541 andR577 at a specific wavelength were collected and the value of R541/R577 was calculated. The linear fitting and regression analysis were done by SPSS 17.0.ResultsThe results of regression analysis showed thatR2 of the ratios of bloodstain age to UV visible reflectivity in specific wavelengths were larger than 0.8 within 8 hours and under certain circumstances. The regression equation was established. The bloodstain age had significant correlation with the value ofR541/R577.Con-clusionThe method of inspection is simple, rapid and nondestructive with a good reliability, and can be used to identify the bloodstain age within 8 hours elapsed-time standards under laboratory conditions.

OBJECTIVE:Preparation of levofloxacin eyedrops METHODS:Levofloxacin eyedrops was prepared with benzalkonium as bacteriostat,NaCl as osmotic-pressure regulating agent and PVP as thickener The content was determined with HPLC and the stability was observed in the range of 60℃～90℃ with 5℃ as a gradient RESULTS:Both the within-day and between-day RSDs were less than 3% The expected period of validity would be 1 5 years Irritation test showed that this preparation was not irritant to rabbit's eyes The preparation met the criterion in Chinese Pharmacopeia CONCLUSION:The Levofloxacin eyedrops is stable in quality

The age?standardized death rate based on the population census in 2000 was used to describe the trend of suicide over years. This study also described the epidemiological characteristics of suicide death and the demographic characteristics, suicide methods and severity of patients who sought medical help after committing suicide or self?inflicted injury in 2016. Results Age?standardized suicide mortality had been declining from 9.23/100 000 in 2006 to 5.33/100 000 in 2016 by 42.25%. Suicide mortality increased with age. In 2016, the suicide mortality in China was 7.05/100 000, and among people over 85 years old was 49.49/100 000. In 2016, the dominant two suicide methods were poisoning (39.12%) and sharp injury (25.62%). The first leading method of suicide in rural population, urban population and young people aged 10?to 17?year?old was poisoning (65.13%), sharp injury (29.90%) and fall (25.47%), respectively. As age increased, the severity of suicide/self?inflicted injury increased. The proportions of serious cases among young people aged 10?to 17?year?old and older people aged 60 years old and above who sought medical help after committing suicide or self?inflicted injury were 4.88% and 26.86%, respectively. Conclusion China's suicide mortality has been declining and special attention should be given to the suicide of old people.

Objective To analyze and discuss the expression of serum polymyositis‐scleroderma(PM‐Scl) antibody and its clinical significance in patients with systemic scleroderma(SSc) .Methods 315 hospitalized patients diagnosed with scleroderma by typical clinical manifestations or skin pathology from 2009 to 2012 were enrolled in the study .All patients were grouped into PM‐Scl antibody positive(PM‐Scl + ) group(90 cases) ,Scl‐70 antibody positive(Scl‐70+ ) group(70 cases) ,anti‐centromere antibody positive( ACA+ ) group(75 cases) and antibody negative group(80 cases) according to autoantibody spectrum .The severity of skin and visceral damage among all the groups were analyzed and compared .Results Patients in PM‐Scl+ group were characterized with different clinical manifestations .Compared with the other 3 groups ,the incidence of myositis in PM‐Scl+ group was significantly higher( all P< 0 .05) ;patients in Scl‐70+ group had higher incidence of visceral organ damage than PM‐Scl+ group(all P < 0 .05) .The incidence of skin lesions ,Raynaud′s phenomenon and capillary expansion in ACA+ group were higher than that of PM‐Scl+ ,while the incidence of interstitial lung disease ,heart disease and kidney disease were lower(all P< 0 .05) .Conclusion It is helpful for clinicists′ further understanding of common autoantibodies in Ssc patients and making correct assessment of the disease through analyzing the expression of PM‐Scl antibody .
