2.Implicit Attitude-difference Towards Parents and Gender Dissociation in College Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(05):-
Objective: Using the implicit association test to examine the implicit attitude-difference of Chinese students towards their father and mother. Methods: The experiment followed the standard paradigm of IAT.77 college students(43 women,34 men) participated the research. Results: The results indicated that there were implicit attitude-differences held by Chinese students towards their father and mother.Besides, gender dissociation existed. Conclusion: There is implicit attitude-difference in Chinese students towards their father and mother.
3.Curative efifcacy of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery and its effects on serum TIgE, ECP and inlfammatory factors in patients with chronic sinusitis
China Journal of Endoscopy 2017;23(2):21-25
Objective To observe and analyze curative efficacy of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery and its effects on serum TIgE, ECP and inlfammatory factors in patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods 90 patients with chronic sinusitis who received therapy in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were collected as research objects to be randomly divided into the control group and the observation group equally. The control group was given endoscopic sinus surgery, and the observation group was given Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery. Then, visual analogue scale (VAS) was applied to assess the severity of subjective symptoms of the disease. Three months after the surgery, the curative efifcacy, scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) relfecting clinical symptoms, levels of serum TIgE, ECP and inlfammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results All patients undergone successful surgery. The observation group had a total therapeutic efifciency ratio of 95.6%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of 82.2% in the control group (P < 0.05). In comparison with the control group, the observation group had lower VAS scores of nasal discharge, nasal obstruction, cheek pain, headache, hyposmia [(1.84 ± 0.89) vs (3.12 ± 1.03) points, (1.87 ± 0.81) vs (2.55 ± 1.14) points, (1.24 ± 0.86) vs (1.88 ± 0.79) points, (1.15 ± 0.54) vs (1.97 ± 0.83) points, (1.84 ± 0.73) vs (2.18 ± 0.84) points], lower levels of serum TIgE, ECP [(58.62 ± 7.36) vs (64.39 ± 7.18) kU/L, (4.25 ± 0.84) vs (5.01 ± 1.07) ng/L)] and inflammatory factors of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 [(1.27 ± 0.46) vs (2.62 ± 0.53) ng/ml, (5.13 ± 1.24) vs (9.54 ± 2.23) pg/ml, (282.63 ± 32.42) vs (315.84 ± 35.89) ng/L)] with statistical differences (allP < 0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery is effective for chronic sinusitis, which can signiifcantly relieve clinical symptoms, reduce levels of serum TIgE, ECP and alleviate inlfammatory reaction.
4.High intensity focused ultrasound for cancer treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(8):584-587
This article introduces the mechanisms and clinical implications of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of malignant tumor, and discusses the efficacy, limitations, and prospects of this technology. Dispite the recent advances, the clinical application of HIFU is still limited. Multiple trials are currently underway worldwide to determine its efficacy.

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2017;44(6):487-490,499
Hyperuricemia(HUA),which can induce oxidative stress, endothelial dysfunction, and inflammation,is closely relevant to the metabolic syndrome(MS),such as obesity, impaired fasting blood glucose,hyper-triglyceridemia,and hypertension. Moreover,HUA is of reciprocal causation with insulin resistance(IR). Here, for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases such as HUA and MS,the interaction and the regulatory mechanism between MS and HUA are summarized, and the situation that HUA is an important complication of MS is illustrated.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(1):47-50
Clostridium difficile( C. difficile)is a major nosocomial infection pathogen and the principal causative agent of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. The toxigenic C. difficile strains cause colonic injury and inflammation mainly by secreting enterotoxin A( TcdA)and cytotoxin B( TcdB). The severity of C. difficile associated disease( CDAD)is correlated to the toxin level during host infection. However, the toxigenic capacity of C. difficile varies widely among strains, which correlates with the gene regulation involved during toxin production. This article reviewed the regulatory mechanism of C. difficile toxin-associated pathogenic gene and anti-toxin treatment.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2003;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the prevalence of systemic fungal infection in patients at auto-psy and its association with clinical data. Methods The materials from unselected adult patients were exa-mined at necropsy in our hospital from1971to2000,and the fungal species were identified by their mor-phologies in pathology. The clinical and pathological data were compared. Results The rate of fungal infec-tion was7.8%(31/396)among396cases.Seventeen(54.8%)of the31cases were infected with as-pergillus.The frequencies of organs involved with fungal infection were83.87%in lungs,48.39%in kid-neys,35.48%in brain and29.03%in heart, respectively. The fungal infection attributed directly to death in21cases.Conclusion Systemic fungal infection is one of the most common fatal causes among the critically ill patients, and aspergillosis becomes a major pathogenic fungus for patients with systemic fungal infection at autopsy.
