1.On the Ethical Principles in Nursing Management
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
With the development of holistic nursing care and the deepening study of nursing management,it is necessary for us to introduce related ethical principles into nursing management. The most important ethic principles that should comply with nursing management include humanism principle, justice principle and harmony principle.
2.Ethic Analysis on the Current Situation of Nursing Human Resource Allocation in Shanghai
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
This article collects data of nursing staff from 34 hospitals in Shanghai by on-spot interview which could reflects the current situation of nursing human resource allocation there. The result shows a shortage of nurse staff'.Most of them are female and youthful, with lower diploma and lower job title.By analyzing the equity of allocation, the accessibility of health service and the rationality of staff structure,we give some advices that the government should allocate the nursing human resource rationally to insure the quality of nursing care and maintain the stableness of nursing staff team.
3.Retrospective Study on Relationship between TCM Type of Syndromes and Replication of Virus in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
blood stasis vessel obstruction syndrome among all cases, occupying 40.91%,31.31% and 13.89% respectively;the groups of damp-heat of liver and gall and stagnation of the liver Qi and deficiency of the spleen have very active replication of virus;however, insufficiency of both the spleen and the kidney are in lower-lever replication.[Conclusion]There is significant correlation between damp-heat of liver and gall and stagnation of the liver Qi and deficiency of the spleen and activity replication of HBV.In Chronic Hepatitis B,the dampness has a close relation with HBV.

Objective To analyze the complication rates in 210 patients undergoing transrectal ultrasound-guided 24-core transperineal prostate biopsy. Methods Clinical data of 210 patients who underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided 24-core transperineal prostate biopsy from 2010 to 2012 were collected.A retrospective analysis of complications after prostate biopsy was conducted. Results The main postoperative complications were hematuria, bloody stool, dysuria, urinary retention, fever (>38℃),urinary infection, vasovagal syncope, and their complication rates were 43.3 % (91/210),10.9% (23/210),23.3% (49/210),25.2% (53/210),14.8% (31/210),21.9% (46/210),0.48% (1/210) respectively. In addition,5 patients (2.5%) were hospitalized due to biopsy related complications. Conclusions Transrectal ultrasound guided 24-core transperineal prostate biopsy is an relatively safe and effective puncture method with common minor complications and less severe complications.Adequate attentions should be paid to its complications.

China Pharmacist 2014;(12):2063-2066
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Atractylodes lancea in northwest of Hubei province to provide the basis for the quality control and variety identification of Atractylodes lancea. Methods:The fingerprints were detected by HPLC. The separa-tion was achieved on a Diamonsil 2# C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column at 30℃ using acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 340nm. Results: There were 13 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of 14 batches of Atractylodes lancea with promising separation. According to the results of clustering a-nalysis,Atractylodes lancea in northwest of Hubei province was clustered into two categories. Conclusion:A simple, feasible and relia-ble method is provided for the quality control of Atractylodes lancea.

Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of semi-bionic extraction for Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Methods:The best extraction conditions of the semi-bionic extraction for Gardenia jasminoides Ellis was screened by uniform design with yield of geniposide, total iridoid glycosides and dry extract as the indices. Results:The optimal conditions were as follows:the pH value of wa-ter for the lst, 2nd and 3rd decoction was 2. 0, 6. 5 and 9. 0, respectively, and the extraction time was 2. 0, 1. 0 and 1. 0h according-ly. Conclusion:The optimized extraction conditions by uniform design is scientific and reasonable.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a microbial limit test method for povidone iodine solution.METHODS:Validation on methodology of the microbial limit test of povidone iodine solution was performed using plating method(Ⅰ),culture agent dilution method(Ⅱ),membrane-filter procedure method(Ⅲ)and sodium thiosulfate neutralization in combination with membrane-filter procedure method(Ⅳ).RESULTS:The recovery rates of all of the test organisms in method Ⅰ and method Ⅱ approached zero, less than 70% in method Ⅲ but above 85% in method Ⅳ.The growth of the control bacteria was abnormal in method Ⅱand method Ⅲ,but normal in method Ⅳ.CONCLUSION:It is advisable to adopt the method Ⅳ for microbial limit test of povidone iodine solution.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2017;33(6):895-897
Objective To investigate the effect of HP1γ on the development of ovarian cancer. Methods RT-qPCR was used to deteched the level of HP1γin ovarian cancer samples. The proliferation of A2780 and SKOV3 cell line was detected by CCK8 assay. RNAi was used to knock down the expression of HP1γ mRNA. Results The level of HP1γwas higher in ovarian cancer than that in the normal tissue. Mir-30b may inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell. Conclusion HP1γpromotes the proliferation and progress of ovarian cancer cells.
10.Fluorescence in situ hybridization for detection of bladder cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(7):488-491
Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a kind of technique that uses fluoreseently la-beled DNA probes to assess cells for genetic alterations. UroVysion is a technique that uses FISH to detect bladder cancer in the voided urine by four fluorescently labeled DNA probes to the pericentromeric regions of chromosomes 3 ( CEP3 ) ,7 (CEPT), and 17 (CEP17) and to the 9p21 locus ( LSI 9p21 ) location of the p16 tumor suppressor gene. It is reported that sensitivity of FISH was higher than cytology for the detection of all stages and grades of bladder cancer. FDA has approved UroVysion for the detection of recurrent bladder cancer in voided urine specimens from patients with a history of bladder cancer in the year 2001 and from pa-tients with gross or microscopic hematuria but no previous history of bladder cancer in the year 2005. Fur-thermore, UroVysion can benefit the assessment of bladder cancer patients receiving BCG treatment.
