With the development of holistic nursing care and the deepening study of nursing management,it is necessary for us to introduce related ethical principles into nursing management.The most important ethic principles that should comply with nursing management include humanism principle,justice principle and harmony principle.

This article collects data of nursing staff from 34 hospitals in Shanghai by on-spot interview which could reflects the current situation of nursing human resource allocation there.The result shows a shortage of nurse staff'.Most of them are female and youthful,with lower diploma and lower job title.By analyzing the equity of allocation,the accessibility of health service and the rationality of staff structure,we give some advices that the government should allocate the nursing human resource rationally to insure the quality of nursing care and maintain the stableness of nursing staff team.

Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of semi-bionic extraction for Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Methods:The best extraction conditions of the semi-bionic extraction for Gardenia jasminoides Ellis was screened by uniform design with yield of geniposide, total iridoid glycosides and dry extract as the indices. Results:The optimal conditions were as follows:the pH value of wa-ter for the lst, 2nd and 3rd decoction was 2. 0, 6. 5 and 9. 0, respectively, and the extraction time was 2. 0, 1. 0 and 1. 0h according-ly. Conclusion:The optimized extraction conditions by uniform design is scientific and reasonable.

Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Atractylodes lancea in northwest of Hubei province to provide the basis for the quality control and variety identification of Atractylodes lancea. Methods:The fingerprints were detected by HPLC. The separa-tion was achieved on a Diamonsil 2# C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column at 30℃ using acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 340nm. Results: There were 13 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of 14 batches of Atractylodes lancea with promising separation. According to the results of clustering a-nalysis,Atractylodes lancea in northwest of Hubei province was clustered into two categories. Conclusion:A simple, feasible and relia-ble method is provided for the quality control of Atractylodes lancea.

Objective To analyze the complication rates in 210 patients undergoing transrectal ultrasound-guided 24-core transperineal prostate biopsy.Methods Clinical data of 210 patients who underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided 24-core transperineal prostate biopsy from 2010 to 2012 were collected.A retrospective analysis of complications after prostate biopsy was conducted.Results The main postoperative complications were hematuria,bloody stool,dysuria,urinary retention,fever (＞38℃),urinary infection,vasovagal syncope,and their complication rates were 43.3 ％ (91/210),10.9％ (23/210),23.3％ (49/210),25.2％ (53/210),14.8％ (31/210),21.9％ (46/210),0.48％ (1/210) respectively.In addition,5 patients (2.5％) were hospitalized due to biopsy related complications.Conclusions Transrectal ultrasound guided 24-core transperineal prostate biopsy is an relatively safe and effective puncture method with common minor complications and less severe complications.Adequate attentions should be paid to its complications.

Objective To observe the preventive effects of 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution on the patients who had upper respiratory tract infection caused by fungal with hormone treatment.Methods 36 patients of systemic lupus erythematosus,polymyositis/dermatomyositis were randomly divided into two groups:observer group with glucocorticoid treatment and using 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution to clean the mouth,and control group only with glucocorticoid treatment.After 7 days,we observed the rate of fungal infection of the two groups.Results There was significant diffience on the rate of fungal infection between observer group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion Using 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution to clean the mouth can effectively prevent the patients who has upper respiratory tract infection caused by fungal with hormone treatment and decrease the rate of fungal infection.

Objective To compare the clinical outcomes of pre-emptive renal transplantation and transplantation after dialysis, and to evaluate the safety and advantages of pre-emptive renal transplantation. Methods The data of 50 cases of pre-emptive renal transplantation between January 1999 and January 2003 in our hospital were analyzed.Another 50 cases of renal transplantation after dialysis were selected as control group.The 2 groups were matched in the following variables:age,gender,blood type,cold (warm) ischemic time of the grafts,human leukocyte antigen (HLA),primary diseases, and use of immunosuppressants. The patient/allograft survival,incidence of rejection and delayed graft function were compared. Objective To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment on patients with retroperitoneal fibrosis. Methods The medical records of 24 retroperitoneal fibrosis patients (19 men and 5 women;mean age,52 years) who had been surgically treated from January 1985 to December 2003 were retrospectively analyzed.The initial clinical presentations included low back and abdominal pain in 11 cases,acute anuresis in 5 and incidental bilateral hydronephrosis in 8.Double-J inter-ureter drainage was performed in 11 cases, among whom the procedure failed in 4 cases, and then they underwent pricking pyelostomy.After their general condition improved,ureterocutaneostomy and ureterolysis were performed in 2 cases and 1 case, respectively.Of them 1 case died of acute myocardial infarction 3 months later.Thirteen cases who had good general condition at diagnosis underwent ureterolysis. Results One patient developed renal function failure due to repeated urinary infection 3 years after operation.One died of acute myocardial infarction 3 months after operation.The other 22 patients recovered well,and their mean creatinine level decreased from 450.9?mol/L before operation to 318.2 ?mol/L (1 month) and 265.2 ?mol/L (3 months),respectively,after operation. Conclusions Prompt and appropriate relief of urinary obstruction with surgical treatment can effectively protect the renal function in patients with retroperitoneal fibrosis.
